I started going here about a year ago and loved it ever since. Ive gone to “barber Q” since day 1 and have been ever since. He is very good with fading a blending and he treats his clients with respect and doesn’t make the haircut boring. He does this by interacting and talking to his clients to make them feel more welcomed. Even if I end up coming a little later then expected he still makes room to fit me in to get my haircut. I would recommend going to Q if it is your first time coming to the shop.

A Welcomed Walk into History. I stumbled upon this establishment this morning while frantically looking for a place to get my hair cut. IN our day and age, gone is the time where it was an event to go to the barbershop and wait for your turn in the chair. Where the conversations could range from sports to politics with the heated debates not only causing laughter but educating as well.Although it was empty when I arrived, the barber that cut my hair was full to history and knowledge and it was delight to listen to him describe Detroit forty years ago. How the street of Livernois used to be buzzing with people and commerce and how he felt hopeful that those days will turn without all the renovation going through the city.I dont know what it is like on a busy day, but it was a sure treat to get a haircut when it was empty. If you ever in the area and need a haircut, take my advice and swing by. I dont think you will be disappointed.And about the haircut... I am extremely satisfied!

Barber is pretty cool here. Very welcoming. Watch out for the meter maid, shes a trip.

HORRIBLE SEEVICE.. Dont go here for a cut unless you like waiting..they will take their friends and regulars before you. I waited 1 1/2 hours and got no cut..they would look right at me and then tell their friends to come next...I guess they dont like new money...I went down the street, got a cut and left a $10 tip..🤔
