Carla did an exceptional job helping me today. I was expecting to have a bad experience in person because of my previous experience trying to get assistance by phone with a representative. She explained everything to me, got me set up with a payment plan and helped me figure out how to pay my bill while the responsible party for the account is transferred to me. Thank you Carla.

They Never pick up the phone called Several times

They treat their customers like dogs. They act like having water is a privilage that we need to kiss their ass for. The rates are extremely high, and then if you ever need to call them, set aside at least a whole hour of your day to get low class customer service that is rude most of the time. I totally understand why they need metal detectors and multiple full time security guards; its because they like to piss off their loyal subjects to no end.

Good luck getting your deposit back. You can pay everything on time and still not get it back.

Horribly Slow!!! If u not just coming in to pay bill, which is pretty fast, any other service you have to sit and wait on them to call a number gone have you in here for hours-even if its only a few ppl in front of you. They move like they got molasses in they behinds with no apparent since of urgency or getting people in and out in a decent time. Customer service; 1/10 ☆s

Been on an payment plan and every month it get broken and has to pay loads of cash because of not getting my water bill in the mail been in this office several times for the same reasons this is not fair to families of Detroit 😠😠😠😠😠😠💔

Most of the staff is very cooperative with you & dont give you aggravation.

Everytime but on July the 4 i did stay, ill go monday. Line wont be that long.
