I have been riding with A-1 since I moved out her almost 4 years ago. Tracy has always taken very good care of me and made sure I got to work promptly. Her employees have always been friendly and very personable. It is a hard thing to find a company that takes such good care of their customers.

When the owner is driving... ITS GREAT... She should tell her one driver to stop TEXTING WHILE DRIVING!!!

Called at 3:26 asked if we can get a ride from wal mart, was told 20 minutes. I asked if the taxi driver can call my cell because I have children with, I don’t want to stand by the front door where they can get sick. Lady said “yeah they will call your cell.” Waited a half anhr, called back was told okay let me get ahold of a driver, asked again and gave cell number to call. Was told yes they would call. Finally a hr later I called just to cancel. Person who answered got real rude and said “ I was outside you didn’t show!” Maybe some communication between who ever answers the phone this is the 3 rd time. 1 st time I just walked n the guy picked me up one block away and still charged me full 7$! Very disappointed in the service, more than once. Glad my car was being fixed wouldn’t want to inconvenience your drivers or dispatch!
