I went in to this Dillon branch yesterday to purchase new phone, Mine finally completely quit on me before I could get in to Bozeman to purchase a new phone. After my terrible experience a couple of years ago at this store, I was very hesitant in ever going back to this store, but I didnt have a choice yesterday. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised! The service was FANTASTIC!! Raf (Rafael) was extremely knowledgeable, fast and informative. I didnt want a hard sell, and he never wasted my time with one, He answered all my questions quickly, and before long I walked out with my new phone. Everything about my experience yesterday was 100% better than my previous experience here. I will absolutely not hesitate to go back again in the future. I would always rather buy local if the expertise is there.

I used to work for this store and it started out amazing with Keith as Store Manager. I’m so glad Keith is back to really give the store the potential it has to become a great resource for the town of Dillon. I recommend anyone and everyone to go in and talk to Keith for anything you need, he’s patient, understanding and always willing to learn to better help you with anything you need.

The ladies that work here are rockstars! I could not get a new iPhone set up, not to mention our old one hadnt been backed up for over a year! We brought our phone in and they transferred EVERYTHING, pictures, texts, apps, absolutely EVERYTHING to our new one in an hour! If I hadnt brought it to them, Id still be scratching my head. These gals are fabulous!!!

Buyers be advised of two additional charges beyond the price of a phone. The carrier will charge a $40 upgrade fee, and any replacement is considered an upgrade. Second, this retailer will charge a $20 setup fee. Finally, although these sales persons are very friendly and desire to be helpful, their specific technical knowledge of each device is limited, and they may not be able to assist. Contacting either the product maker or the service provider for technical assistance will be an exercise in great patience.

Horrible experience. Not at all helpful. Havent answered the phone all week. Manager said it wasnt ringing but it rang while she said it. I was on hold which is why it rang. I had it drive over while on hold to get an answer as to why the phone I ordered wasnt ready yet. They lied about when it was going to be ready and made no attempt to communicate with me. Stupid staff who dont know what they are doing.

Called in placed phone order over the phone for 2 Iphones. Set up apppintment time for 5pm for pick up. They lost the order. Sorry Maam we never got it. So my options were to leave and call the order back in to save myself part of the activation fee ($40) and come back 24hours later to pick up the phones. Oh, we are sorry I have to tell you that we charge a 20 per phone in store activation fee on top of what Verizon charges for their activation fee. Oh wait there is more I cant put the insurance on it you want. You have to either decline and pick on of the expensive ones. And on and on the list goes. And guess what I never go back in there again! Absolutely not!Edit: So the poor instore customer service actually worked out to my advantage. Verizon Online made the last payment on the 2 phones I needed to upgrade and waives a bunch of fees. And we got better phones than the ones I was gonna pick up in store all without having to deal with with the poor customer service in store!

I was traveling and having issues with my Verizon phone and so I googled cell stores and found Go Wireless. I have to tell you the service I got from your employee Makylyn was outstanding. She did not have to give me that service as I wasn’t buying anything but had locked myself out of my phone and she fixed me right up! I work in customer service sales and I would definitely give this young lady a job! Nice work on that hire Go Wireless!

After attempting to deal with the Corporate store on Harrison Avenue in Butte, MT, and getting no where, I stopped in the Verizon store in Dillon, MT to get a charger for my car. Within the first 10 minutes I figured out this is the store I should have started with. Jeanette and her team are without a doubt the best at what they do. The quality level of Customer Service is the best I have seen at any Verizon Store i have been in. The Dillon store should be a training model in customer service. I have yet to not have an answer when I ask a question. If the Associates cannot immediately answer my questions, I receive a followup call. Lets just say I drive 70 miles one way to do business with this store based upon being treated as a human being, not just another account number. Kudos to the Dillon Store, Jeanette Briggs and her quality team. Highly recommend you make the trip.

Horrible customer service. Came in with phone that had just been repaired from broken screen. The girls working told me basically we do not setup phones. Isn’t there only 3 purposes of a Verizon store sell you phones, sell you plans, and setup phones. Girl was pretty short with my daughter and I. Kind of surprised my small town Montana Verizon was such a terrible experience.

I went into the store on Saturday looking at new phones, in desperate need for a new one and an upgrade. The sales rep that helped me was phenomenal. She sat with me the whole time to answer all of my questions. She also made sure I wasnt hit with surprises as I did when I got my last phone.They were so helpful and made sure if I missed anything switching phones to let them know. Now skip ahead 2 days, I realized that night I was missing a bunch of photos, i called then this morning at opening time to ask them not too delete my old phone so I could retrieve them. Luckily they hadnt deleted them yet, and I was able to transfer the missing photos and videos over. 😊 very pleased with my service both days!!!! And Im still trying to get used tk me new phone, as you can tell from some misspellings and bad grammar. LOL buttons just arent where they used to be!!! 🙈🙊

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, super helpful. I came in with a broken phone with a cracked screen that was only about 30% functional and needed my pictures transferred over to a new one. The staff was incredibly helpful and determined to get it work, and was able to transfer all of my media from my old phone to the new one when i was pretty sure it was already a lost cause. Will return soon!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this store. While I do not need a new phone yet, I have gone in looking for chargers and chords multiple times. Everytime I go in they are very friendly and quick to help me. The manager in particular is very knowledgeable about new phones as they are coming out and knows a lot about every product they carry. The rest of the staff is awesome and quick to help in any way they can.

I was driving home from California to Canada, north on I 15.Fully charged my cell went dead for no apparent reason.Trying to recharge it had no affect. I pulled into Dillon and found theVerizon shop. My experience in the store was great, but it was all lies. My cell service is excellent but other things promise did not happened. Very, very, very upset. they should not say or promise things that they are not sure or have any idea of how it works. Do not take me wrong great employees they are not knowledgeable about certain things and still try to tell you about it to have you change or sign up.

I have a had a couple bad experiences with Verizon customer service. I debated going to AT&T but, Jarred Simons of the Dillon branch, was the best representative of Verizon I have ever worked with. I had a dysfunctional IPhone 4 with many cracks in the phone screen. He worked with me to get the phone i really wanted, the Samsung Galaxy S7. Awesome employee!!!!

Lousy customer service, If you have to return a phone, they dont want to help you. If you buy a Phone verizon asks you to return your old phone to a mortar and brick store of your choosing. Problem is, this store doesnt want to be bothered.Either buy your Phones through the Verizon website ( which is cheaper and friendlier) or go to Butte. These guys in Dillon arent in any position to help!

I was in to get a phone ported over it took a week to get it done due to the tech support from verizon messing it up and locking the account until midnight every single night. the staff at the store Bryce and Bailey both were awesome. they kept on it for a whole week logging in over 12 hours fighting with tech support on my behalf.had it not been for their great service i would have gone to another service provider by day 2. I was how ever unimpressed with the district manager Luke as on day 3 or 4 I forget witch he was there and them helping me did end up in a line behind me and though I am sure whatever his paperwork and computer work was was what he came to the store for no one in a company should feel too important to stop and help the long line of customers that are waiting.I watched a few leave rather upset. so any that may have been in there on the 2nd or 3rd of july and left after a long wait it was not the staffs fault they were doing the best they possibly could . I do hope they do not get poor marks for trouble that was from outside the store in no way under their control. once again Great job> you guys rock.

Employees need to get their act together and get some training. We just switched to Verizon and I have called the store a few times to ask some questions about the switch over and reimbursement for our old carrier and got 3 different incorrect answers. The last person I talked to said to just come in and they would help me do it in the store. I left work early since store hours just changed, which I had to correct the employee of the hours- he didnt even know that had changed. When I get to the store he is not there, but the three girls there told me I had to do it all on-line at home and wrote instructions on scratch paper but missed a step. I went back in the next day and the store manager gave me a 1-800 number to call for help because the deal was through Verizon, not the store. After 13 minutes of typing numbers for options I got a real person to help me, but find out the sales pitch from the store employee was very misleading, that the switch over buyout comes half a credit towards your Verizon bill and the rest as a prepaid card in a few months. Yes we eventually will get most of the $, but now we have to cough up $800+ out of our own pockets up front to pay off the old carrier. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME TRAINING ON PRODUCTS YOU SELL AND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES or tell them to get their acts together.
