Owen Sharp who is the owner is a complete con man. I personally ran this company for 4 years and 3 times he reported fake robberies totaling 45,000 dollars . In 2012 he had his best friends mother in law invest 250,000 dollars into the company and made 2 payments to her of 5,000 each so he stole 240,000 from her and she is elderly . I can speak the 100% truth about this company and how much of a con man he is. Otherwise I would have been sued for deflamation if character but when the truth is told that’s not deflamation. Good luck using this company, he will find a way to screw you. Some people might say I’m a bitter past employee, but that’s not the case, I quit because I couldn’t stand to be associated with so much theft.

I would not recommend this company, unfortunately.Rarely did they appear on the date scheduled. I did read the reviews before signing up with them, but regretfully gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Groundstar and Regal are the same company. If I could go back in time I wish I never would have had these clueless idiots do work for me. The owner is nothing but a scam artist and when people confront his little punk ass he likes to point his rifle or his pistol at them. This is a real classy company. Most customers know more about plants and shrubs than he does. Owen, youre a clown, but felicias not.

Initial (2 years ago) quality was excellent. Lawn crew communication difficult in English. Premium care no longer provides weed removal from flower beds. Mowing occurs on Monday not Friday. Small shrubs have weeds growing out through top. Wild Tomato plant with 15 small tomatoes left to grow in flowerbed - no communications - just left to grow. Regal turned into mow-edge-blow-n-go operation. Calls to management go to an answering machine.
