Well you dont even have my part so how am i supposed to even obtain it with out the part number. Honestly makes me disappointed that i have a chevy.
Dumb guy on the phone. I had a good laugh so Im putting up 2 stars. 😅People should know how to redirect calls and the name of the company they work for.
General Motors needs to work on their level of customer service for people when theyve just bought a brand new vehicle. 2 months later, Im still waiting on a replacement for my Lemon. Now Im given expectations that I have to wait another 4-6 weeks for GM to buy back my lemon truck. Meanwhile Im about to make my second truck payment on a truck I dont even have. The buy back should have been ready at this point, and Im seriously concerned for the future of this company. At this point Im not convinced one bit to continue doing business with GM for any future vehicles. As a matter of fact, word of all of my situational mess has gone around, and others are also very unhappy to hear about the service. Im beyond disappointed at this point.
You guys need to chill on the connected tv ads. Your ads are in SD quality, and your audio is too loud! Who ever manages your creative and programmatic ad buy needs to be reprimanded.
It was pleasure to see this place . The most renowned landmark in Detroit downtown is attracting more people and travellers. That Lego car- Silverado seems like giant. Theme cars based on Disney and Manchester United are good to enjoy. Must visit place once youre near downtown.
I purchased a used 2015 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ from my local dealership. I feel that this car is the most negative car experience Ive ever had. Whats gone wrong: turbocharger, coil pack (which caused all spark plugs to need to be replaced at additional cost), head gasket, cylinder number 1, intake valve, intake manifold, and the crank shaft. I opened a case with their Customer Service department and was told they would do nothing to remedy the situation and that I was expected to get my car diagnosed to determine if there were any problems. Without codes, a dealer cannot repair a car. My car is not currently throwing any codes. When I asked what criteria a car must meet for repurchase, I was told that they would not share that information. Chevy, if your PR folks are listening, Ill take this review down for the low, low price of my entire car loan.
I have seen this building get better and better with each day that passes. Who design the presentation of the car exhibit was superb. The lights and videos bring a complete new dimension to cars and the relationship that people from Michigan has also to their cars.In addition, the entrance of the building that is made of glass, allows the space to change with hours of the day. Finally, having a park and the river next to the building creates a beautiful urban place that is welcoming, a change to the relationship that GM has had with the environment (for proof, please go around any of the GM factories and you will see the complete disconnection with environment. There is NONE inviting green space, NOR flowers or plants, just metal fences and cement). But, there is a change in the air, and that is very nice.
Purchased a used Encore w/34k miles on it from liberty Buick in Surprise AZ. All nightmares. Had 2 months, in shop 7 times now. Told now that grinding from the cars steering is normal known & accepted operation. Since when is grinding normal function, especially after driving 10 miles. Your service dept said your aware of this and your selling it anyway. Pathetic and unprofessional in any business. Period! You sold me & my mother a car with known trouble, you guys owe my mother a car that runs right or a refund. Not a car with broken motor mount, bad strut mounts, broken/worn control arm, steering column troubles or brake calipers need fixing. Not mentioning the scratches and grease they though to honor our trouble with. One chance to make it right or, Your losing another one to Ford.
Ive had to jump through hoops to get my Certified Pre-Owned vehicle work that should be covered under warranty. Because my brother and I have done all our oil changes on our vehicles (practically forever) and dont have copies of the receipts, they refuse to do the work. Ive only ever had to take my vehicle to get worked on once. Not like im abusing my warranty like a lot of people might do. They also refused to do the work based on Customer Loyalty. I worked at a Chevrolet Dealership. My brother spoke with Mazda about his and got his worked on. Stay away from GM brands. I know I will from now on.
This is an brief overview of my experience with my Chevrolet and with General Motors in the last year. Back in early 2018, I chose to trust GM and factory ordered a new Cruze ... and since the day following delivery, I started facing malfunctions with that vehicle, which accumulated and escalated ever since, despite dealership service departments’ best efforts and multiple part replacements.- basics : 2018 Chevrolet Cruze LT 6M Diesel, delivered 15 Feb 2018.- malfunctions : since delivery ... blank dashboard, misfiring engine (for several months), diesel particulate filter regeneration failures (occurrences seem to happen randomly, and are still unexplained by GM), multiple vehicle “alerts” (over 25 check engine light / OnStar error code occurences). Initial delivery was delayed by weeks since vehicle inspection had revealed malfunctions that needed to be fixed.- remediation : all these malfunctions resulted in at least eight specific trips (often multi-day) to my dealership service department (obviously not including standard maintenance), and multiple part replacements (including EGR valve and fuel injectors - some taking well over a month to reach the dealership).Pointing out my vehicle does not live up to the most basic expectations one could reasonably have with a new car, I have given GM ample time and opportunities (through their standard “Customer Care” and escalation processes) to offer a reasonable resolution. Their response is there is no “lemon law” in Canada, and they have been diligent in dealing with these issues according to the warranty terms. As a conclusion, the accumulation and escalation of technical issues with my vehicle would have led me to recommend against similar engine (1.6 diesel) vehicles (current generation Cruze, Equinox and Terrain). General Motors blatant refusal to stand by their product and reputation now leads me to recommend against any of their products.
I wish i could post 0 stars here but unfortunately i cant. General Motors has gone wayy down hill. My Fiance owns a certified pre owned car that over the past few years has had nothing but problems and continues to have nothing but problems. I hated Ford for the Paint issue they have and not backing that up. Now Im discusted with GM due to their no help. Her recent issue oil was burning but there were no signs, come to find out from a local mechanic its the piston rings. This is after a dealer changed the oil hmmmmm. Go figure right. and of course no help. no help from the dealer and no help from the exec referral office. I am emailing them weekly until further answers are received. I have emails for all corporate officers.
Once you buy the truck or car, you are screwed. GM don’t want to own up to their promise and help you fix your vehicle. I bought a GM truck and I regret every second of it. It has made my life a living hell.I hate gm.
Never chosing GM again sold me new car that kills batteries in a year, causes a lot of safety issues. Get ignored for 8 months and get told we dont care.
Very good.
A superb experience as this visit. I loved the place
