Ive been coming here for 25+ years. I dont think there is quite a place in the state like star. This is a full detail service shop. Car wash, interior, and exterior, and there has to be 30+ people working. Ive never reviewed this place but we just took a truck here and the results were amazing. It was a buddies....buddies truck and the previous owner was a smoker with smoke stains everywhere. The exterior had tons of swirls. I wish I took more than one pic before but it now looks better than most brand new vehicles. Anyway I would recommend this place!

They were decent. A little expensive but I like my car on the inside. They missed a few spots but they cleaning it right up once pointed out.

The staff was very courteous. I had too many streaks on the back window and doors very dirty bottom inside. They used to do a better job years ago. I was on this side of town and thought I would get a good wash for the Ultimate service level.

They do a great job for their amazing prices. They work fast and professionally. This is a definitely a go to always. They will take care of you.

It was late when I went downtown on a fall autumn to campus martini it was closed but I was able to explore some of the activities I enjoyed it and it a places to go for all ages.

Okay so I drove my vehicle into their auto detailing area and showed them my oil spot from melted butter on my seat and the gentleman who helped me said no problem well get that out and sure enough it came cleaner than I think it was when I first purchased the car! Please take all your auto detailing needs, you will be so happy that you did!! Plus they take care of our police department (s) vehicles and thats great in my opinion! Paid for the ultimate wash and they didnt vacuum my car I had to pull back around nor clean the inside first and last time at this place. I could have did better in my garage

This business does a decent job, one of the better car wash in the area, unfortunately theyre slow and is always busy. If your pressed for time avoid this establishment.

I have been going to Star Auto Wash for a year now and they do a great job. Today I had them do a Complete exterior and interior detail. When I picked up my truck, it looked outstanding. Thank you so much for the Great Job. My truck looks brand new.

This my 3rd time to take my car for full detailing. The 1st a minivan for $150 and the second a Mustang for $150. The 3rd is Ford Turous for $200. The staff who did the cars is the same guy but on the last time the manager was next to him. As he was checking the car and giving verbal quote, his manager will jump in and increase the price. I agreed to their price and they did a good job however when I reached home to top up the washer fluid, I found that they didnt do the under hood. I called them and the lady took detailes and advised they will call on monday. They didnt.The staff are helpful and the work is good. I would give them five stars if they didnt change prices and returned my call.

Star Car wash does a pretty good job cleaning your car. I go here often because this is one of the businesses that service the vehicles from my job. I think their services are a little pricey for my taste but I also understand that you have to pay for good service. Easy on and off the freeway location makes it convenient. I think they should advertise a little bit more so that the public knows that they are there in the neighborhood to service them.

I think they do a really good job. I love when I get tire dressing they make sure all the wheels in their entirety are dressed. They put on one application then ask you to pull forward and put on another application. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

I got an in and out for 16. They Vacuumed the floors good and cleaned the inside windows. The exterior was cleaned and dried well. For the price though you can go to a self serve wash and do a much better job, and wipe down the upholstery which they didnt do.Star auto did a great job getting me in and out in about 10 minutes which is perfectly convenient, and the exact reason Ill probably go back.

Exceptional customer service. Honest workers one of the workers vacuuming out my car found $20 under my seat and brought it to me. I had no ideal it was under my seat. Thank you! Now I have lunch money.

This is the second time now I’ve given them a chance and I definitely won’t be back. The interior of my car was barely cleaned. Crumbs and coffee in the cup holder. I don’t mind paying more if it’s cleaned out right but this is horrible. And I left a tip too. 😩

They did a fantastic job on cleaning my dirty car after a muddy trip to the UP. Very reasonable rates for the services they provide. I found my new car wash spot!

Been coming here for 8 years. They always do a great job. The price is right for a full service car wash. I highly recommend them-- they treat your car like it is brand new--and it looks like it when theyre done.. I have never had any scratches or dents there. Their detailing service is great too!!

These guys do the best job anywhere. The price is great, they have a list of discounts. My favorite is the UAW Ford employee discount, just show your work badge. And dont forget to tip the guys, they work hard in all weather to clean your car or truck.

This is my first time getting a car waxed so I dont know if it was a good job or not. Inside the door frame was still wet and when I put the windows up and down they had streaks. The establishment itself was clean and friendly.

Garbage, 80 for A detail. My 4 year old son could have done a better job. The car went cleaner then it came back. They used some dirty rags nothing is clean. They literally just put shine on dirt. Man. No point in going back and arguing, just s lesson learned..

I recommend going early while the workers are fresh and have energy.

Great place to get a quick and cheap carwash! I had 30 minutes free last Saturday morning and was able to get my car washed and vacuumed. It was perfect and the attendants were very nice.

Dropped off my van for a complete detail. Ive had other vehicles detailed before and they did a great job.... so when my van was ready I went to pick it up and someone hit my front bumper. I complained to the manager and he said he’ll get back with me but i never heard from anyone after that.... I ended up having to fix my bumper which they damaged from my own pocket..... i’ll never get my car washed or detailed there again and I advise no one to ever drop off their vehicles with them.

For in and out service. On busy days they may miss a spot or two by moving your car out the washer too quickly. And they will do a rush job vacuuming, wiping the inside areas and drying to move on to the next car. On slower days they take time to make sure the car is clean in and out. Tip: pull in when there is no long car line waiting.

I paid $20 for a car wash, and I wish I had never even pulled into the driveway. The exterior of my car looks great (not too hard of a job) but the interior was completely untouched. The first guy I mentioned my dissatisfaction to got an attitude and pushed it onto someone else. That guy also got an attitude and told me to pull over to detailing for them to handle it. After pulling over to detailing and getting out, four different people asked me the same question. Im currently waiting for the finished product...

This is the place to go before you turn in your lease. They are quick and efficient. Ill never vacuum my car again!

The only car wash I go to. The staff is the best. If you have a AAA card you get a discount. Not expensive at all. There arent many car washes out there that do both in-and-out.

They do an excellent job here and full service wash is definitely worth the price to get the interior of your car cleaned as well. Sometimes they seem to push cars through a little fast when they are busy but its still a better job than the other area car washes Ive tried.

Pretty good wash, could be better if they cleaned the bottom of the car. Rockers always need to be cleaned after on my ride. Inside is always nice.

Not coming back. Highly disappointed. The guy who approaches your window asking what kind of car wash you’d like is extremely rude. They have not done a good job on my car the past 5+ times I have been there. Then, to top it off, the other day I drove out of my way 20+ minutes around 4pm, said they close at 630, they had the gate locked and closed. I’ll start going elsewhere! I heard Johnson’s is good!

Watch them. Had to get them to revaccuum. Nice people though, especially lady at the desk. AAA discount and dont forget your punch card to get a free wash later.

Just let Star Car Wash to my discovery money stolen out of vehicle... Oh it was hidden and not in open view shame on that employee and much bad luck to come to that person and its my prayer that when management reviews video they discover who the thief is because at the end of the day your vehicle is subject to any and everything being stolen. I was a customer here for years. I just finished my car wash and I will never be going back. The workers are extremely rude during the end of the wash. There is this one bald guy who always drys the passenger side window who clearly does not know customer service. I told him that I did not get any air freshener which I paid for and he didnt even look at me and I said pull out I just waited 30+ minutes for a car wash the least people can do is have good customer service. Also, if you ever get the ultimate wash they will NEVER ask you what air freshener you want. They dont put air freshener unless you ask them too. They try to pull it off like Im not suppose to what I paid for. Will never be going back here again.

Had vehicle washed and before I left, I noticed my mats were missing. I complained to the manager and was given some miscellaneous mats. Just watch your items inside, they tend to grow legs. They would get five stars but this is the second time this happened.

I paid $175.00 to get my truck detailed and it was still dirty inside.. The carpet was not shampooed clean.. overall not satisfied with the work. The mats were not washed and still had sand and grime all over

My husband and I got a used car back on March and it needed a cleaning...my husband said he had heard about this place and suggested we take it. The service was excellent! And the car was spotless!!!

Crappy service and crappy car wash. Its Friday, a slow Friday for star car wash and I cant believe I got this type of service for a slow day. Star car wash just lost a loyal customer. Wont be recommending this place anymore.
