This company is a scam! One of their employees I provided my credit card information to while booking bikes have been using my credit card! When I called to report it to them they didn’t care they just said call law enforcement and abruptly hung up! Please do not ever use the company to book a one trip vacation because their employees are thieves! No security whatsoever! Horrible experience! Please stay far away!

Rude as hell!! Never nice. I work at a business that xplorie calls frequently, Ive had the misfortune of dealing with these people on the opposite side, youd think since they need us to help their business they would be nicer. One agent hung up on me, another wont even give us the details we need and I swear if anyone of them sighs again when I ask them their name for my records, I may just go off on them. How dare they be so unprofessional!

They offered nothing we wanted or could use..they could not find my reservation ..after calling 4 times I gave up..They offered trampoline zipline and rapid raft..2 people in my party are handicapped..A gimmick to make you think you are getting a deal with expensive cabin rental in East Tennessee. They say its free passes but only one person pass per day per party..a total scam and waste of a company paying employees who offer nothing.

XPlorie was attached my rental in Destin Florida. Wow! What a great package deal. We were able to take advantage of multiple tickets as day, every day! The customer service center associated were super nice and helpful. We enjoyed the deep sea fishing twice (valued savings $85 & $100), the dolphin cruise (value $28) and the doggy bag (pet store bakery value $5). I would definitely add this on for future trips.

SCAM - While we saved 1 adult entry ticket for rafting, we were then ALSO charged by the rafting company for the trip, essentially making us pay TWICE. Xplorie apparently passed our CC info to the rafting company. Still waiting on a refund and will dispute. Avoid this poorly managed company.

Incredibly difficult to simply make a reservation. What should have taken 5 minutes took 30. I read my card numbers 5 times, and then was placed on hold while the lady called Hatfield and McCoy because the Xplorie program wasn’t working to make the reservation. I was patched through to Hatfield and McCoy and everything went fine the first time at that point. We’ll see how smooth everything goes when we go to the show.

We had so many issues with the services. Just one example, the free Movie nights(DVD)We wasted so much time trying to just return the dvds(like a Redbox). One location wouldnt accept the return. Another one was not where they said it was(which was at a restaurant that had been closed for over a year). We eventually found it within two blocks(where it was moved to), but it was not plugged in and behind a door that was locked. I called customer service, but they werent up to date, sending out a technician for the one box that wouldnt accept, and he would call me with in the hour. He never did. We had to drive an additional 1hr 15min. to get to the third/remaining box, CS had no other options to give us. There was more, but this gives you an idea.

It was a shorter course than I thought, but it was nice to be able to ride with my 8-year-old son. Its fast, so its recommended for those who like roller coasters, and be sure to bring a coupon with a $2 discount per person.
