We were in town for a destination wedding. We had a nail appointment at another nail spa and paid a deposit with them. When we got there, they couldn’t do the services we’d made the appointment for, none of the 4 of us. I called Best Nail, told them what we needed and they took us right in! They did a wonderful job, very professional, and took care of all of us. Thank you Best Nail!

DO NOT CHOOSE MARBLE GEL POLISH. Completely inaccurate description. My daughter chose marble gel polish, and it ended up being polka dots. When I mentioned this to Natalie (who seemed to be in charge) I was told, “well she chose two colors and they already did the top coat.” Said “second color” is not visible, and I am very displeased with how they handled the situation.

I came in with my best friend to get our nails and pedicures done. We both got the $45 pedicures. The pedicure chairs are THE BEST around but unfortunately I got a massive infection from this place and their tools. My big toe on my left foot is so infected I would have to peel my socks off because it was so bloody and full of pus. My best friend got a full set and her nail popped off less than a day later. My manicure was fine, I did the dip powder and it was fine.

Went 3 days ago for a walk in full set with my sister and Im still obsessed with my nails. I cant stop looking at them! We didnt have to wait long before we were seated and they asked if we wanted something to drink while we looked at the colors. I forgot to get the name of the lady who did my nails but she seemed very skilled compared to other nail salons Ive been to. She really took her time and paid attention to detail. She checked and double checked my nail shape and cuticles before deciding to move on to painting. Definitely going back

So, upon reading the many reviews, I decided to go to this soon. The salon is very nice, clean and the techs are very friendly. My nails look great! I got the gel nail manicure. My complaint is that the guy did not trim my cuticles!! I am him twice, he said no. He was speaking to one of the other techs in language other than English, therefore I dont know what was being said. Im disappointed that my nails look good, but my cuticles are raggedy..... thus 3 stars

Worse mani ever. She was super quick and sloppy, didnt do anything besides paint, no nail care and you can see my original nail threw the thin paint and even clumpy spots. I would not recommend too anyone. I am thinking they wont be lasting long.

This was my first time at this salon and I was so impressed. First of all its REALLY clean. I had no worries about the space or the tools. My nails look beautiful. Whats more the product lasts (and the other ladies) are very talented and top notch in their customer service.I had just stumbled over this place but I will surely be back. This was the best spa pedicure and manicure of my life. It is relaxing and by far the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been to. The techs are very friendly and it made the experience even more relaxing. Dont go anywhere else in this neighborhood, Best Nails Spa is the way to go!

I have only a little experience with this type of business but, especially the when my cuticles take a beating, I like to get a manicure every few weeks. Best. Nail spa seems great. It is clean, quick, and everyone is very nice. They seem to have a good clientele as they are often busy so, if you want to be sure you wont wait, call for a reservation. Most days I have been able to walk in. Great place.❤️

I did my nails with and I LOVE THEM!Everyone here is so sweet and my nails lasted for so long.The gel is perfectly painted and the shape is perfect.The salon has very good energy, and they make everyone feel welcomed. I would highly recommend!💖💖

Wow what can I say they had my wife in there for over an hour and nails looked very nice once we left but 2 days later nails started chipping and breaking off that was money wasted, if we were living in Destin I know she would have went back but we live in Tallahassee and not worth trouble going back.

Went here last year when in town for work and loved it so much I had to return. Second visit was just as amazing. This nail bar experience was great! I didnt have to wait and I did a walk in. It was quiet, and relaxing. The employee took her time and made sure I was relaxed and/or okay. Simply put this place never disappoints! I love getting my nails done here and since I first walked in I have never gone elsewhere.All the associates here treat you like family and are welcoming. I walked in to Best Nails Spa after reading other Google reviews. The place is nice, clean, modern, and classy. Their massage chairs are FABULOUS. I had never been in a massage chair that massages your derrière and it was amazing. I got a spa pedi.

The staff is great! I got a full set with gel polish and it looked good, but my supervisor said the color wasn’t in regs (I’m in the military). I went back and the staff was understanding and allowed me to change the color. The second set came out even better than the first.

I had the best experience! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it exactly like the picture. I also brought my 3 year old daughter and they were really patient even helping her to go to the restroom and talking with her. The best experience at a nail salon !! Definitely recommend

Best nail studio in Destin!

Came here for my first powder nails, and had a great experience! Everyone was so nice & helpfulI ended up coming back in a few days later because the top coat had started to peel, and they fixed it right away. Ill be back for sure!

We were in town for a ladies weekend and I called to see if they could get us three ladies in and out with pedicures in under an hour. They did what they promised and did a wonderful job also! They were great, if in the area again I would go back here again for sure.

Im a loyal client at this nail salon for several months recently! This place is AMAZING. Tim is always my tech every time I walked in. He is really nice and filled my nails down perfectly. Most importantly, his tools are sterilized before using to me. Ten stars for that and certainly I always have the best manicure at the end result! Thank Tim!

Went to this place yesterday to get my nails done (which was much needed). And really had a great experience. Tony did my nails. He is very friendly and professional. After 30 minutes of relaxation, I had SNS nails. And its color is very cute. I plan to go back again for my next manicure :).

Definitely the best in the area. My mom goes at least once or twice a month and loves the staff and the quality of the pedicures and manicures. Theyre always very friendly. Contrary to another review, they do offer complimentary drinks immediately when youre seated. Highly recommend booking ahead - the place gets busy in peak tourist seasons.

The color showed up different then it was on the example. Lady explained that it changes Shades depending on the temperature after she applied one hand. When I said I didn’t like it, she said that it’s not done yet really harshly. And after that she started to talk and laugh to her colleagues in different language. It’s seemed like they talking about me. She stopped to be nice even the way she hold my hands changed. I felt really humiliated. I left salon literally in tears. I paid whole amount and left tips because it’s not about money, but attitude. She made them thin how I wanted though.

Had a great pedicure and they were able to fit in 5 people at the same time. We called on our way and they waited for us. Will be back next time💗

We had an amazing spa day here with high-quality and clean mani-pedi on massage chairs and complimentary wine! The massages that were included with it were great too! I was just visiting but wish there could be a place this good near me!

I stopped getting my nails done for years...every where I went had poor service or did shabby work. Im hesitant to even write this review. I dont want people to start finding my little secret out and then Ill have a hard time getting an appointment! They do great work! My nails NEVER peel, chip or crack! I get complements constantly! Their staff is engaging and you never feel uncomfortable (Like they are talking about you)! LOLIll be back

Awesome service! Not sure about the review with up charges for pedicures. $30 for me $20 for my 7 yr old. Seemed like a lot of regular customers which is always a good sign. Friendly and fast, but not too fast to rush you through. Would definitely recommend.

Just moved to Destin and decided I was in dire need of a pedicure. The place was clean and got me right in with no appointment. Overall, a pleasant experience. I know some people like to talk while they get their nails done, my technician gauged my personality, and let me zone out/relax. I was appreciative of this. My one gripe would be walking across the salon floor barefoot to the dryer, but I can deal with that. Ill definitely be back.

NOT recommended this nail shop at all. My pedicure was rushed too fast. The nail tech (Ana) was very rude and my polish was not evenly done at all!! Also, my polish only last a couple days only. All i could say is this is the most TERRIBLE experience EVER!! Wont be back here again EVER!

This is the best nail salon in town. I even pay the toll for the MidBay Bridge to get there! The management and service are excellent, and the salon is clean and relaxing. I am always a last minute appointment due to my schedule, and they are always accommodating. Highly recommend!

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Everything is always extremely clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I also never feel like I am being rushed out. At some salons, a pedicure that should take about 30 minutes is over in 15, because they are just trying to push you out for high volume. That is not the case here.Also, the prices are very decent for the style and quality of service you get. While theyre not the cheapest in the area, they are offering a level of service that are well above any other salon around, so you definitely get what you pay for. In short, after going to the salon, Ive decided I will never go anywhere else in the area.

Dont bother making an appointment, its means nothing. My loyalty doesnt matter either. Nail salons are on every corner in this town - Ill just go to another☺️

Came to Best Nail Spa after going to several different places. They got my party of 7 in immediately. Extremely nice and fast, offered complimentary drinks as we sat down, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nail salon in Destin.

The seemed nice, but were VERY rough. I bled 3 times! She made mistakes with the polish and instead of fixing it as she went, she waited until all of the gel was sealed and then tried to clip it off of my skin. I finally told her to stop and leave it alone. My nails look pretty crappy.

My daughter had her nails done here and they did a nice job on them.

Love this nail shop and Natalie is the most amazing woman ever . After I chose the SNS color for my manicure, she did my pedi very carefully and cleanliness. And best of all, the prices here are fair! Definitely will be back to see Natalie :)

Found this salon 3 years ago and wont go anywhere else. Excellent service and they take their time. No rushing and beautiful nails. I am asked all the time where I go.

I have been coming here for 10+ years. This is not the same owner as Rose Nails where the owner got arrested for assault and videoing clients in bathroom. I think to say that they are the same owner is slander, cruel and in tune with your screen name. I recommend everyone I know to visit and enjoy their many services. I wont go anywhere else!! I was charged $20 extra on a gel nail pedicure when the prices said $6 for gel, the pedicure was already $50. I was charged $70 total, I feel robbed.

The quality of the service was avarage at best!!! No complimentary drinks were offered. I had to literally force my technician to smile and make small chit chat. It was like she did not even want to be there; your in the customer service business suck it up.... A person that was in my group left with ridges after a manicure!!!! I would not requent this place again.

This the best place in Destin and Niceville to have a pedicure. They take their time and give the best foot massage. Every time I have been the service has been exceptional!

I am a local and have been going here but I had a terrible experience this last time and will NEVER be going back. First, they tried to up charge on every little thing then got very upset and adamant when I wouldnt fall into their trap. Then, the license inspector came in and busted almost all of them for not having their licenses to practice. Also cut my finger open with a tool while busy gawking at the license inspector. awesome. Would rate -1811992 if I could

I will never go to this salon again! First of all, after convincing my husband into going so I wouldnt have to do his nails, the women were talking and laughing and I could just feel it was about him and his choice for color. That wasnt the only thing, upon leaving, I failed to take my brand new bottle of O.P.I. polish I had just bought @ Ulta. It had never been opened prior to that day. We were @ Best Nails@ the end of the day and when I realized I left the polish by the Pedicure bath, I phoned them right away the next morning. After speaking with someone for about 10 minutes (thats how long it took me to get her to understand why I was calling), she assured me she would find the polish and put it behind the counter until I could get back in, as I was going out of town for a week. Upon my return I went back into the shop and proceeded to explain what had happened. The young lady was not helpful at all. She kept asking me over and over wasnt I sure I had taken it and could it be in my purse, etc. Then I find out it was the same person I had spoken with over the phone. She then spoke in her native language and everyone was staring at me and she acted like she was looking for it but it was nowhere to be found! Surprisingly (not) they had a brand new bottle of the exact same color on the shelf behind the glass, but it had their label on it. I said, couldnt that be MY bottle, and she said no, it couldnt, because it had a label on it. (IMHO, a label would be very easy to add)..Anyway, it wasnt just the $8 or whatever I paid for it, it was their attitude in not even caring if their customer was happy/satisfied, etc. Then to top it off with acting like they truly did not believe me was in such bad form and extremely poor customer service. The male who had done my mani/pedi was Off the day I returned, so he could not be questioned. Needless to say, their unsympathetic attitude and lack of customer satisfaction will prevent me from ever returning there. NOT happy at all! There are too many 5 STAR nail salons in our area to go back there (oh, and dont bother asking for a 2nd glass of wine, you only get ONE! LOL)

I visited to this nail shop last month for a full set SNS manisI was seated and got quickly prompted with what I would like to drink. The technician were really polite to me and their customers. Its very cozy and inviting and all of prices are reasonable. Plus, their SNS colors are excellent, My manis have still shiny for 3 weeks ... so surprisingly!Def be making this my new nail home.

I was there on Saturday with my two little kids for pedicures. We waited for over 45 minutes to get our nails done. They charge my little kid pedicure $30 each. Very expensive. Also watch out for hidden cost on extra service that you dont want. Beware if you dont you want over charge.

Terrible customer service, almost the worst Ive ever seen. Watch out for hidden fees, they say a pedicure is $30, but thats just the base, everything they do (cuticle nipping, painting, etc) will cost you extra.They TRIED to charge me $80 for a pedi. Never again!
