Best computer repair service in town

Although 8 Mile Computers did not solve my particular problem, this was a positive customer experience. A few things: First, the store is no longer located on 8 Mile. It is located on at 25645 Joy Rd, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127 within a Boost Mobile store. I was initially hesitant about the unorthodox set up, but Rod was a total professional. Second, Rod dealt with me fairly and honestly. I needed data recovery from a broken hard drive. He explained the initial inspection was free and that it would cost $60 if he could recover my files. He was also up front about the possibility of not being able to recover the files. I have to go somewhere else to finish the project, but I would definitely return to this shop for other simple fixes in the future.

I came in today with a AC port that was not working or not charging at all for my laptop.The whole time i thought I would have to get the entire port saudered. Good thing 8 mile computers is honest. He said all I need is a new power cord.. just like that ... all repaired. I will be returning there in the future for sure👌😊 I just found I new place for all my computer repair issues
