To begin with, it was my wedding day and our limo was late picking us up. Once he arrived the chauffeur tried to open the door for me and the door was sticking. He had to pull on it several times to get the door open. Once we got in he told us sorry but one of the windows is down and stuck and I can’t get it up. We had to sit and sweat in the Florida humidity and have wind blowing in because the window wouldn’t roll up. The limo was filthy and falling apart. It looked very very old on the inside. The driver didn’t know how to work any of the features. Eventually we pulled into some random parking lot and met some man in a truck to try to fix the window, which resulted in taking the door off to find a Jimmy Buffet CD stuck in it. We finally got the window up. The owner text me and said they would get us into a different limo. They gave us a different limo but we were already at our location so it was really pointless. The new limo was better but the roof was leaking rain on us while we waited (in our wedding dress) all the beverages were warm. The driver again had no idea how to operate the radio or adjust the AC in the back. Nor was there a phone charger hookup. Before the service, the owner was always quick to return emails and phone calls but since the experience he has not returned any of my phone calls, texts or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Edit to add: after posting this review and waiting since 6/23 for a reply from Sheridan, he sent me these text messages. My autistic 3 year old pulled the rose petals off the bouquet of roses that I didn’t ask for but were included in the service I PAID FOR. I was unaware that they weren’t cleaned up by the men in my wedding party who got all the stuff out. But Sheridan let me know about it today. 2 weeks later after I posted the review. The owner of this service is clearly insane.

We had a great experience with Destin Limo! They arrived on time and rolled out a legit red carpet for our friend who was celebrating her bachelorette. They had water, soda, and ice in the vehicle for us. Plus we had some extra time in the limo before our event so the driver offered to take us through the scenic route to see the beach. Overall, excellent experience and I highly recommend the company.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use this company for my limo services. However, they have agreed to make things right and give a refund. I would recommend working with this company and will hopefully get a chance to in the future.

I requested a vehicle to take two couples from Valparaiso to Baytowne Wharf, then to Grand Boulevard, and back home to Valp. Robert picked us up in a nice clean van. He was prompt, professional, and engaging. He took us safely to the Destin Wine Festival and picked us up promptly to make our dinner reservations at Grand Boulevard. After Dinner, Robert delivered us back home on time with no drama. Excellent experience! If you get sticker shock at the prices, realize that you cant reliably get an UBER from Valp to Sandestin and during busy time an UBER from Destin to SanDestin will run $100 on way. All in all, very good job!

I hired this limo service for my daughter’s bachelorette party on Saturday, July 11, 2020. Sheridan arrived, rolled the red carpet out and gave my daughter a dozen pink roses. That was the best part of the entire experience. Once inside the limo, we discovered the air conditioning was not working in the back where the passengers are seated. It also smelled like mildew inside. Sheridan assured me that once we started moving the air coming out of the vents would cool down. This did not happen. When we arrived at the restaurant, Sheridan stated he would call his guy and have it fixed by the time we finished our dinner. We called for pick up after dinner and he stayed that “his guy” looked at it and measured the temperature inside and it was 15 degrees cooler then when he dropped us off. Of course it was cooler the sun had went down!! There was still warm air coming out of the vents. We had to roll the windows down and breathe in carbon monoxide because the muffler on the vehicle was completely gone or rusted out. He told my daughter that it was my fault it wasn’t cooling down because I had the windows down sucking the cold air out of the vehicle. Mind you, there was no cold air coming out of the vents. Everyone sitting in the back of the limo had headaches because of the carbon monoxide coming in, my fault again for having the windows down. Not his fault for having a vehicle with no air in July in Florida! Sheridan offered extra hours for the inconvenience and said “his guy” was meeting us with more champagne to make up for this. There was not a bar in the vehicle as the pictures showed, we got a cooler and not even enough champagne glasses for everyone, even though he knew the number of guests, we got red solo cups instead. The vehicle is grossly misrepresented online. This limo may have been great in its prime( as shown online) but it’s literally falling apart in 2020. I have messaged him several times about finding a resolution to this and he has ignored each message since the end of night, which we had to end early because of the issues. Don’t use this service, you will regret it.

Our limousine driver Sheridan was the consummate professional. He was very poised and polished and he was very attentive to our needs. We were down in the Destin / Navarre Beach area on vacation and we had just gotten engaged on the beach that morning and I had hired this company to take us to the restaurant for supper and then take us to a sunset sailboat cruise and then take us back to our condo. Sheridan was very punctual and he even made a special stop for us at McDonalds for my 5-year old future nephew. While awaiting for my future brother-in-law to get the McDonalds order, Sheridan stood posted by the back door of the limo in the heat while dressed in a suit, waiting patiently. I know that he must have been uncomfortable but he never showed any sign of it. He made sure that we made it to our destinations on time as well. I would highly recommend him as a driver and would like to use him again the next time were in that area. The only reason that Im not giving them a 5-star rating was the condition of the vehicle. It was definitely past its prime, to put it nicely. If youre looking for a great experience and to be pampered, I suggest Sheridan as your limousine driver. But if you want to travel in a newer, more luxurious, and nicer limousine I highly suggest that you dont want to rent the white Lincoln limousine that we ended up in. However, overall we had a pleasant, enjoyable, and very unforgettable evening thanks to the outstanding efforts of Sheridan.

Sheridan is AMAZING. So easy to work with, on time, cars in excellent condition. AND he has no issues making sure everyone made it home safely. ALL with a reasonable price and EXCELLENT service attitude

We have all rented limos for over 20’years from all over in many different areas and have never been in such a run down limousine for a high dollar price.For the respect of others people renting this they all should have known prior to booking so they can decided if they want an older, beat to hell limousine or pay a $100 more for a new stretch. This is not good for reviews and a reputation around this small town.Where was the limousine that was pictured in the pictures you sent?Nothing resembled the shiny rimmed, ultra white Mercedes limousine. The limousine had rust on the top, bubbled paint and rust where every child/adults entered into.No air conditioning in the middle of the hottest months ever.Between exposed staples up against the wall/lining, black electrical tape the little girl got her hair stuck too, the mildew smell that one parent said “it smells like a Louisiana boat and to ask them to turn on the air “ and then giving us a contractors black plastic bag like we we are raking leaves was nothing I have ever experienced from any limousine company.I was mortified for the parents who dropped their kids off to me and see their kids come out of a rusted non air conditioned vehicle in the middle of August.And I wrote you 3 emails about this and I couldn’t get any reply even after you came up to an said I’m sorry we will take care of this. You decided to ignore this situation instead of making it right for your customer and of anything to the parents whom came to pick up their children.

Used Destin Limo for a college graduation celebration. Included 2 bottles of Champagne and a dozen roses for my daughter. Received a confirmation call the day of. Limo arrived 15 min. early. Had the red carpet treatment. Very professional driver! Our driver Shane took care of us all the way! Price was very reasonable! Thank-you Destin Limo!

Spoke to the owner over the phone. We had a great conversation. We spoke about Family and Careers.Hes a smooth operator. We had a deal in place. Problem is I never heard back from him again. I called, I emailed, I was suppose to hear from his Assistant Amy. Never did. In this day and time we still have people that are grown and have not matured. Sadly I voiced to him How important it was ro get a limo. Hey Smooth Talker be more Professional. Real men dont Lie.

This is a low-down company that will take your money and leave you STRANDED on your wedding day! This was the worst experience EVER! Sheridon promised exceptional service for my little sister’s wedding. We paid in advance and on the day of her wedding, using their service turned her special day into a nightmare! The limo showed up with NO A/C so they had to send another one but it was half the size so the wedding party couldn’t ride together. We were so late that she missed taking her sunset wedding pictures. As if that wasn’t enough, THEY NEVER RETURNED to pick us up even though we prepaid. They quit answering the phone and left us stranded on the beach in the pitch dark. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
