Someone I know had an event there. I walked into the front entrance way leading to outside. It was dirty and looked abandoned. The steps needed sweeping. It was just overall unwelcoming. They could have it the grass and picked the litter up that was strewn across the front lawn

Nice place, we had a Mothers Day Brunch. It was a nice Event, food was good and the atmosphere.

This place is awesome very beautiful in the inside and the price is responsible as well. The manager is so awesome helps in anyway possible always at every event making sure things go smooth.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! The owner does not have a professional bone in his body. He is one of the worst business people that I have EVER encountered. Let me be clear, I love supporting my people BUT I dont like half baked dealings. The hall itself is not a bad place. The location is great, BUT it could be so much better IF the minor stuff was taken care of. No air in June (this is Michigan people). Dance floor had water dripping on it (again, fixable solutions). If you make an appointment, you have to call and remind him once you are there then wait for his arrival. The way the phone is answered, again is unprofessional. I dont want a hook-up, but I dont you to act like you doing me a favor by renting out your hall. It pains me to leave bad reviews because I myself own a small business, but if you want a magical event that is stress free, please keep searching.

We booked this place for my nieces repast. She passed January, 2020. It snowed that day. When we got to the hall, the parking lot had not been shoveled and a lone woman was out there trying to clear the lot with a shovel. Upon going inside it was FREEZING!!! They had just turned the heat on and the people were very ugly to us upon requiring why had the heat not been turned on the night before or earlier. It was so cold we decided to leave. They also gave us a problem with getting the deposit back. I would not recommend.

Totally please with the venue and the staff that assisted me! My reception was absolutely beautiful! The dimmed chandeliers set the evening off. The linen set up was gorgeous and they were very accommodating! Thanks so much all the best.

I would not recommend ANY one to host or attend an event at the New Rosedale house. The staff and owner is completely unprofessional, untimely, and doesnt keep their word. The hall was not ready when we got there to set up for our event. The owners brother was trying to patch up holes in the ceiling while we were trying to put decorations on the tables. The lighting inside was vey dim. The parking lot is small. they didnt even clear a walk way for our guest to come in (it was snowing). For the price that you pay, it is totally not worth it. I only gave them 1 star because I had to, but really this place deserves no stars. Do not, I repeat do NOT pay your money to host an event at this place or you WILL be disappointed.

I attended a cabaret-style party here. Bathrooms were clean, location is ok. Only down side was the dance floor wasnt good for women wearing heels! No woman wants to feel insecure while dancing in heels! Dance floor needs to be a flat smooth surface.

Even though its in the neighborhood the owners could still do a better job of maintaining the place. Some deep cleaning and a little talc wouldnt hurt.

Bold business set up appointment to see hall with owner. Husband took off work. Get there no ones is there called several times and left voicemails still no reply. Wish i wouldve read the reviews before hand.

It all started when I first started booking with him, the way he answered the phone, when we had appointments to pay and check out the place he was late or switching times . Also, the day of my event ... at the end ... we were packing up to leave ... we had to be out by 7:00 ... they came in about 7:05-7:10 but I had a baby shower we had to gather all the gifts .. THE OWNER AND HIS GIRLFRIEND CAME IN BEING VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY FAMILY ... Saying all types of rude things. Then he said my 200.00 was gonna be forfeited... then his rude girlfriend said if we was out in a certain amount of time we can get it back .. we did that ... that was that ... then a day later the owner calls saying our security deposit was forfeited... THEY JUST WANTED TO KEEP OUR MONEY FROM THE START!I will NEVER GO BACK .. and they need some RENOVATIONS!

Nice updates it was actually a Beautiful Event that I attended. However, I would NEVER hold an event there due to the fact that the Entertainment Space is UPSTAIRS with No Elevator!!!!!And it was NO AIR in June on an 84 degree day 😡!!!!

The building is dirty, nasty and falling apart the roof leaks and they have the nerve to charge almost $1000 for rental. Also there is a bag from the hospital where you put your belongings in is covering a hole in the ceiling. The owners have the nerve to think its the best place on earth.😂😂😂😂

We had appointment to see the facility, Then called to see if the gentleman was there, he informed us that he texted everybody to cancel and reschedule for Thursday .How are you going to cancel an appointment and you dont even know or ask for number from the beginning.
