Review barely matters since theres hardly any other place in the city to go. City Government should really actually provide some place for residents to dump trash. No info, barely any signage, incorrect hours posted, fees not listed anywhere, half the time they arbitrarily arent accepting trash from trailers that cant tilt. And the employees are unhelpful and unfriendly. Cant imagine the experience for an average city resident, but if you go here a few times you figure it out eventually.

Dont go here for yard waste. Detroit City website claims you can drop off yard waste here, but they will just throw everything into the garbage. Only place for Detroit residents to drop off yard waste is the Southfield facility apparently.Ive complained to the city about contracting to companies that arent even capable of providing basic services to residents. Recommend others complain as well.

It was better when it was Jfonz before priority bought them out! They tried to charge me more then the scale amount. Good thing I take a picture of the weight each time! Long lines and hours to wait. This place is trash now!

This place is a complete circus, with clowns running it. Will not be going there again, I would advise to stay away from this circus.

Great place in the city of Detroit to dump unwanted items, debri, cement, at a cost, for dump trucks, Uhaul trucks and city owned vehicles, although the city provides locations for debri, home furnishings and yard waste, box trucks can no longer enter these facilities.

Not too crowded today ...got in and out...convenient place in the city yo drop off household items for disposal

It would be alot better and faster if the pull off line wasnt so slow, other than that this company is doing good work for the community.

I called inquiring about cost for roofing material drop off and was told it was 50.00 for first ton and 35.00 for each ton after that once I got there somehow pricing changed and was told it was 50.00 for each load. Find yourself another company to patronize because this place is a joke and shady.

I tore out eighty years of flooring from my house, and it was considerably more cost effective to dump the debris here than to rent a dumpster. If the site was just a hair cleaner or a hair cheaper, itd be five stars all the way.

As a facilities maintenance company in Southeast Michigan, we have many jobs where we need to dump materials and debris on a weekly basis. We spend dump fees every time we bring a large truck to this company, and every time my employees go there, not only are they treated TERRIBLY and disrespected, often times ignored, but when I have to speak to someone on the phone to pay for this service via credit card, I receive NO conversation on their end of the phone, NO thank you and NO have a nice day. Just Whats the number on the card and slow down. TERRIBLE service. It doesnt matter if its a garbage business or a gold business, its STILL a BUSINESS and you have to deal with customers. Do it right. Im sorry you have to deal with jerks and scrappers all day too, but SOME of us are trying to make a REAL living running a legitimate business.
