Brynn Cooksey was our technician, and he provided fantastic customer service and repair. Very responsive, arrived soon after I called, was able to quickly diagnose and resolve our furnace issue. Very friendly and provided good information about the furnace issue and showed me the different parts and what was going on. I needed the service after hours on the weekend, and was very relieved to find a reliable person to help us.

We had Miles come out today to take a look at our furnace that stopped working last night. He was professional, helpful, and when the repair was very simple, he did a few diagnostics to make it worth the cost of having someone come out. I would definitely use this company again for any other hvac needs that come up in my home.

I hired Air Doctors for a Heating Tune Up on my furnace. The technician show up promptly and was very knowledgeable and he kept me informed on the service he was providing. The technician provide me with detailed report on my furnace. Air Doctors also submitted a rebate to DTE for me getting me some money back for having the service completed. I will go back to Air Doctors for all my HVAC Needs and I will recommend them to all my friends.

They got the job done but communication from them is poor. I was scheduled a week out & told between 8-10 am. No problem. At 11 I called & was told Id get a call back after they called the service tech. He called me at 1 & said hed be here at 2. Finally at 3:15 he arrived.When I asked about the lateness, he said the office tells everyone between 8-10 but it rarely works out that way.Other than poor communication & not arriving anywhere close to time, the job was completed & the a/c works.

My furnace went out late last night. I contacted the homeowner first thing this morning ( I rent my home). The homeowner called AirDOCTORS to come out to repair. The owner of the company came out promptly, Mr Brynn Cooksey, Sr. He was able to identify the problem quickly. He called for approval with the policy the homeowners have and it was denied. This kind man fixed my furnace anyway and said I have a mother and would not want her to be in the cold! What a blessing! God is good! I do not know of ANY company that would do the work for free. I do not comment on social media but had to make an exception for the kindness this young business owner showed. May he be blessed abundantly and have more business than he can handle. I speak OVERFLOW!

We received service for a couple rooftop units we needed some more professional eyes on. They arrived on time, kept a clean ship, and conducted good, honest work. Because of that, I’ll have them back for annual maintenance.
