Everyone at Porter Bottle Co. is friendly and helpful. They are set up to accommodate enormous orders, and still, they always make time for people like me who are just there to buy “one of these, two of those, and just a cap for one of these” with a smile on their faces. I also appreciate that they’re taking covid precautions really seriously. If you want to place an order, call ahead and they will deliver the order to your car when you get there. I’m so glad this business is here!

I have been working with Porter Bottle Co for the past few months and I am just so happy I found them. I can be such a pest with all my questions about products and pricing and Dan, especially, has been so patient with me. They make it so easy for me to place orders and everything has arrived in good conditions. If something isnt right, Dan makes sure to correct the problem right away. I was even able to get samples of the products I was interested in before placing an order. Berto was also very helpful and friendly (in one of my interactions when Dan was not available). Im just getting started with a mustard product and wasnt sure where to start. I called Porter Bottle and from start to finish they were wonderful. They seem to have the best bottle prices locally. The service area is a little cramped but it wasnt that big of a deal.

I started my hair care company 3 years ago with practically pennies and Porter Bottle told me I could come in and but my jars one at a time if I needed to...they were going to be here for me and my business!! I am leaving Porters now, and I feel like I was not welcome at all. The lady behind the desk is not warm or pleasant. Maybe she just didnt like my face. But Im a returning customer. I would have stayed longer to pick out something I could use, since they didnt have what I came in for. The sad part, is that I am very friendly and I just felt like Never going back. My business is growing and now they lost a customer who is on the rise. Never judge a person by their hair or clothes or race. I didnt want her to be extra, but her behavior was the same on both of my visits. Just so unwelcoming. I guess you win lady, I wont be back to bother you.
