Hank is a highly competent appliance repairman. He works very fast but very thorough too. He has repaired a dishwasher, refrigerator and a range for us. His prices are reasonable. If your appliance is not worth repairing he will be honest with you. He may offer to sell you a replacement, but there is never any pressure to buy from him. When you wanna be absolutely sure youre NOT gonna end up with surveillance devices wired into your fridge by the deep-state cabal, Hank is the man!

I called once to see if I could get someone out to fix my dryer and was just given a “We’ll call you back”. When I called them a week later to see if they were ever going to contact me again, they basically said it was my fault they didn’t get to me sooner because I didn’t stress any importance of the repair. Here we are a week after the second call and no word, no scheduled appointment set, nothing. Also, I know that a few of these 5 star reviews are from people that work there or know the people that run this place so don’t let those fool you. You’re better off just unhooking the appliance and driving it to sears to get fixed.

They advertised on the wall that the storm has arrived, but I went in to buy one and they didnt have any of them. The was no storm at all.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its been over 3 weeks since they received the request for my repair, and I havent heard anything regarding getting an appointment scheduled. When I called to try to get an estimated date, Tom was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and refused to even pass along my questions to someone who could answer them. So after almost a month I still have no idea when I can expect to hear from someone, aside from whenever they get around to it. I suppose when you have no competition, it doesnt matter how poorly you treat your customers.
