Excellent store front well stocked with everything youll need to get the job done. Christian is absolutely amazing he runs a great tight ship and provides the best service from equipment to customer service in the region. I prefer to only go to his store as they have always provided the best service.

Overall very good experience. I rented a commercial Hot water pressure washer to do a pool flooring job and unfortunately the pressure washer was not the right piece of equipment for the job. I returned the product and was given a full refund. Please read carefully, Im not sure if that is company policy but they have earned my business for life. The whole process from first phone call to rental to return was great. This location has the right people, who go out of their way to help and get the job done. I have rented from other sunbelt facilities and have not had as good experience. Another thing to understand clearly about sunbelt in general. Online reservation does not secure equipment. Please contact desired location to confirm Piece of equipment is indeed available and held.

Singlehandedly the best customer service I’ve received. The entire team was friendly and super helpful. When I thought I’d have to come back next weekend they moved mountains and made sure I could get the rentals I needed that day. There aren’t a lot of folks like this. Highly recommend!

We rent equipment from them all the time. Every service person is helpful. Equipment always works as needed.

I will never work with Sunbelt again after dealing with the branch manager Christian Diedrich. He is rude and condescending and makes it seem like he is doing you a favor even though you are customer. His superior justifies him yelling at you as him being passionate. United Rental might be farther away, but its worth it to be treated like a person and not have to deal with Christian.

Help set this shop up in exchange for a Kubota bx25 which took a dump on me a month later.

Hello, I reserved a tow behind air compressor at your Sterling Heights, Michigan location for today, about 1 month ago. Subsequently, I found another Sunbelt location near downtown Detroit, much closer to the job site I was working, then cancelled the reservation in Sterling Heights, Mi, about 2 weeks before my initial reservation.However, when I went to the Downtown Detroit location, this morning, the very morning of my reservation at that location, I was told that my reservation had been changed to the Sterling Heights location, and that I had go out there to pick up my equipment, and that was that, and there was nothing I could do. They all stood around, including the supervisor, like a bunch of jerks, seeming to enjoy the dilemma they had caused me.The Sterling Heights location is at least 20 miles from the Detroit location, which itself, is less than a mile from my job site. So this caused a major inconvenience.I was very surprised that a company like Sunbelt, that deals with companies with tight schedules would be OK with this type of nonsense, and if they do it is very sad indeed. Be assured, I will share my experiences so others will know what a lack luster outfit Sunbelt really is.

Very disappointed with this location called to rent some equipment was told one price got there price changed again I asked them specifically how much it would be they told me got to my job and they charged me again another 200 with out my permission on top of what they told me I even brought the equipment back 9 hours early they wouldnt do anything told me there was more fees they forgot to let me know of stay away very far away from this location!!!
