I had uncle rob put a engine in my 2009 impala. These guys did the job to perfection. Not only is the motor still running sweet after putting 90,000 miles on it, uncle rob gave me my first tune- up at 50 percent off. I trust these guy to always to first rate work. I am making this place my mechanic place!! Everyone was nice and professional when I brought my car in he told me to bring in the next day because they were close to closing hours when I brought it in Rob checked my car out and then explained everything to me in detail what was wrong with my car I really appreciated that most places run it down and throw a price .. His prices were great I really expected to come out of more money so to hear I wasn’t I was happy! So if you want legit service trustworthy work done with reasonable prices applied with respect 🗣Come here!! Lastly they did everything that day !

My strut broke on me. Called my mechanic but, he was closed for the holidays. My son referred me to his mechanic (Uncle Rob). I called and he said bring it in. AAA towed my car to his shop. When I got there my car was already in a stall. I agreed to have both struts put on. Dont make sense to replace one. Uncle Rob gave me a great price and the work was done in good time. I really like Uncle Robs professionalism and kindness. My car is running great and I didnt have to wait all day long. Uncle Rob get you in and out. Thats what Im talking about. Im on the road again! Thanks to you Uncle Rob and all of your mechanics!

So far not so good. I called yesterday and they told me to have my car towed to them by 9am. So I had my car towed them this morning and they haven’t even looked at it. From 9am to 330pm. And now they are telling them they are telling me they probably won’t even look at until tomorrow. Which would mean I have to tow it back home and then tow it again tomorrow in hopes that they will actually service me. Tows are expensive and that is so unfair.

Went to get and Oil Change and saw smoke coming on my from top of my engine oil was leaking he broke a spark plug and left by me being a female didnt look at it drive away and had to pay more money to get it repaired so no i will not refer people nor will I go back.He need to give it up.

I recently got a new engine put in my car and while I’m satisfied for my car being able to run I’m unsatisfied because they told me after my car was finished that I’d now need new engine mounts for $200 more when in reality I’m thinking $1600 would cover parts and labor, nevertheless I should have been informed so that I could have gotten it done WITH my new engine if the mounts weren’t going to be included. Also my check engine light has come on and I called to see if I could bring it in to be checked out and I’m going to be charged $45 what for I just got this engine. Ridiculous...

I heard of these guys a while back. and i live far from Detroit now days. but i dont regret bringing my car to them. truly, old school professionals. good prices, good timing, great work. and after observing theyre work ethic- i was more than satisfied. this is where i take my vehicle for now on. thanks guys

Great shop deal direct with Uncle Rob. Ive taken 3 different vehicles there over the last few years and he never failed to properly diagnose and Repair them. Uncle Rob is a fair man and he will work with you as other reviews have said. A piece of good advice though take your car in before 9am if you want to get it back the same day as his shop stays busy all day with repeat business.

I went their and they told me I need a lot of things that I really didnt need get a second option! They wanted to change me 550 all I ended up paying was 130 to get my car fix! They be guessing!

I went to Uncle Rob over 50 times in 20 years and every time I take my car there to get fixed they either break something or something breakdown on the car less than a week. He will tell you something thats wrong with your car that dont need repaired. You will get robbed f**king with Uncle Rob.

They gave me an oil change and didnt switch the light off. Before I left I asked the guy how much to fix my breaks he told me the price (I had my own parts) he told me to call the boss the next day and see when he was available. The ower tried to charge me twice as much.

Well guy told us to bring car he would work right away. Well had car towed and he had us sitting and waiting on top of that didnt know that they get parts and owner just started going off for no reason with explanation. I tried to inform him I didnt know that it was ok he didnt wanna listen any way had to end up having car towed away from shop. The owner was nasty and distasteful for my liking

Very bad experience Uncle Rob told me that he would fix my car,but what he did was mislead me to believe he was giving a new drive shaft but instead he lied and only replace a small part on my shaft.My car still making noise and he wont answer the phone or fix my car right.I meet a couple of ppl that said we was a crook in the hood jacking black out they money and taking advantage of womens.I dont get this problem resolved I am taking him to court, because what he did too me was very low down dirty,the same noise I heard wen I took my car to him for is the same noise I heard now and my car is not fix if correctly for the money I paid and he lied to me also about parts

Sometimes the price isnt what I wanted, but thats what happens with cars. Been to this shop for three cars now, with my third car being the one that needs the most work (sad face). Terrible service, was charged $300 dollar for tired rods and an alignment. They put in new tire rods but didnt even do the alignment they charged me for. Avoid this shop, and go somewhere that will actually fix your vehicle👎👎👎👎👎

I would never recommend this shop to anyone...I called and explained what was wrong with my car and they referred my to a towing company to get it towed to them...after I paid the tow truck he took the car up there and they said it wasnt any room and left me with a $65 towing bill and would not refund me...so disrespectful..
