I had an exhaust put on my car from the manifold back .... it was horrible went back at least 4 times it fell down twice LOUD LOUD LOUD! Went to see BIG MOE MY LEMON SQUEEZE is sounding good and quiet 😁

Very friendly but did not do what was asked by doing an complete auto inspection but never checked fluids (transmission) and I ended up paying for a new one a week later.😒😒🤔🤔

Customer service was terrible.prices were outrageous....I cant prove it but I believe they fixed one thing and sabotaged another part to get more of my money with another outrageous price...never will I go there again...very dissatisfied

They UPCHARGED me because they knew Ive been to a different tire shop and was desperate for a tire. It was 8pm and they were about to close and my tire was flat on the highway. I had no choice to pay and they knew it. Thats not business, thats illegal.

Honest, caring, and very friendly! Without a doubt my go to place, moe helped me with my car repair gave me an estimate on the spot. I’ve went to many places and they couldn’t find the problem with my car and wanted to charge me a fortune! But luckily I stopped by to big moes auto repair and they got me done right! Highly recommended place and will tell all family and friends

I would definitely not go to this place unless I absolutely had to which happened to me my car broke down and it would not steer I guess I needed a rack and o p i o n. I was charged $375 up front just to drop the car off they had no tow truck I had to push the car in myself. After that I looked up how much the parts cost and I could have got one for $150 so right then and there I was overcharged. They did the work very quickly it only took them till the next morning which was very good I got an alignment with that which cost me $40 the labor was 390 and the part was 220 thats what they said that it was 675 total but actually I paid 700 all together. Can my tires were fine but when I went to pick my car up the alignment was very stiff and two of my tires were horribly bad and one was shaking horribly I had to replace two of my tires and I just replaced all four of them before I went in so I dont know you can put two and two together and figure out what happened there but I had to tires that were bad when I left the lot one of the tires actually the spokes were and wires were sticking out here is a proof of receipt from going there if I were you I probably wouldnt go here unless I absolutely had to I dont know maybe you had a different opinion about this place but I would definitely not go there find another place here is my proof of receipt and visiting this place it almost cost me $1,000 because I knew I had nowhere else to bring the car which I should have just told it somewhere else but I already paid for towing to get it there in the first place because my car would not stare at all

Overcharged 800.00 for r&r rack and opion &this was the new management. I broke down there or otherwise I wouldnt of went there and it was almost $800 to get the work done the part only cost 250 when I looked it up and when I walked out like I said I paid $800 I would not go here if I were you and after I left two of my tires were very bad I dont know how that happened because before I went into tires were fine here is the receipt I paid 400 with the credit card and here is the remaining balance when I picked up the car which was $388 but before I even had to work done I gave them 375 to start the job I would not come here unless I had no other choice the work was done quick within one day but they charged like crazy the receipt was written by Sam there is a copy of my bill

I was thankful to find a reasonable repair shop. The 1st time I went they gave me a great deal to replace my hub bearing and control arm. The 2nd time I went they double the price for rear breaks and different hub. I couldnt afford it so I went somewhere else.

If i’m going to be a 100 percent honest I think this place is one of the most trustworthy shops around. Moe’s son would give me the run down on every part they replaced and what it’s function is, i’m a women and whenever a shop sees a lady come in they think money but not with big moe.

Best place to get your mid mufflers done, my big dawg gt350_yaz hooked me up, go see him he will hook you up, not to mention nobody will ever beat big moe’s prices. factsz

These guys always take care of me and what I love most is their usually open by 7:30 am.

Total scammers. They do things to your car to make you think you need additional work. They intentionally broke things on the car. I wont ever take my car to be repair by others.
