I interviewed dozens of cleaners before meeting with Ty and was sold immediately. I have been with this company for almost 2 years and have had nothing but 5 star reviews on my condo with consistent comments on the cleanliness of the unit. Communication is consistently clear, responsive and professional. He is reliable, trustworthy and dependable. I never want to use anyone else!

This is a great cleaning company they went above and beyond our expectations. They do a great job managing are units. 5 stars on all the cleaning, great communication as well always answers any questions we might have. I highly reccomend this company to anybody.

BEWARE! Will cancel on you last minute! Overextended himself!We hired TJ’s cleaning service to clean our rental unit in Destin. I received a call from him at 1:21pm the day we had a guest check-in was at 3pm stating that he could not clean our condo leaving us in a HUGE bind because he (I quote) “was in a massive jam. I have 35 checkouts and all big units 2 people didnt show. I found units that checkout early but on the other side of town. If you could call another company to see if they could knock it out.” Then proceeds to provide every excuse in the book, telling me that he had tried to find additional labor for a week and a half from a company called labor ready. He then blames me for not having a “back-up cleaning company!!” I explained to him that we have been condo owners in Destin for 25 years. Why didn’t he let us know this in advance instead of giving us an hour to find someone? I explained that Cleaning companies nor individual housekeepers are on stand-by for you. Ironic how he was fully aware and tried to find “back-up company” for a week and a half but expected me to get someone immediately with a guest checking in in 1.5 hours!! Sadly, when I explained the burden this created, he became very argumentative, aggressive, unapologetic, unprofessional and unable to own his mistake of overextending himself. He then got into a war or words via text. Very poor customer service and bad for business.

Worked for him few days ago and he is trustworthy when it comes to paying his employees and he actually give us a reasonable pay than others do. Very straight forward and makes it known what he wants done without confusion. Will definitely work for him again!!
