I bought a new car, Audi A4 07. 145k miles, runs fine Took it to these guys for a tune up and an oil change. As soon as I drove it off their lot it started making a horrible screeching sound and would not rev or move. I can’t explain it, I’m no mechanic. But THEY BROKE MY CAR & won’t admit to it or do anything about it. DON’T take your car here!

This place is great. Ive been there twice now. First time, my car couldnt hold any coolant. I took it in, he showed me exactly where the leak was in the thermostat housing, replaced the entire unit and had me back driving the same day. Havent had a problem with the coolant levels since.Second time, my car was so bad I had to push it into the shop. They got it up and running again. Really great guys, reasonable prices, I strongly recommend.

I took my 2011 Chevy Traverse there after the engine stalled at the recommendation of the auto shop where it was purchased. Having initially stating they would, In and Out refused to work with my warranty service. They gave me an ultimatum to pay cash or pick up my car. Needing my vehicle back I reluctantly paid the $1600 fee for a timing belt.The next day my engine stalled again. On the freeway. I had the car towed to the closest repair shop only to learn that I was in need of a new engine. In and out refused to communicate, the “manager” wouldn’t even tell me his name, or provide any documentation of the diagnosis they made before the repair.At this point I’m out $1600 and a vehicle.Same your money, time, and frustration.

I spoke to bernard, he was very rude and unprofessional. I spent hundreds of dollars getting my car fix and everytime they fixed something it came back with another problem or the same. I am very dissatisfied with the service and I will no longer return and I highly recommend you find another auto shop than this one. COMPLETE RIPOFF

They charged me 700 for a timing chain replacement made a video of my car engine open saw i had a different problem and didnnt call me about it until they put the timing chain on that i didnt need so my car is still not running the guy at the desk would not give me a manager number or work with me on the new repair told me to get my car out of their lot. Whoever the person that is replying definitely was not there at the shop that day I also have pictures that my car wasnt assembled when it was given back to me coil packs were not hooked up I have the pictures to prove that my coil packs were not connected my oil dipstick was broken and who knows what its not hooked up I have not checked it out yet so it will be nice to have a conversation with someone I completely understand the simple fact that I asked for a timing chain replacement but as a mechanic if you see theres something major wrong and what youre doing wont help arent you obligated to let the customer know hey what were doing is not going to help you you have bigger problems there was ample time to do so

Amazing shop! I went here one day after my brakes went out on the opposite side of town of where I stay. My car was not safe to drive and I had my son with me. This was just the nearest place, but now Im a regular customer! Theyre really nice, professional, and even if you need new parts youll get them the same day! The price was more than reasonable and the owner Ali understood how tight things were in this emergency situation! Ill bring my car here now no matter where I am if its an issue. Him and his staff are always kind to me and my son and you can really tell they care about what they do and who they do for from their interactions with all customers!
