I wanted to share my excellent experience with JMPM because being new in this field could be overwhelming. thank Goodness I was referred to Jim and Lelet, both of them are very nice, easy to talk to, They are always there for me, I got my license this week. they helped me thru the whole process, they were in every step, every little detail. Both of them have years of experience and are very knowledgeable.Classes are educational, fun, interactive, Lelet is an excellent teacher, She makes sure all her students are in the same page and learning. Jim and Lelet Morris are one of a kind! I took the in class room RCFE training course years ago and I learned from it but now I see it could have been better. Lelet and Jim explains everything in a way that you will be able to retain it and learn the materials. They are both engaged with their students and call on everyone so they can participate. This is the end of day and I have learned so much! I’m looking forward to learning so much more from these two. Thank you!

I had been a student of JMPM since early 90s. To this day they had been with me, guiding me with our business. They answer their telephone any time of the day and is very consistent in returning phone calls as well. The couple is very dedicated to their job, very dedicated to what they teach and most of all very dedicated to their students.Their method of teaching is very old school and I just love that about their class. I can sit there all day, listen and without even reading the material will learn so much. I think its because of the class interaction. They make it fun. They always have answers and solutions to our problems/experiences. They make it a point that we understand why they say what they said. An example is the 3 separate folders we have to have for every client. I am sure all the students have heard about it. I followed everything they suggested from the very beginning of time I opened our board and care and here we are 19 years in business.....JMPM is the voice that echoes in my brain, the never ending documentation they insist we have to have. You know they love what they do and they do it with such passion. The combination of their talent together as a couple is magnificent, very empowering.Thank you JMPM for being there for all of us.

Great instructors for this certification program. Goes over the material thoroughly and with energy to ensure you never get bored. Consistent with their schedule and reviews, and provides the right support to ensure you put your best foot forward with the final DSS examination. 10/10 highly recommend.

I took this class on site 7 yrs ago. The instructors were really involved and hands on. I really learned a lot and like the fact they were accessible and willing to take the extra time to ensure you were learning and being productive. I was well equipped for the test; recommended.Fast forward I need to take the class again during the pandemic, a different feel then in person BUT the quality of the education hasn’t changed a bit and the preparation I need hasn’t been comprised! Recommended.
