I really can tell the difference in the smell of my house. I really learned a lot from the service guy as well. Very professional and experienced. Came equipped with all supplies. Was clean and explained entire process. Wore shoe covers and a mask during entire process. Very satisfied!!

The two gentlemen went above and beyond in accessing my dryer vent which was unbeknownst to me, under some deck steps! They unscrewed the wood panel and cleaned the duct, which probably had not been cleaned out in many years...the amount of caked lint was impressive. This was all done in a cold drizzle. Plus the technicians were polite and efficient. Office staff wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this company!

Great experience! I had my ducts cleaned and installation of gas logs done by two guys from Caliber Air Duct Cleaners. There was no dust or smell in the house which is great as I have allergies. Their cleaning method was wonderful. They took pictures of everything they did before the cleaning and after they were done. They provide a discount if you have other services performed while they are still there. They were true professionals with great experience. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

The same day I phoned, I had our ducts cleaned. It was a pleasure to work with the cleaners. They contacted to inform me of their arrival time. My new houses ducts had never been cleaned. The footage of the ducts was not pleasant to watch. I saw the after video, and it was really stunning. It was clear that there was a difference. Am very pleased with Caliber Air Duct Cleaners team who had our air ducts cleaned and I am very happy. Bob and his staff did a very thorough job and were very meticulous in making sure to clean up as they worked. He explained the process in detail and showed me before and after pictures of the ducts. There was no pressure on selling additional services which I really appreciated but they did make recommendations on what we could do in the future to lessen the amount of dust in the home without being pushy.

5 star service! Clean and thorough! Came right on time and really work hard to clean my air ducts and chimney. I had originally contracted for two two air duct but, upon inspection, the tech told me only one needed cleaning. They were professional I feel so much better about the air in my truck.

Overall an amazing experience. They were very accommodating and able to schedule next day to clean my dryer vent. Horrible business and customer service. Sceduled and waited all day without a call or message to let me know until I messaged them and was given a story about a accident and told to reschedule and promised up and down they would show, so I rescheduled and what do you know another no show, same excuse of a car accident and another one on top of that. The technicians wife was having a baby. No show no call and yet still think they can waste more of your valuable time just trying as hard as possible to reschedule for a third time. Do not recommend 100% and for anyone interested I have the messages to back this up.

I knew things were likely not great since we always had so much dust. The amount they cleaned out was incredible. They showed me some of the debris they were pulling out and before pictures - I couldnt believe it. Despite the mess there was no extra charge. They cleaned everything up. Thanks so much!

Caliber Air Duct Cleaners technicians came out to clean out my dryer duct and they did a great job! They were very professional and very friendly. They respected my home and offered to use covers for their shoes before walking on my carpet. After they finished they made a point to make sure the dryer was working and that there was no lint on the ground. I will be calling them again next year and would refer anyone with cleaning needs to them.

Awesome Bob! Called and he was at my house in 30 min! He explained what hed be doing throughout the process and didnt rush. I saw all the dirt that was removed from the duct work so I know this was money well spent. Again, excellent experience from start to finish.

Great job by Bob! Very professional and great customer service. He spent 4 hours at our home and was very careful to wear slippers and keep the disruption and dust to an absolute minimum. He was pleasant to deal with and he did a good job!

The gentlemen who represented the company were very polite and pleasant. They put down drop cloths and wore booties in the house. They were very accommodating of our requests and answered all of our questions. The entire process took approximately 2 hours and they provided before and after photos. The work was needed and well-done!

The truck was in front of the house before the appointed time which is always a good sign. The men cover their feet before they came in and worked continuously for 2 hours cleaning every event at our house. They showed us before and after pictures and when they left there wasn’t one drop of dirt anywhere. If there was a 10 star option I would go for 10 stars.
