Got gel x nails and they came off the same week.. didnt even last 2 weeks not even 1 week. Very dissatisfied because i paid a lot and for them to fall off is not worth it... never going back there now because i wanted acrylic and maybe she was overbusy that day or being lazy because she upsold me on something that wasnt fit for me, i got my nails done for vegas and now i dont have nails. Very disappointed because my bill was so high they should have lasted.. Although she said she would glue them back in if they fell off I dont have time to go over and over. Especially when you pay once expecting them to be durable in my case is a let down.

Always greeted with a friendly smile and treated very well. Theyve always stayed late if needed to finish without rushing. I love to bring my Mom as well and they do a great job on both my hands and feet. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I went here two weeks ago to get gel manicures 2 weeks later they are completely peeled off on both of us.we both got gel manicures and pedicures and spent over $100. They need to use more quality stuff not from out of the country products because it doesnt last. Super disappointed and wasted my money. They were friendly but not good enough 😒 I deserve a refund.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done, without fail they always turn out perfect. Just recently I have been getting my hair done there as well, I guess now I have to leave my old hair stylist and say hello to my favorite nail and hair salon. Keep up the good work!

The customer service is great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are quick and efficient with their job. I went there to get my nails done for party and to my surprise they do hair as well. I came out the store with my nails and hair beautifully done! I am certainly coming here again.

Went in for a manicure on my lunch. The guy told me 10 minutes wait. I waited about 35 minutes and I left. They should be upfront and honest with wait time. There were hardly any techs in the shop working.

They were very nice and my full set was beautiful and lasted a very long time till I had the chance to get a fill!

This was the best experience. Thai was awesome in putting a full set of nails. Jenny did an awesome pedi...will definitely go back and recommend to others.

BEWARE ! My Wife recently had her nails done at the Orchids Nail & Spa Salon in Diamond Bar. Later that same day her Cuticles became swollen and very painful.The Doctor told her this is a fungal condition called Onychomycosis . The Doctor said this condition occurs when dirty and unsterilized tools and solutions are used for manicures. I have added a picture so you can see what you have to look forward to if you have your nails done here. My Wife went back and tried to speak to the owner about this but the Manager got LOUD with her and told her he didnt do anything wrong . My Wife is currently under a Doctors care and will be for weeks to cure the condition. Beware !
