This place has been my home for the past year. I never want to leave! The rent is an incredible value for the size of the apartment and location downtown, not to mention the city views! It looks like the apartment was just renovated, though it was done a few years ago. Modern, but still quite comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance issues are addressed right away. Highly recommend!
I lived in Capitol Park Lofts for a year and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! The location is amazing with easy access to events and restaurants and the staff is always super helpful. The building is always in top shape and the roof even has a lounge area. Definitely one of the top places to live in Detroit.
Love living here! The rooftop patio, prime and proper, capitol park, make it my favorite place Ive lived in Detroit! We look forward to trying new restaurants each week, walking to Comerica Park and Ford Field, and all of the great night life. We love our apartment and the view of Capitol Park.
I’ve lived in Capitol Park Lofts for two years now and I only ever had good experiences. I love that I’m right in Capitol Park so theres always something to do, and I always have a rooftop to go sit and enjoy the incredible view. I would highly recommend this place if you are new to the Detroit area, as the downtown access is unmatched.
Large units, responsive staff, qualify appliances, etc. There is an individual who works there named Kevin Centala who really goes above and beyond - you’re fortunate if you have him helping you.
You wont find better high-end apartments in Detroit, or a better location. I love living in the Capitol Park area and intend stay in Capitol Park Lofts as long as I am in Detroit. The management is super great too work with too!
I lived at Capitol Park Lofts for one year and really enjoyed it. This newly renovated historic building was originally constructed in 1912 and is located in the heart of Detroits CBD. Buildings of this era have a reputation for being solidly built, so apartments are soundproof (floor-to-floor). Because of the renovated layout, some of the apartments are left with wasted square footage in the form of long hallways and odd angles. While it was great living in an historic building, there were zero amenities except for the sparsely furnished rooftop deck, while rent prices were consistent with nearby apartments that did include amenities. Overall, I enjoyed living here and would recommend it to others looking for proximity to the heart of downtown Detroit.
Loved living here for 6 months in a studio apartment. Kevin, Jennifer and the rest of the staff were amazing. Rooftop has an awesome view. Clean and very stylish!
I lived here for two years and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live downtown! Management team is super friendly and the maitenance crew always responded promptly to any requests.
Management is great at communicating, and has always been quick to answer any questions I had.
Stay away✌️
I couldnt be more impressed with how nice capitol park lofts luxury apartments looks. It has really made downtown Detroit-Capitol Park look amazing again. Kudos to the team. Looking forward to renting an apartment.
This place really is the gem of Downtown Detroit in my opinion. Location is unbeatable, exceptionally clean connected parking ramp shared with the Westin is awesome (and way cheaper than Bedrocks ramps) especially in the winter, the building is super secure with multiple keycarded doors/elevator/etc. I am also blown away how quiet my apartment is- the walls and ceilings must be cinderblock because they are solid and completely soundproof. I came from a house in the suburbs very worried about going back to apartment living and this is quieter than my home was, save for the usual outside city noise. I looked at a lot of places downtown before choosing this one and I have been overall ultra-satisfied.Only qualms- A lot of false fire alarms in the middle of the night (seems to have gotten better recently) and the community area on the roof is really in shabby condition... all of the furniture is torn up, missing cushions, rusted tables, etc. Itd be nice to see that taken better care of... the roof was such a nice amenity, now Im embarrassed to take people up there. It would also be nice to have some sort of gym facility.
Bad service
