I brought my laptop to CTS with a serious problem, and left with it in proper working order. It was important that I get it back as quickly as possible, and it was repaired in a couple of hours. Mark made sure that all problems were resolved, and done while I waited.

I must say HANDS DOWN the BEST Computer Tech out there. I run a full service Salon and my computer crashed and wiped out the hard drive . It had all the information for our clients for the past 2 1/2 years. I called on 4/24/2019 when my computer was wiped clean never met him he just came highly recommended by a client. He was at a job and he came right over after he finished the job. He stayed here took apart my computer for 5 hrs replaced it with a new drive while he configured our old drive to recover it. I thought it was going to have to close my doors. Our clients were not getting the reminders and no one was coming in. SO we went from 2,000 plus day to a 100-200 day for 2 days. It was scary.Then on 4/26/2019 he called me with some good news. He was coming to put it in and see if we got it all back and guess what????? WE DID GOT EVERYTHING BACK. Mark is a lifesaver! My work computer had problems a few weeks ago, took it to Best Buy and Geek Squad fixed it... then problem returned. Found out the temporary fix masked a bigger problem of my hard drives failing!! He was able to save all of my data, which was A LOT and back it up, upgrade to better hard drives WITH a warranty FAST!Double checked with Best Buy and the same work would have taken 5 business days where he did it basically in one business day. He also offered recommendations on upgrading my Existing custom built computer.... without trying to sell me the most expensive brand new computer. CTS is great. Period. The place is very clean and the owner showed a very professional, attitude and definitely cared about the problems I was having. There was no fluff or BS that you receive from many other computer repair places such as pressuring you to purchase unnecessary software or hardware. My computer was fixed very quickly and the cost was lower than expected. They also offer a good military discount for those of you who are currently serving. I cannot recommend this place enough. My wifes computer wouldnt boot and she had data that needed recovery. Mark got it up and running and installed a solid state drive improving performance. They took the computer back, did their best to get it up and running, to no avail so they are giving me a refund on the repair charges and hardware/software charges. They talked me into Windows 10, which I added, charged me for the repair and sent me home - long story longer, I brought back 2 more times, they finally said it was the mother board, so I paid for and had them install a new one....problem STILL with turning off - by this time with the addition of the new mother board, plus Windows 10 I have about $400 into it. I sent a message thru their website - NEVER received a response. Bought a new laptop, had another person transfer data from the old laptop and he asked. Who did the install of the mother board? Why, I asked: hard drive upside down, cable routed under the hard drive, screws missing and wrong screws used, start button not fully latched, didnt use care in opening...looked like the work of an amateur. I cannot and will not recommend CTS for any computer work.

Great people! Was visiting from out of town and needed to pick up some parts to repair my parents computer.
