Poor cleaning for the price. My vehicle was not completely vacuumed..under my seats was not vacuumed and did not wipe down the console which is included in the price.Do better going to less expensive car wash and vacuum myself.Wasted $28.00. Will not recommend and will not return. Was considering getting detailed there but changed my mind.

They miss a lot of spot for the money you spend and the illusion of top notch service.

Easy and fast. Not the best clean Ive had but far from the worst. And the employees are all very engaged and happy.

I recieve the Bills Best they do a good job only problem at times I have to tell them to vacuum in between the seats both driver and passengers side something I shouldnt have to keep asking them to do also floor runners when exiting the vehicle. Must do better this is a $30.00 car wash I am not a complainer but service should be consistent.Over all would recommend

They will not clean the console when you pay for them to detail the inside. Every. Time. I keep thinking maybe next time they’ll do it. I’m very pregnant and just cannot do it myself right now otherwise I would. I’m disgusted, and I am DONE with them.

Its hit or miss here and rather expensive. Sometimes my car comes out looking brand new while other times it looks like an 8 year old used an old school dust-buster that barely works.Going the only washes the outside rout while leaving the inside up to you to clean is the best option.

I have been going to Mr Cs Car Wash for years. I always get full service and Mr Cs has yet to disappoint. They move you in and out quickly, which is another plus.

I have two vehicles, I took my first one to Mack Avenue Mr.Cs and their machine tore my mirror off. Cost me $500 to repair. Took my second vehicle there last week, again tore the mirror off of that vehicle as well. They refuse again to do anything about it. $350 for that repair. So they will lose out on a dollar over a penny. I will never be back there again, You take your vehicle there at your own risk. They have been well-rehearsed in the art of deniability.

The #1 reason I gave it 5 stars is the undeniable truth that Mr. Cs is thee BEST car wash on the Eastside of Detroit and Grosse Pointe! The only downside is it is also the most expensive car wash in the same area. The cheapest option is the exterior only wash @ $9, all the way up to $30 for THE WORKS wash which is interior & exterior. You get out of your vehicle and follow along a glass walled hallway where you can watch everything being done to your vehicle. The waiting area is really nice with a flat screen TV and entertainment system.

Purchased Bills best at the Mack Gateshead location, well it wasnt the best, when I got home the rims were still dirty, door jams and rear hatch had not been wiped clean, failed to hand dry windshield had to clean these items myself. They failed to blow rearview mirrors out so had water dripping out.

They did a great job! I have received some pretty bad car washes since I arrived in Detroit Michigan but I was very pleased with this one.

The first time I visited this location was several months ago, and ever since then I have consistently going to this location only. I have another one close by, but this one in particular has been very consistent in its practices of maintaining order, routines, and overall customer service. For me, if its not broke, dont fix it. So if the place is doing well, you should keep going there. Needless to say I would suggest not only the franchise to other people, but to this location in particular if youre nearby.

I love this Mr. Cs. Ive been going on a regular for about 5+ years. A lot of staff turn over, but its a hard job. The few that have stayed are GREAT. Always glad to see them. I see them helping the newer ones getting the job done RIGHT. You pay for what you get, and service and the wash has always been pretty GOOD.

I can trust them not to damage car and to do a great job cleaning it. Pricey, but they pay well. It shows in a job well done and in the friendly, helpful attitudes of their employees. Strange review, but certain things stood out during my visit.

The Management at this place is amazing... I mean the pizza across the street will have you Locked in it self the workers the Management all drive off those pizza slices and deli sandwiches just look at rodney if hes still there I mean this dudes 68 with no shoes holding a slice of that there pizza so. Its amazing the connection and the expertise and 🍕 calories. Go rodney buddy you make the pizza go round.

Mr. Cs Car Wash is the best. I think their two locations are pretty much equal - but, we go to the Mack and Gateshead location much more often.

I was very unhappy with my service. This was the worst car cleaning service ever. My husband took our trucks and after Mr. CS service it didnt look as if they touched the inside....actually I think it was worse.. my husband had to clean the inside of both trucks afterwards and the cost of 60 something dollars wasnt cheap. I would highly suggest doing it usself because you still will afterwards.....except youll save $60 bucks.Horrible, Horrible service

While having only 1 car in front of me, the start-to-finish was 25 minutes... a big time waster for $30 car wash...

I brought my brand new SUV here for an interior and exterior wash after I had to haul some gardening supplies in the trunk leaving minor debris. After leaving the car wash, I stopped for gas across the street and noticed numerous spots left on the black exterior of my vehicle. Upon further inspection, I noticed the trunk area hadnt even been touched, which was truly the only reason I wanted the wash in the first place. The dashboard & navigation screen was still covered in prints. I immediately went back to the wash and they vacuumed the trunk for me. Considering my vehicle has only been on the road for 2 weeks, there wasnt much to clean to begin with. I was very disappointed with the value and quality of my wash.

Ive had one disappointing experience after another at this wash - paying a $30 premium for an interior cleaning evidently doesnt include cleaning the rear interior of the car. Other basic interior items are almost always looked over. I was told I have to ask that the rear seats and trim be cleaned, after the fact. At this rate, what separates this facility from a $3.00 wash down the street? Not a whole lot. In contrast, the attention to detail received at the Rochester facility routinely exceeds expectations. I hope management takes note and addresses this costly problem.

I came back from Florida with a truck full of sand, and decided to get it cleaned professionally, so I took it to Mr. Cs. There was still sand everywhere. The body was sparkling, but I was disappointed in the interior. Not thorough. At least not for a job like this. Weekly to monthly maintenance would probably be fine.

Keeping it simple. Mr Cs tells you what will be done. Then they do it well. The best keep it simple and deliver.

The employees do an excellent job. My complaint is you raise the car wash prize too often, it was alreadypricey.

Use to be a great car wash... its terrible I paid 28 dollars for the work and thats what I got work over, I had to return water spots all over my vehicle didnt wipe down the door jams and now I couldnt believe they only put tire shine on 3 tires... WTH!!! Called back talked to the manager Sam and they washed my vehicle over.

Paid $26 for inside and out. Got in the car and the inside looked like it was never touched. Went back and they acted like it was an issue to redo the job. Cant believe the quality of work for the amount pai . I use to live this carwash years ago. Very disappointed

This used to be my go to spot but the quality of service has declined horribly over the last year. The people vacuuming cars obviously dont give a damn with my ten year old able to do a better job. Come on, manager. Take a look at what your people are doing. Inspect the cars before they leave and you will understand! Fix this!

$40 car wash and didnt even attempt to wipe or dust the dashboard. Or any other surface. Unbelievable. Window cleaning is terrible and full of streaks. At a loss for words as to what i paid for. Thanks Mr. Cs.... Will never be back...

Full service available at a reasonable price. They washed my car, wiped down the interior and vacuumed it out. The cleaning wasnt perfect, but for a quick job, it was definitely acceptable. Will go again for sure.

This place is great! I read the reviews before coming in and was very skeptical but they certainly exceeded my expectations. My car was BAD so they missed a few cracks here and there during the interior detailing but overall Id come back again. The price is higher than most but everyone else makes you schedule weeks in advance, I called at 2pm and my car was being cleaned by 3 so top notch service. Despite some cons, the way the staff handled my car as if it were their own is what earned them 5 stars. See you guys again!

Slipping a bit. Missed cleaning console areas (cup holder, storage surface) and inside door. Young guy got door and gave me a towel to get console. Nice kid.

They didnt do a good job on my truck and then the guy at the end tried to overcharge me for doing my tires which I definitely declined I called to let management know and they plainly just said ok as if they were not shocked at what I just told them.

Even with prepaid slips for future washes everytime I pay $25.00 ?for a deluxe wash there is always something not attended to that I catch when I get home. The last time was bird pop that should have been cleaned off the car. I had to do it myself or drive all the way back . The company needs to retrain staff. Sometimes it is good but usually they never wipe down the door jams and streaked dash board. Every time I go there is some problem. They need to be supervised better. Some works work very hard but ouster’s are useless. The only reason we go there is because it is convenient. I tried the one on Harper they aren’t, any better. They need better training iespecially in customer service.

Just went for the first time im not going back. Horroble service car wasnt ckeaned and i had told them the middle comsole wasmt clean the guy apologized . I get home and I convinced i do it myself for now on. Now i gotta go to car wash and clean the inside myself on the spots they missed. Terrible!

I paid for interior and exterior cleaning. My car was super clean on the outside but the inside was a different story. It looked like they never touched. I brought it to one of the employees attention and he got an attitude. I thought to myself ..this $36 carwash waa not worth the stress.

Got the works $25.00 car wash and had to bring it back right after I got home when I saw a lot of areas not wiped down this Dirty and salt sti there. This was my second time bringing it back for the same reasons. I could have got that type of was for $6.

Best car wash on the east side. Can get busy at times, so it is best to go early if you need a car wash. Pricier than most car washes, but you get what you pay for.

They did a great job inside and out on my minivan. There was a little wait up front, but all the cleaning is done inside the building, and once we were in it proceeded quickly.

Its not a sit in your car car wash. Slightly expensive. Has several types of wash services at different prices. Their people do a good job inside and out.

I travel from new Baltimore to the Gross Pointe location just because of how good of a job they use to do, but for the amount of money for the works and then having to come home and finish the job, its just not worth it anymore. Wont be back

Just left and I paid 35$ for nothing, my backseat doesn’t look vacuumed my car still has dirt and dust on it. This will be my first and last, the young man tried to clean it but he was being rushed and he mentioned that the other workers were suppose to scrub my car. I’m so disappointed ☹️

Id rather use the competition. If Im spending $20+ on a carwash there should be no reason to have to complain that something wasnt done properly. The hours of operation are inconsistent at best..

I paid over $40 for a car wash. My son left granola crumbs in the back seat console. I opened it so it could be seen & cleaned. When I got to my destination I grabbed something from my back seat, the center console was still open, crumbs still there. This is the 2nd time something like that happened, there wont be a 3rd.

Its been awhile since Ive been here used to come here all the time when I worked on this side of town years ago its changed a bit not the quality used to get I dont think Ill come back everybody was nice Etc but the service wasnt the same

They are fast, but the quality of their job is terrible, I was not satisfied at all. Sorry.
