Destin Glass came through big time for us! As new home owners in Destin we had 3 projects that Destin Glass did for us- a 3/8” table cover for a 7’ live edge cedar table and large bathroom mirrors and a shower enclosure for a bathroom remodel-in all 3 instances their team was on time to take measurements and given the strong construction/remodel market we found pricing to be very fair and installation lead times to be much shorter than I was expecting. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They worked with us to get everything in order. During the process, a document was lost in the mail and Dan and/or staff went to the post office to claim it. Just wanted to say you guys need some new drivers very unprofessional. The traffic in Destin right now is crazy busy so it’s expected to be slow traffic. Your van was such in a hurry riding people bumper like almost hitting them and throwing there hands. Flipping the middle finger up at them then switch lanes curse and do it to that person in the lane. It was at 5:08 when u guys closed at 5 pm, I would not want people acting like that to do service with because that is anger problems. Very very unprofessional

Guy’s Glass was amazing. I had a difficult time replacing my shower door because it was on an angle and an irregular width and height.I asked several “glass companies” to come to my home, measure and give me a proposal but everyone said “they couldn’t replace my shower door, it was too difficult”!Guy’s glass didn’t hesitate. They measured and supplied their estimate ( with delivery date) very quickly.When they installed the new shower door it was much better than the original one and the installation was quick and clean.I was very impressed.I will definitely refer Guy’s Glass to everyone I can.Excellent workmanship and customer service!

Destin glass was not only on time in a state of emergency due to the recent hurricane that broke my sliding glass door. They also were very very professional in how they did what they did. I thought it was going to be an all day affair. But not so. They cleaned up and replaced the door glass within about two hours after they were here to measure the door. If you can find a better glass company for whether it be an emergency or just glass and mirrors and everything else that they have I would highly recommend Destin glass across the board. I waited over a month (6 weeks) for a quote but after several follow up calls on my part they told me they could not do the job. I asked them for a referral for someone who could and the contractor that they recommended did the exact same thing. They wasted a lot of my time and it was very disappointing. I wont consider them for anything again.

So far so bad. I set up an appointment and was given a time window for the tech to show up and measure the window. I was told that he would probably be out at the beginning of the time window. The tech showed up at the end of the four hour window ( not a huge deal since it is a window, just hate sitting around). He was here for five minutes and gone, all good so far. He took down my number and said I would receive a text when he emailed me the quote later that day. It was the Friday before the labor day weekend, so I wasnt really expecting much. Nothing on Tuesday, so I decided to call on Wednesday. The female that was on the phone could not find me in the computer or my number and kept asking me questions about the tech and the call and even ask me if I used a different name. I was getting a little irritated and then when she ask if my wife had made the appointment and used her name and number, I knew right then and there they must be completely unorganized and dont have any quality control.Still waiting for a call with the quote for one window replacement....

I had a small job (replacing glass in a sofa tray table), but the folks who helped me treated me like it was their only job. I was in and out in less than an hour, and am very pleased with the replacement glass they carefully inserted into my table. I’ve also used Destin Glass for bigger jobs too, like installing custom-cut glass on all furniture surfaces in my rental condos. They are top notch!

I had a glass table topper that had gotten chipped on one of the corners. Thinking I would have to replace it with a new one I took it in to make sure I got the size right. Susan greeted me, looked at the glass and suggested buffing it down instead of replacing it. She said if it broke during the process then I would have to replace it but why not try. Destin Glass has the best customer service! I called them (from 5 states away) and told them I had new furniture delivered and need to get glass made for the tops. After hearing that we had renters coming in the next day and didnt have another day without renters for 3 weeks, they set to work. They contacted the furniture company for measurements, cut, delivered and set up the glass protectors that very day! Thats some amazing customer service!!

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Destin Glass and especially Mitch Smith, from the sales pitch to the installation. Was expecting a bid towards the low 5 figures, got a bid of high 4 figures. They came to install the windows (two patio, sliding glass and two regular windows) and a shower door as they said they would - on time. Installation went like clock-work and they left. It was perfect in every respect.

We used DESTIN Glassfir all of glad needs when building a new home including a custom design wine cellar. Recently we had a small repair job and they were unbelievably responsive. Everything they do is very well done.

Estimator and installers were great... office staff misled me to believe I would have window within 10days, took 4 weeks. Being a widowed senior I requested a lower quote, was told yes but after window was ordered when they ask for cc number I was told no.

I have used Destin Glass for many years and they always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Sam really helped us out getting our shower glass ordered and delivered in break neck speed. The installation was just as painless and turned out great. I would highly recommend them.

Great company. They installed our glass so fast. Destin Glass was wonderful to deal with my Shower Enclosure. The installation men were amazing. Their service is very great.

We took our car here to have a small crack on the windshield repaired, and the entire process was a nightmare. The repair was botched- you could still feel the hole in the windshield and there was (black) air still in the crack. The technician, Stuart, was incredibly rude and yelled at me when we came back to have him look at it. It turns out that cracks can only be repaired once, so our only option at this point was to have the whole windshield replaced, which costs hundreds instead of $50 for the repair. After hearing about what happened, Dan (the owner) got involved and treated us like we were a huge inconvenience to him. He did refund the $50 we paid for the repair, but he still wanted to charge us over $200 to replace the windshield. Because of the poor job Stuart had done to repair the crack, we decided to get our windshield replaced elsewhere. This ordeal was so stressful and put a huge damper on our vacation.*After reading the owners response, I have to address his inaccuracies. First, Dan admitted to me that the repair was not done correctly. He said to me obviously something went wrong with the repair. So I find his backtracking surprising. Also, Stuart never warned us that the crack was deep or it may be difficult to repair. The only thing we were ever told was if its smaller than a quarter, we can repair it! Finally, we were very pleased with the repair when we left the shop initially. It was an hour later when we noticed the crack had started to turn black again. By the next day, the entire crack was black and there was still a very obvious hole in the windshield. The repair shouldnt only last 24 hours.

I do not like your policy of writing down on paper sensitive credit card information.It is subject to error and could expose your customers to credit card fraud.You should process the CC when the glass is ordered.You get your money faster and the customer has more confidence that the transaction is secure.Thanks

Destin Glass is professionally run and fairly priced. They are fast and their service is good. It is an overall good experience!

I had several companies come to examine my slider. I was so impressed by the gentleman sent by Destin Glass for the assessment I went with them. I was given a reasonable expectation of lead time as well as a confirmation screen doors did not require replacement, only a rescreening. Fast forward to install date. I was not home, but another resident was. I was shocked when I arrived home and saw the results. The rubber flaps on screen doors were incorrect and prevented them from sliding. They were also filthy, as if they had been stored outdoors. The interior frame between the outer impact glass layer and inner glass was metallic silver! It didnt even match the other half of the same slider, which as of course white. The caulking around the interior pane was incredibly sloppy. The caulk lines strayed as much as an inch from the perimeter where it belonged. The white frame holding the new glass has fairly extensive damage as well. Overall, a hurried and poor quality job. There was zero attention to detail. I called and emailed several times for someone to return to the job site. Two men showed up. One was clearly there to explain away every glaring problem I reported. The other man was very polite. They basically took a razor and cleaned up the caulk lines. The rude guy didnt think I could hear him, but he told his partner the screen doors rollers were basically fused to the frame. Again, the opposite of what the man doing assessment told me. They took photos of damage back to Destin Glass. The manager said he couldnt find an insert with a white interior. In other words, they didnt even take the color in consideration. A few phone calls have gotten me nowhere. I would have expected a fix or partial refund for the horrible work. If I could rate them a ZERO, I would. I went with the so-called reputable company even though more expensive. I regret it every day. They didnt even have anyone sign paperwork when they finished. I have no final invoice.
