Can’t remember how much we paid. Had to be close to $4500 for the transmission to last 2 years and now need a new one. Never received my warranty info even tho it was only 100k. They won’t be getting another $4500 from me. You can bet that. Check out Carl’s transmission

I called about a transmission service and instead of just telling me to bring it in, they asked about my car and when finding out that I needed and oxygen sensor they suggested I replace that first because in my car the o2 sensor and transmission somehow are connected. I greatly appreciated them suggesting that before I blew the money on a service and still had a problem.

Broke down in the snow storm (1-16-2018) and was towed here. Matt went far beyond what he should have to get me back on the road and still did not overcharge me. Will pay a 400$ tow in the future just to get here because I know they wont screw me.

They have been great to us! They looked at our vehicle and told us what the actual repair would be. Since it was expensive, they suggested a temporary fix that was much much cheaper. They explained it was temporary and we knew what we were getting. The temporary fix is still working three months later. My husband loves that they always call him before doing any repairs to make sure they explain and get permission beforehand. Also a great place to get an oil change. Very good customer service.

While traveling from Cincinnati to Phoenix had a serious problem with the transmission in my motorhome after experiencing a blowout on I 40 near Dickson Tennessee. Transmission would not shift. Even though they were very busy they took time to work with me without an appointment. Then they came to me after hours and completed the repair. Harold is competent and professional along with all the techs. I would highly recommend them.

I was told nothing was wrong with the transmission in my daughters car and they put an additive in it to help it run smoother then within 2 weeks it was completely destroyed. We had to take it to another transmission shop to have it rebuilt. Very costly.

Did a great job on my car with a very quick turnaround, and was much less costly than the other shops I looked at.

The people there were very helpful in analyzing a problem in my work truck, and suggesting solutions. They would not charge me anything, because they were not able to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company

Pls dont take your vehicle there.they will ripp you off espically if you area out of state customer.this is a true honest experience.My 2011 Mercedes Benz sprinter van transmission break down while the was in tennessee.sitting in Chicago search for a transmission repair company in Nashville area.found Grahams transmission.they towed the vehicle bro theor location. they took 3 weeks to fix my mercedes sprinter van.they charge $4000.00 for a 180k miles van transmission to rebuild it.In 2 weeks the tranmission break down again cost me another $2000.i called them.they told to bring thetvan from chicago to Nashville for the repair.Their warrenty only applies to their store.It will cost me another $5000 for towing a van from chicago to Nashville.so repaied the van in chicago.used Mercedes sprinter transmission with 75k miles only cost $2000.they cheat by charging me for a rebuild transmission.i am not going to get my $6000 back.if some read this message wont fall in their trap....I have the images from LKQ for a 36 k tranmission Price.
