I have two young daughters and the staff is so fun and happy with them! My daughters actually enjoy going to the dentist. Susan is so wonderful and went out of her way to ensure we had the proper care for my youngest. Emerald Coast Dental is the best place to go!!!

Terrible communication. After waiting 4 months for an appointment, taking my son out of school and taking time off work, still could not get my teeth cleaned. This was due to the fact that they wanted FULL PAYMENT from me even though I have insurance that covers 100% for all preventive services. I was informed all I would have to pay was my deductible which I was planning on doing but because I couldnt pay 800+ for 2 cleanings up front and WAIT on a reimbursement from my insurance they would not accept us to do our cleanings.Its amazing to me that they will call you and email you multiple times to remind you of your appointment but just expect you to have extra money to pay them upfront because they dont want to wait on insurance payment. Save your time and dont ever go here. Clearly all they care about is money.

I have searched for a good dentist locally and I found a Great one. Dr. Corley a d Staff are the greatest. They all are friendly, helpful and caring. First visit was embarrassing to me because of my teeth and I had to smile. Dr. Corley and his wonderful staff made me feel better about myself and my smile. The work was perfect, the pain was low and the results are outstanding. Its a very comfortable dental clinic and everyone is so helpful. Poor communication. Left messages with the front desk which were never relayed to the office manager in regards to my visit just a week ago. Fast forward to me reaching out to them today again to get more information in regards to insurance from my appointment last week. The lady was not only snippy with me but she wanted to bring up a past charge In which I knowingly paid for it which was a charge back in 2019. We are now in 2021 and I have not received any calls in regards to a past due amount nor any letters from them and nor was it mentioned in my appointment a week ago. Their staff is unorganized and absolutely rude. If you want someone to treat you with respect then maybe you should treat your patients with respect. The Doctor is great but his staff is awful.

Let me just start by saying that I am normally nervous about going to the dentist. I had a throbbing pain in my tooth that was unbearable. My boss recommended this place, so when I saw the 5 star reviews I knew who I had to go to. I called Emerald Coast dentist and within 5 minutes I had an emergency dental appointment scheduled for the same day. When I arrived, I was blown away with how professional the staff was. (The front desk staff, the assistants, and Dr. Corley) Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I left there with my tooth taken care of, a great attitude, and a new Dentist for all my future needs. Thank you all for making my experience so pleasant and I look forward to seeing you all in the future!!!!

Was very pleased with my dental experience (also helps I didn’t have a massive dental issue LOL). In all seriousness though the staff was very friendly, the nurses were great, and the dentist was professional and kind. I had a tiny cavity to be filled and a cap that needed to be cleaned and I felt no pain and it only took about 30 minutes. In the past I’ve had a lot of bad luck with the dentist, but this place is great!

The staff were able to get me on the schedule earlier than anticipated, which was a huge help to me. Also, Brenda - my hygienist, was super! She was thorough, very gentle, and thoughtful. I have been a patient of Dr. Corley for years. He and his staff are the Best!

My mouth was in so much pain I could not stand it. First thing I did was go to the doctor. They gave me antibiotics and say go visit a dentist. Dr. Corley wasnt the first one I visited. He was a second. My first one wont be shamed here but Im so happy I went to get a second opinion. I feel like these people saved my life. Its no joke folks.. if you get the wrong diagnosis for your treatment obligation you could find yourself in big trouble later down the road, paying so much extra to someone he probably planned on you coming back for unnecessary treatment. These guys are legit big props

Will do everything within your budget to give you the best care and also will make sure you are comfortable with the procedure! ***update**** I am currently getting prepped for oral surgery with them and I have no doubts that they have my back! They concern has been that I am comfortable and not anxious as they know I have high anxiety about dental procedures! I really love this office!

Came here after reading all the good reviews, and I either caught them on a bad day, or I’ve just been better places and expected more.When I first got to my appointment (that I was 10 minutes early for anyway), I realized I forgot my wallet and had to run home (I live literally right behind the office, so it was maybe 5 minutes). I got back right on time for my appointment. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and half while I believe the receptionist went to lunch.... 2 other people that got there after me got called back while I still sat there and waited with my completed paperwork and my ID just sitting on the front desk. Once I finally got called back, the dentist couldn’t even figure out why I was having pain in my teeth. Even after making me bite way too hard on a metal hook, and said I probably just needed a cleaning and my wisdom teeth, that have been giving me issues, out. I knew that wasn’t why these certain teeth were in pain, but was willing to try anything and needed my teeth out anyway.It took me 3 and half hours to get out of that office, and I would have been there longer if I hadn’t told them I needed to leave. The teeth he put his tool in and made me bite on actually made my teeth hurt that weren’t hurting to begin with. So I think NOW I might have a cracked tooth. And the dentist also quoted me 3x more for the wisdom teeth removal than 2 other oral surgeons quoted me.So bottom line, it seemed very unorganized and their prices are ridiculous.

They were so kind when I called in with an emergency dental issue. The staff walked me through each step and were very knowledgeable and helpful with all my dental phobia. In addition their office is clean, modern, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had two crowns fall out after two years even though I dont grind my teeth and eat mostly vegetables and fish. My husband called the office two weeks ago to give them feedback on the issue and was asked to give them his contact information and never heard back. We no longer live in Destin an went to another dentist who corrected the problem at half the cost.

Poor information. They said my insurance cover everything but after 3 months, they send me bill that I have to pay almost full $300 just for X-ray. I went to another dentist to X-ray and cleaning. I paid only $200 and they make it better.

I found the dentist and staff to be very professional. Every step was explained to me before hand. They answered all my questions to my understanding. I would have my next root canal done there again if i ever have to have another. I hope to keep my visits to cleanings.

Had a toothache that came on suddenly and kept me up most of the night. I called early in the afternoon and was seen on the same day. What a relief. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

Excellent care. Great dentist and great staff. Totally professional and no oversell. My wife had gone to another dentist when we moved here for a routine checkup. That dentist said she needed numerous filling replacements and root canals. She got a second opinion from Dr. Corley who felt she didnt need any of that and she has been fine for 5 years now.

The staff is extremely friendly. The hygienist did a great and thorough job and explained everything she was doing. I did not get to spend much time with the dentist, but he too, was friendly.

I was on vacation in Destin and had to deal with a tooth ache. I called and it was very easy and quick to get an appointment and also got same day treatment that was recommended!! I found my new dentist!

Honestly best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I get extremely anxious and nervous at dentist offices because I’ve had horribly painful experiences in the past. Not once have I ever had any pain from a procedure at Emerald Coast Dental. I have had two root canals and crowns (second crown will be in a few weeks) and I don’t have enough positive things to say. I had a root canal yesterday and didn’t feel a single bit of pain until I was home and the novocaine wore off. I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Corley and every single other employee I’ve interacted with there have been SO nice as well. It makes the whole process a lot easier.

The lady goes out of her way not to tip for delivery writing a zero under the tip slot even though I had to call and text for the correct address. Treat these people accordingly. So all other deliveries and them last.

Entering the office was very pleasant the lobby is very clean and they offer coffee tea while you wait. The staff are very informative as well.

The service and staff were phenomenal. However, we were told if he had issues after hours, we could contact a Dr on call...... high fever, extreme pain, dizzy, swollen.... no answer, no return call. Still would refer them for getting us in pronto, but the after hours answering service needs improvement. Great prices also!

5 hour wait with an emergency. Shaking in pain from bad tooth in need of extraction, to be told an outrageous cost for simple extraction. Left paying $140 for nothing, rude and incompetent staff. On vacation and lost cap in front tooth. Worked me in first thing. Doctor not in so hygentist tried to put temporary cap on. The cost was 275.00 and I lost it in 3 hours. Everyone very nice but having that tooth for only 3 hours was very expensive.

The good Dr. and his well trained staff make sitting in the chair more comfortable. Felt no pain and my procedure went smooth.

I was searching for dentist online and stumbled upon Emerald Coast Dental. I was sold on the fact that Dr. Corley went to Oklahoma University (OU fan here). Little did I know that would absolutely love the staff and Dr. Corley! They are truly amazing! I have been a patient there for 5 years now and they’ve always been amazing to me and my husband. We will be adding our little one to their patient list soon.

I first went here a couple years back and had a great experience. Then I brought my son in a couple weeks ago. Today he got a tooth pulled and everything was great. Love the staff and dr. Corley.

Went in as a walk in with tooth pain caused by decaying wisdom teeth. The entire staff was so nice, and worked me in between other patients. While having my teeth pulled the assistant was very sweet, telling me I was doing great and calming me when she could tell it was getting to be a bit too much. Dr Corley kept telling me what to expect during the procedure and reminding me again as it was happening. Not even 5 minutes in my mouth and he removed 2 teeth. First dentist Ive ever felt the need to say you are awesome after he was done. Look forward to getting the rest of my dental work done with them. Keep up the great work!!!

Was in Destin on family vacation and broke a tooth the day before the 4th of July holiday. Found Emerald Coast Dental based on other positive online reviews. Called and explained I wasnt a current patient; that I was just in town on vacation. They got me in that afternoon and fixed the tooth. It would have been a miserable few days if it wasnt for them because most places are closed around the 4th.

We have since moved to Fort Walton Beach, but we still fight through the (summer) Destin traffic because of the excellent treatment that we receive. Dr. Corley is highly recommended.
