The employees were so very nice here. That was a high point! They were also very accommodating getting us in the day after we called for a double appointment. The facility was extremely clean and inviting. Prices seemed fair, too. My daughter and I had an appointment to do a pedicure together. I sent her in while I parked to let them know we were there. (Construction out front) Instead of letting us do the pedicure together, they had my daughter sit down to fix her 3 broken acrylic nails from another salon (they were so nice about it). When her nails were fixed, we only got to sit together a short time as the lady finished up by painting my toenails. Sadly, the toe spacers bumped my pinky nail because they were too tiny to stay between my toes. The polish I chose was so gorgeous, but found out too late that its integrity was compromised. It was thick, almost gone, & she added thinner, but then the polish wouldnt dry, and 4 hours later, it has stayed tacky and I keep getting marks on them. Also, I asked the technician to please paint closer to my cuticles, but she couldnt understand me, I guess. She really was a lovely woman, but as you can see from my photos, it already looks like my nails have grown out for a week and theyre less than 5 hours old. Im on vacation and it just really disappointed me. I wish I were more assertive to ask for a redo of at least my fingernails. Maybe it was an off day for this sweet woman. I dunno. I was very kind to her and tipped her well despite my disappointment. My daughters experience was GREAT! Happy for her! I will probably come back next time Im in Destin.

Came here because my girlfriend accidentally broke her nail and was in extreme pain. Trinity helped us out tremendously. She made sure my girlfriend was comfortable and kept having a conversation with her in order to distract her from the pain. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Was looking for a nice place where both my husband and I could pop in for a pedicure. They were very friendly when I called and were ready for us when we arrived. We both received the ultimate luxury pedicure with hot stones and paraffin. The salon is very clean and friendly. I receive pedicures routinely back home so I can be picky. I highly recommend this salon for an excellent, clean, and professional experience!

How wonderful! Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Immaculate place. I stopped in for a quick pedicure after not having one for months due to stupid covid. Other businesses should follow their model. The pedicure turned out really great and when Im in Destin again I will be sure to indulge.Update: March 2021. Still the best place!!!

They speak English!! Fantastic job on my nails, zero pain from prep, no discomfort when they cut extensions (you know that chalkboard sensation when they cut them carelessly? Not here!!), great conversation with Trinity and Allan, the owners and operators. They take pride in their business and in their work. Brand new spa chairs, beach vibe to match the location. I just moved here and will def be coming back.

Got pedis here while vacationing at the beach. Great place, friendly people and the cutest little chairs for children! Took my 3 year old for her first pedi and the lady that did her nails was so great with her. If we ever need our nails done again at the beach, we will go here!

We had an appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes before we decided to leave because they couldn’t get to us. We advised that we were leaving because we were so far past our appointment time and their response... “okay thank you.” WOW! I would have never chosen to give up valuable vacation time and pay more (Their prices are higher than normal) for typical services If I had known that they could take or leave my business. I do not recommend this place unless you have nothing else to do or no other options. Nice facility but not customer friendly.

I was only in Ft. Walton/Destin for a quick visit and looking to relax and treat my daughter and myself to a mani pedi. I researched a few places close by and decided on Harbor Nails & Spa.The salon was very clean and comfortable with lots of space between the chairs. They had a huge selection of nail polishes with an even bigger choice of gel polishes. The massage chairs looked brand new and were covered in a super soft leather with a cool soothing blue color. They even had an area with two small pedi chairs made just for young girls.The staff that helped us today were Trinity, Alan, & Jonas and I must rave on the care and attention to detail they provided my daughter and I on our day of pampering. It was a bonus that they were friendly, professional and great conversationalists. Trinity kept us laughing with her sense of humor.With so many salons in the area, I’m really happy we chose this place and would definitely recommend.

Wow, great husband and wife team, though the salon has room for 20 clients. Very clean and up to date, stylish salon. There is even a Frozen corner with chairs for young girls. Highly recommended!

This was THE WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. A man started my pedicure. I ask him his name but he only said “errand boy”. He would not tell me his name. He made weird remarks and asked questions like you still work?? Your husband not take care of you? He saw my credit cards in my purse when I was paying and asked “you use all those credit cards?” Have you ever been to nail salon before? He kept complaining about the hot stones being too hot for his hands!! Really they’re hot stones!!! He got up and left me and started cleaning up the other pedicure bowls. I had no nail polish on my toes. He did not trim my nails. He just left me sitting there. My friend got a wonderful pedicure and massage by Sheila. I ask what happened to him and said I needed to be going that my friend was finished!!! Sheila called him and he never came back. Then I saw him sitting in front of cash register!! I had to pay him for my pedicure!! Sheila finished my pedicure. She massaged my legs, trimmed my toenails and painted them.

This is located near Harbor Walk Village (and is in the same shopping center as McGuires Steakhouse). My daughter and I had a great experience. Very friendly owners, military and/or local discount, clean store. Regular pedicures start at $25 and manicures at $17. I highly recommend!

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS….. I call today to inquire about threading. Got told over the phone they thread. Walk in, get ushered to the back right next to a quasi-waxing station. Then get told Im acting brand new (why yes…. I am brand new… this was my first and LAST EVER visit) Im then lead to another waxing area. Once in the room I tell the woman Im here for threading and she slaps wax on my face!!!! When I again (FOR THE THRID TIME) stated I was there for threading Im told the woman who does threading is not in today. These jerks knew I would go elsewhere if they admitted they dont thread. My brows look good but the total lack of respect for what the customer is saying is a HUGE red flag in my book.

This place is amazing!!!!!!! In town for “evacuation” from SC. Wanted a pedi. They were so funny and sweet to talk to. They did such a detailed amazing job on my feet and I am extremely picky about my pedis but wow I’m so pleased! I will be more than happy to take a mini vacay for the weekend from Charleston sc to harbor nails & spa and a day at the beach. I highly recommend this place

While waiting for a table at McGuires, my 8yo got a hang nail that was pulling at his skin. He was in so much pain. We walked in to Harbor Nails & Spa to see how much it would be to clip it for him. The woman pulled out her nail clippers and very gently cut it off without causing any more pain to my son. She wouldnt take any money, but I tipped her anyway. She saved me a lot of heartache and him from the painful tearing of his nail bed skin. Thank you!!!

I walked in and it looked busy so I had a seat to wait. In no time I was helped and put in the pedicure tub with just the right temperature water. After 5 minutes soaking I noticed the number of customers was more than employees. After 10 mins i played on my phone. After 20 I googled how long to soak for pedi My feet were getting pruney and Im pretty sure it wouldnt be good to work on them like that. I left, shoes in hand.

Went in tonight for a manicure. I asked if they could do coffin nails and they assured me yes, no problem. They were very nice but my $50 nail job looks TERRIBLE. The sides of my nails arent straight, some look reeeeally round, the flat tips on the ends of my nails have some that are painted and some that are not. The edges on both sides of multiple nails are jagged paint, with the polish not even reaching all the way over the nail. Im so disappointed. Again, the people were lovely and tried to fix the errors I pointed out but this was the biggest waste of my hard earned money. I wish I could upload pictures. I dont know how they can charge $50 for that mess with good conscience :( I live in Destin and used to recommend them bc of their late hours but it is NOT worth it

While visiting from out of town, I went to Harbor Nails and Spa to get a fill in. I called in advance and explained what I wanted and they told me it would cost me $20 for everything I asked for. I arrived and sat right down, but the ladies that worked there were doing each others nails and I had to wait about 15 minutes before they got to me (their only customer). I finally sat down and told the lady what I wanted, a fill in and she said okay. She started working on my nails and insisted that I remove some that were breaking. Half way through she got up and and another man came out of the back and started working on my nails. He got glue all over my fingers and none of my nails were filed straight even after asking him to file them again. After over 2 hours of my fill-in I ended up having to pay $15 more than what she originally told me and they charged me $10 for the removal that she INSISTED on doing. I left there and had to straighten my nails and re-paint my top coat. I do not recommend!

Would give zero stars if possible. Had a pedicure a month ago. Every single toe but the big toes and pinkies now have ingrown toenails on both sides. I am livid. Ive NEVER in my life had ingrowns and now its so painful just to walk! Trying to figure out how to grow them back normally or if Im going to be dealing with this forever now UGO do not go here!!!!!!!
