Rude people. Bad hairtrim.

WOW, I see so many negative posts? Did I come to the correct salon?I came in and met a very friendly person named Vanessa. I had grown out my hair to donate to the Locks of Love, about 15. I then showed her a picture, some 15 plus years ago of myself, and wanted her to style it as in the picture. Well, Vanessa nailed it. I could not be happier with the job she did. All I can say is Thank You Vanessa for a job well done!!!You cant always trust all the hate out there, as there are good hard working people, like Vanessa, that desirve recognition for their work!!!Seriously, do you really think ANY hair stylist in would set out to give a bad haircut???Thank You again, and all of you should give this place a try! I am glad I did.-John

Took my sister there and she had long thick hair and they actually took their time to cut it. They even offered to cut it again free if I wasn’t satisfied but it looked great! Its the cheapest prices in town and even cheaper for kids 12 and under so I paid $16 for the child haircut I believe and for adults I believe its $20, very affordable.

The only reason they get the 3 stars is because when i went in last week in the morning the girl that was there was absolutely awesome. Went with my son this evening and the lady that was there was horribly rude and turned us away. No explanation or nothing.

Super fast, friendly, cheap, & they do a great job.

They dont know how to cut hair. They messed up my sons hair and acted like it was my fault! Your better off doing it yourself!

My experience at this salon was honestly not good. When I had went in and asked for help the Manager helped me but she was extremely rude about it. I will NEVER be coming back and while I was sitting there I could hear the manager yelling at a employee and I personally just thought it was rude. It just felt uncomfortable and not very welcoming

I liked my hair stylist. Ill be seeing her again. Disappointed to find they are a sister company to Supercuts, but she did a good job.

Horrible place to come to. they had me waiting for 2 hours to get my highlights and it came to closing time 6pm and told me they couldnt do my highlights anymore because its closing time!!! they told me they couldnt do nothing because they are closing and asked me to leave!!!!

Super rude on the phone and also rude in person. Will not be getting my business for sure

Felt rushed not pampered. Complete waste of money had to do my nails over when I got home and the salon was dirty.

IF you want to cut ur hair DO NOT CUT it there they don’t know how to do hair

When I showed up with my kids the employees were waxing their armpits they claim they were not working and cannot help us serious or are you joking sorry come in an hour cuz they were in the break
