Called this morning. They were here this afternoon. Service person was friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was doing to get it going again. Was very pleased with his service and the results. Excellent job.

AC was not working properly. Not cooling but running. A personable young man called at approx 5:30, and asked if he could stop and take a look at the problem. He left after 7:30. In that time he changed a bad coil, but prior to that did a check on all aspacts of the system. It was working when he left, but only at about 1/2 capacity. He suggested the compressor was the main issue, but the coils were also suspect Leaking) His recommendation was to replace the system. I am in agreement and am currently waiting for a quote on the replacement. I was impressed with the service call in general. The young man was very committed to getting the unit running and was doing so after hours. Well done !

We were impressed with how quickly Tevis arrived after we called about our ac not working. He checked our entire ac system, which turned out to be froze up, just to be sure there were no other problems. Also gave me some valuable information on how to keep our ac performing like new.

Needed a quick tap into existing HVAC ducting to heat separate room project completed. They were very responsive and were able to complete the job within a week of the request. Reasonably priced. Very pleased.

Called at lunch time because I noticed my furnace wasn’t working. Guys answered right away and explained they were super busy but they would see what they could do. I had a tech at my house by 2:15pm and my furnace was fixed by 3. Absolutely incredible service and the tech was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. Honestly it was a lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be too considering it was an emergency call. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Unbelievable service.

I called Fire and Ice in the morning when we discovered our furnace wasnt running. They were over in just a few hours and had the problem figured out with a temporary solution until they could get the part in the next day. Very professional, friendly and quick! Would definitely recommend!

We called for an AC unit not cooling our home about 1pm. They not only showed up the same afternoon, but they also had the needed part on the truck and replaced it the same day. The office was great to speak with and the tech called before he showed up. This is the second time we have had service from them, the first being 3 years ago for a different issue. If i need to have my heat or ac fixed, Fire and Ice will be my first call. As an added bonus, I don’t have to skip a mortgage payment to pay the bill! Prompt and courteous service with reasonable charges.

Every one I worked with was good with my dogs. They didnt make a big mess and leave it. They cleaned up after themselves. This is very important to me. They came when they said they would. They went the extra work to put my air conditioner in the back yard like I preferred, even though putting it in front of my house would have been easier for them. Our air conditioner stopped working last year. We had a competitor come out and they said the control board was broken and there was no compatible replacement and that we would need to replace the entire unit. We called them to come out and quote one and they never showed up. Come to this year and still no air conditioner, we had heard good things about Fire and Ice and gave them a call. They showed up 2 days later to give us a quote. They then said they could fix it without replacing the unit saving us over $8000. The unit is now fixed and works amazingly and it was done in under an hour, and for under $150. Thank you Jacob and Fire and Ice, what a great job!! I will be recommending them from now on for all HVAC work!!

We called Fire and Ice because the heating portion of our HVAC stopped working. They where able to come out that afternoon, we had Jackson. He Figured out the issue within an hour. They ordered the part needed and he came back the next day with it and got it fixed within an hour, triple checked the issue was solved before leaving.

Any time we have had to have someone out we have been very pleased with our service. They are very quick with dispatching a technician and have worked with our schedules, (same day or next day service, WOW!) Johnny called bright and early and was over within ten minutes. He was friendly and willing to share any information regarding my heater that he knew. He looked over the control board and found a wire that had gotten hot and melted the jacket. After fixing that we chatted about the possibility of putting a new heater in. All in all very professional and up front about everything.

Fire and Ice were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. I called them about getting an appointment to have a feed pipe for my residential boiler replaced and a pm done on it. I was expecting at least a week wait to have this done which was not a big deal. I told them that I was not at all expecting a rush to fix it because it hadnt gotten cold yet. The receptionist was very courteous and after talking with a tech she set me up with an appointment the same day, three hours later. Their tech Chris arrived and set to work. He had it done in ALOT less time than I anticipated, tested the system, cleaned up and left. He did a very clean and complete job and was also nice to talk with. Fire and Ice is my new heating and cooling contractor for life.

Fast friendly service. We had an annual service done to our furnace. I thought the serviceman that came out was great. I received a text when the service order was placed with the date and time. I received another when the service was complete. I really liked that he explained what all he was doing and the results of the tests he ran on our system. They charge by the mile to come out to Belfield. It’s 42 miles round trip and they charged me 60 miles, but they did split the mileage with another service in town which was nice. I would recommend them and most likely will use them again for our next service.

I have had Fire & Ice service my air conditioner twice this year and both service calls were satisfactory. In spring I had them inspect and clean the unit and they did an excellent job of removing the years of build up of dirt, dust and debris from the outside unit. They also checked the coolant level and the unit inside.The second service call was due to the unit leaking inside. The serviceman found a large blockage in the drip pan so cleared that which has taken car of the problem. He also tested the coolant levels and air conditioner inside and out.I highly recommend Fire and Ice.

He went there and told me some sensor was shot and it was going to be over $500 just for parts but more in labor and he said he recommend not doing it and wanted me to replace the whole furnace. I got a price from him for the new one, he wanted to charge me double of what I thought it should cost so I got two other bids, the other two were less than half of what he wanted for the exact same furnace. I ended up hiring a different company to do the change out. They got there and told me nothing wrong with my old furnace except a plugged line. They unplugged it and left 5 mins later. They didn’t even charge me a dime to do the work.Fire and ice charged me almost $500 to tell me I needed a new furnace.Fire and ice tried to rip me off big timeI will not pay them the $500 eitherBeware
