Owner asked me if I were willing to pay cash to save on taxes. No specific itemized costs provided even when I asked for it. Took down my battery but didnt show me why the old one needs replacement.

I have a 2015 GS350 Friday. I need a 30k service. I bought the Synthetic Oil and OEM oil Filter from Longgo Lexus where I bought the car. Call to ask who much labor they will charge me. The mechanic is forcing me to by there own oil synthetic from the Japan he said. He needs to use his oil to guarantee the service, he said. Sounds really fishy. What makes there Oil warranty better than the actual manufacturer of the vechicle. I would not recommend this place at all. They are out to get your money. Stay away...
