Friendly staff. Great access to when I want to work out. Clean and equipment is well maintained. Feel very comfortable working out as everyone who goes is respectful to each other.
Love this gym! It’s conveniently located, and the small class sizes are great for all fitness levels. Bear is a great trainer, very polite (as he’s whipping you into shape), and always in a positive mood. He personalizes a plan for each client, takes time and pays attention to each individual while maintaining a fun atmosphere in his classes. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get started on their fitness goals, as well as more seasoned individuals looking to shake up their workout routine. My personal favorite is the strength class!
Being a member of a gym has really taken a toll on people’s everyday lifestyle, with excessive fees and HUGE monthly balances on top of the ridiculous personal training sessions working out isn’t really a huge priority on the average consumers budget. UNTIL SOS fitness was born, Bear is an amazing and truly down to earth guy who wants you to really succeed and obtain your personal fitness goals. Offering personal training to group training (with friends/family) to a multitude of other classes such as kickboxing, yoga etc. If your serious about getting your body in the best shape it’s ever been and not have to worry about the outrageous gym bills SOS FITNESS is the place for you!
Bear is a great trainer and just an overall easy person to do business with. He is flexible, encouraging, and has a plan to get you more fit and healthy. I feel a lot better working under him and honestly believe Ill achieve my fitness goals working with him.The gym pretty much has everything youd want, and he constantly changes things up to get a more diverse, quality workout. I honestly couldnt be more pleased with my decision to work with him.

I absolutely hate working out :) but Bear makes it tolerable and rewarding. I actually look forward to my workouts now. I put all my faith in Bear from jump and paid to train three months with him in preparation for summer/ 10 year class reunion; best decision ever. I have been working out with him 3-4 times a week for a little over a month now and have seen noticeable differences in my body and significant differences in my measurements. Classes are circuit based usually and give you exactly what you need (as long as you bring the effort) to feel like you’ve done a worthwhile workout. I’ve been recommending him to everyone!

Coach Bear and I graduated from college together so when I heard he was opening his own gym I was excited. Needless to say, the gym is amazing and the workouts are tough. Bear does a very good job of tailoring exercises to every skill level and thats what I like most about the program. Whether you are a beginner or a fitness guru, SOS Fitness is the place for you!
The trainers are great the workouts are excellent I would recommend it to everyone.

Coach Bear is great. He goes over and beyond to keep you on track. All you have to do is show up and put in the work! Great environment if you’re one of those people who hate the “gym atmosphere”. I’m glad out of years of starting and quitting, I have found a gym home!
Bear is an excellent trainer hes hard but encouraging all in one. I actually seen results the first week Im very impressed how organized and persistent he is.

Trap yoga is amazing for all levels but especially for any beginner who doesnt want to be intimidated by true yogi types. This space welcomes all fitness levels and sizes. The instructor K doll makes everyone feel welcomed and builds a harmonic class with the background of Tupac, J cole, 90s rap, etc.Only con is the limited parking. For popular classes you want to get there early.

I have been a client of SOS Fitness for over a year now and I honestly dont see myself going to another gym. You get to schedule your appointments on your own, there is no hassle if you need to cancel a session, & youre guaranteed an excellent workout.

I really like the various exercise monthly packet to fit with your (my) budget. In addition, you have the opportunity to pick the day and time to get personal training that works with your schedule.
