The Law Offices of Walter Metzen definitely gets a five star rating from me, Ill explain why.First and Foremost I contacted Walter in October of 2019 inquiring about chapter 7 bankruptcy he gave me the bankruptcy fee and the court fee amount without even scheduling an consultation, everyone else was saying youll have to set an appointment for an consultation. I told him Ill be to see him within the next two weeks (I didnt show that time) he was very understanding. I ended up going to the office the end of November 2019 instead and I was a mess, literally paperwork was everywhere, I didnt have everything but the woman at the front desk was very helpful she pulled up the paperwork I needed and printed it out on her computer. I kept apologizing for not being prepared and she simply replied stop apologizing, its okay. It happens. I met with Chad after about 15 minutes he answered EVERY question accurately. He walked me through the whole process, he informed me on what to expect and he got all of my paperwork to my job in the same day (to stop a garnishment). Walter was busy and still made time to help when needed and he was very pleasant. Also let me mention after I filed chapter 7 that next payday from my employer I noticed that some money was still taken from my account for the garnishment (An error on my employer end) I contacted Chad and he contacted my employer him self to make sure they corrected the error and I received my refund three days later.
