Paris Tax Service didnt give me my refund 2020, and I didnt even sign it It was deposited in their bank account. Now its being investigated by the IRS.

I highly recommend Paris Tax service. I had an emergency, called around to several different tax preparers before being approved for a loan advance. Paris took my information over the phone, provided me with a free quote, and got me approved for $2500. When I made it to her office, she was very polite, courteous, and really showed that she cared to help. I am grateful that we crossed paths & will continue to have my taxes prepared only at Paris Tax Service. I was also able to get a document notarized while at her office. Paris Tax Service was surely a 1 Stop Shop.

I previous wrote a bad review about Paris Tax Service, I would just like to say that I am pleased with the service that I am receiving now. Paris is very helpful and she apologized for an employee that worked there that I was unhappy with, my previous review should have been about that individual not everyone that works there. When Paris found out about the bad service that myself and my family experienced again she was very helpful and is taking care of the problems that we were experiencing, I think that Paris is doing a good job and her business she not suffer because of one bad employee. Great, friendly, and clean place of business. Tax preparers work extra hard to get you everything that is owed to you and prep fees are the lowest around. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Paris and Shanta are the ones you need to see.

Going off the last review the owner did not help all family members she attempted to help me but when it was still incorrect she didnt have time Im sorry she was on vacation which I had been Emailing her saying I was on deadline with the IRS I was told she is not a personal assistant & she wasnt going to give me my paperwork back which I found out through her one of my kids was missing off my Taxes so if your looking for unprofessional and a plain disregard for your life and what you need to do with your family well I highly recommend Paris Tax Service
