Claimed parts were shot that were brand new tire rods just had surface rust, never fixed the abs. Hopefully you know something about cars before going here, because if not youll be taking a chance of getting ripped off. If they stop you from checking whats supposedly wrong get a second opinion, like simply rocking the tire back and forward for tire rods.Brakes, rotors and struts are what I needed, tire rods wouldve added an additional cost of 300. Oh yeah about the rotors,, didnt even remove the grease before putting them on. Then Ive got to hear how your here for the community, ripping folks off.

My Car sat up at the shop for 4 days and they still didnt fixed the issue. Communication from the employees is TERRIBLE. I honestly give every business the chance they deserve but i would NEVER suggest this place to anyone.

This is a great place to have service. I was helped immediately and they solved my problem with my cars exhaust.

I Was charged 2300 for full new brakes and a rack and pinion. Charged me seperate for the inner tie rods. They replaced my brakes and brake pads but didnt replace my rotors.

He fixed my brakes but didnt say anything about the tired needing to be replaced until after the brakes were continuously sqeeling two weeks later and mind you scrubbing which the scrubbing was happening before the brakes were fixed which I mentioned before requesting to fix my breaks.I wished that they would have mentioned this in the beginning because I could have tried to fix as much as I could then instead of just my brakes.Which I think they overcharged but worked some things out.

They refused to weld a new muffler on my car because they didnt purchase it. I bought my new muffler for $75 they want $125 for the same muffler . RIPOFF.....Aka markup for nothing.

I took my 2008 Impala the drivers wheel was burning and smoking so they decided that I needed rotors calipers brakes so I paid them $700 three days later smoking again they say its nothing to do they cant do nothing for it . I went in to see if I could bring the car back. The manager stated they have done all they can do. What happened to the 30 day warranty or we back our work they dont back they work if its not right when you leave they will not fix your car

My front brakes were dragging bad and I needed this job done. I was gonna change it myself but I didnt have the specific tool I needed. So I took it to Whites. Turned out my caliper had broken and I needed a new rotor as well. They hooked me up and even changed the other rotor. It was worth the $350 parts and labor.

So I went to this place after reading the reviews didn’t tell them I worked for state of Michigan. I had diagnosed my car several places so I was aware of what’s going on exactly . I went there and met Sam and Nino . They said it would be 35 dollars to check out the problem I agreed I handed them the key 30 minutes later they came back with the same diagnoses that i already knew which it seems they did the proper diagnose Then quoted me 325 with a written estimate which every other place wanted 500 and up . They worked on my car and fixed the problem . I haven’t had any issues since .also they Gave me my old part took me inside the garage and showed me everything done . Which I hate how a lot of places don’t do that . The place is great, the service is great, the staff is friendly I couldn’t ask for more. they gained a customer for life. Everyone should check them out .

PLEASE READ UPDATE!!! First of all. The office staff was very disorganized. Second I feel they were being dishonest with me. I gave them my keys to diagnose my car. It was parked on their property. Unknown to them I left their office and waited in my car the whole time. But since it was taking so long I entered the office and ask for an update. They said that I needed a power steering pump, rack and pinion, and some other thing. But the only problem with that diagnosis was. They never once examined my car beyond looking at it from the office window. I know because I was sitting in my car the whole time. So either they are psychic or flat out liers. Third, when they did diagnose my car they said that I just needed a power steering pump. So the work was done. But when it came time for me to pay the bill. They said that my bill was $1300. I said for what. They claimed to have done extra work. Not true. So after I became outraged. They claimed they had made another mistake, and then only charge me $450 for work completed. Update!!! To be fair, the mechanics do great work on the cars that they fix. I believe that the office staff was just having a bad day. In the future they should work on that part of the business.

Whites Muffler and Auto gave profession auto service at a reasonable price. I had to replace my exhaust pipe and muffler. I arrived at 8/830 am and they were done by 10:15a. I was pleased with the service and workmanship. I would recommend them.

Let me start out by saying I have used this place multiple times. They have may people there that I believe are very capable mechanics. That being said EVERY time I go there its out of necessity and urgency leaving me no choice but to be at the mercy of over-the-top costs. I understand different jobs have estimated work hours but $127 for less than an hour and a half of work is crazy. Then when I jokingly say man I need to work here, saying I wish I got paid that much, about 85/hr, while forking over $400 and to be fair they took off $50 when I said all I had was $400 for back rotors and pads and one caliper. The guy behind the counter got irate and told me no one forced me to come there. Completely losing his cool. I said something about their prices last time too and someone different simply said, Hey everythings going up I gotta keep this place open. If youre in a bind but have the cash sure checkem out but if its minor problem and you can wait you might end up saving some money.

Brought my car here because the check engine light came on and my car started sputtering when I came to a stop. They told me I needed 1500+ dollars worth of work done. Come to find out my engine was bone dry. They didnt even check the oil and it took 3 hours for them to do the diagnostics and they charged me 35 dollars for it. Highly suggest that you do not take your car here if you want quality service and someone to actually look into your car thoroughly. They were just raking in cars to get peoples money, under staff and highly unorganized. 👎

There was a funny vibration as I was driving my car. I went straight to Whites on a Saturday. (yes they are open on Saturdays) Within about 30 minutes they were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it the same day. They were honest, gave me a fair price, fixed it quickly and the coffee in the waiting area was fresh and hot. From now on Ill only go to Whites.

Every time I’ve called to see how much for my vehicle, they said I know what’s all wrong with it and hadn’t seen it yet. I took it to them in the 8 th and I had to sit for 2 hrs as they lied about looking at it and to get the price amount I’d be charged. I called today to see if it would be ready for pick up as it should’ve been ready by Wednesday they keep hanging up in my face. I’m highly disappointed in this company and their customer service is less than average l. Seeing as though I’ve been on hold for up to 50 mins with them coming back to the line and saying the same thing hold on one minute or just hang up. They’ll never get another dime..

They do good work but their prices rival the dealers. They do offer credit but you already paying to much then you gonna put debt on top of a bad decision. I need a front drive shaft. They wanted to charge me $650.00 part and $300.00 install. I bought drive shaft new $300.00, and installed 100.00. This was on a Yukon. They do pretty good work not gonna lie but cost way too much.

They broke my hood, my windshield with my hood, passenger mirror and the driver side door interior during a transmission and alternator repair. This was in August of 2020.

Last time here was pre-pandemic, and only a new catalytic converter was needed after the last one was cut off. When the technician finished doing a great job of installing it, he pointed out to me that my 18 year old muffler was the cause of a weird sound i could hear but had ignored throughout the years. I wasnt able to get the muffler fixed at the time, but after he pointed it out all i could hear was that sound😆.Todays the return date for the muffler installation and theyre really on the ball with their service during this rough time. The moment i pulled into the lot they had curb side service ready to find out what was needed. From there i was able to go inside and was greeted by a nice lady who was very patient with me considering that i already speak with a low tone while wearing a face mask. Once the keys were handed over, i took a seat in one of the comfortable evenly spaced out chairs in the lounge and waited as another great job was done was at a reasonable price. Truly thankful for their help with keeping my car running so that Im able to continue providing essential services for my clients.

I came to the shop as soon as I arrived was greeted and they got me in and told what was wrong...I needed a flex pipe pipe got me in and out did a fantastic job

I wish that I read the reviews before going there. This place is a complete rip off. I went in on 6/07/2019 and asked that some check my squealing brakes, get an oil change and to check the A/C. After 2 hours, I was asked to step outside to speak with one of the employees. He stated that I needed 2 sway bar links, front ball joint, struts and front wheel bearing. I said that I came in for brakes, oil change and a check of the A/C and I havent had any indication that anything else is wrong. He further stated that it was essential that I get this wheel work done as it was dangerous to drive without it. In addition, he said that I could get financed for the work but the sway bar links were not an immediate concern. I said what about my brakes. He said oh we havent checked them yet. He continued to coerce me and scare me to believe that needed all this work. In the end I paid $1393.90 plus tax through the finance company for the following: Right front ball joint, two front struts, right front wheel bearings well as Front and rear brake rotors and pads plus labor. Upon return of my car, it was pulling far to the left and starts to rattle over 50 mph. It is also making a weird noise when I turn. After taking it back the next day and asked they aligned it after the wheel work which is stated on my receipt. The technician said he would look at it. It was pulling slightly less. I took it to another mechanic that seriously doubts that anything other than the pads and rotors are new parts and states he doesnt believe that whomever did the work knew what they were doing.

Went here to have flex pipe repaired on my car not only did they have the lowest price but also repaired some other minor fixes for no charge Ill be coming back from now on!! Talk to my man Nick hell take care of you.
