We recently purchased a vehicle at Porsche of Destin. After a brief chat with Cameron Scott, the general manager, he kindly offered to have someone personally deliver the vehicle in which we were interested in to my house to check out. Maeson arrived at our house and was an absolute pleasure! He was extremely patient, we never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Audi took about an hour and a half. It was the quickest car buying experience I have ever had. It is best described as flawless. The best part – Maeson and Cameron stayed in touch with me which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to these guys if you are considering buying a previously owned automobile. Apparently they must have closed the service department. Have called 4-5 times, left messages, and emailed an appointment request to no avail. All I wanted to do is set up an appointment to take care of factory recall issues!UPDATE: After 7 phone calls an an email my car was serviced. The service was fast and efficient and without a glitch.

Im a car guy and recently sold two of my cars so wanted a Porsche having had a 911 back in the 80s. Stopped by Gregg Orr Porsche to see if they had any certified 911s and was greeted by Carlos Vega. He quickly made me feel I had lucked out and gotten the right sales person. He took me out to look at the inventory of new & certified cars, and the car that caught my eye was a Cayman S in a unique orange color. He knew all the details of the car and was able to walk me through the options, features, and how to set the car to fit perfectly. After a test drive I was sold and so was the car. It was end of year and I felt I got an excellent deal. Carlos was with me all the way, like the dentist telling you he or she has fitted the perfect crown, giving me confidence and assurance that I was getting an outstanding deal on fabulous, exclusive car. Since then I have turned to Carlos for help with system settings and called him with quick questions. He always takes time to answer and always calls back. On the rare instance he doesnt know the answer, he has immediately taken me to the service department to get the answer. This dealership is in the great state of Florida and I am in the state of La. My daughter lives in Florida, and unfortunately was in an accident. The same salesman who sold my daughter the vehicle, which she loved dearly, went out of his way, picked my daughter up and sold her another vehicle.With just needing a very small amount of my help, we did this over the phone and thus my daughter was able to leave with keys in her hands. I have been on the fence of purchasing a new vehicle and have heard great things about this dealership which prompted me to go and check it out. Andy and Britton (hopefully I didn’t butcher that spelling) in the service department were absolutely first class! My Macan S had some errors codes and required a tow into the dealer. Being that I live in Pensacola I had a choice to tow it to Porsche Mobile (45 min from Pensacola) or Porsche Destin (90 min from Pensacola). I decided to go with Destin because the people I spoke to at the service department in Mobile didn’t seem to care or have any concern with my issues. Boy am I glad I went with Destin! My vehicle was 2k miles over the warranty, but Britton and Andy took care of a $2500 issue on the house! Not to mention that the day I went to pick my vehicle up they squeezed me in for a mount, balance, and alignment! Big deal considering they are appointment only and are very very busy! While sitting in the waiting room multiple customers came and went all getting taken care of with the same amount of care and respect as they gave me. Most if not all of them had issues that were taken care of on the house by Andy! I told Andy and Britton how much I appreciated them and that they gained a customer for life! I was so beyond pleased with my experience that I created a google account just to post this review. Thanks again guys! See y’all in 10k miles!

Because I have a busy schedule during the week he arranged it so I could pick up my car on the weekend. After ruining the paint on my spotless Panamera by leaving for 3 weeks in iron rich sprinkler system I’m upset. They know it and had me get estimates then tried to correct and failed. It took $800 to have sanded and buffed. Now offered me credit on future repair Crazy. Now ignoring. Very poor. They have insurance for this and just dropping ball.

After purchasing a car at another dealership not even 24 hours after my purchase a few things started to go wrong with my vehicle. After getting no where with the dealership and service tech from the other company I left so upset. They kept telling me that nothing was wrong and it passed inspection. This morning I brought my car in to have a second inspection done before returning to the car dealership. Andy was very helpful and the service techs all went above and beyond with diagnosing the problems with the car. Luckily with there smart expertise they discovered that the rear wheel was loose and lug nuts not done correctly and a bent wheel which Andy and the service techs and I were floored how the car I purchased even passed inspection which I was told multiple times. After I left the Porsche in Destin and returned to my other dealership, I was actually taken seriously & to where I can find a solution to the repairs and recall issues that are to be fixed. I had mechanical problem in my panamera during a trip from nashville to Santa Rosa. Andy at porsche of Destin coached me in and arranged service first thing the next morning which corrected the problem. Andy and the staff at porsche Destin provided courteous and OUTSTANDING service. Badass cars if youve never driven a Porsche test drive one you wont be disappointed

They must have replaced their service team as there were two new people I had not seen when I went in for my scheduled service last week. Ben, who greeted me by name at the door, proceeded to ask me my reason for being there that morning...really? After telling him it was for my scheduled oil change, he wanted to know if I was interested in replacing my fuel filter? I thought it an odd question, as the reason I take my vehicle to the dealership is so that they do the scheduled maintenance as per manufacturers recommendation. He was asking me what I wanted done??? The kicker at the end was when after making sure I scheduled my service call and requested a loaner, he brought out a domestic vehicle for me to take telling me that he had a Porsche loaner sitting there, but that it had a flat tire...Overall, a sad and unacceptable experience. I got my key back and decided to schedule my service call with the dealership in New Orleans.

Top Notch Service...from day 1....went in to have my Panamera serviced and the Technician Brandon explained everything to me that I didnt know...2 Thumbs up for Brandon Thanks...unfortunately I had to return a day later to have my key fob replaced and when I called the dealership to advise them of what happened I lost my Key Fob...the Service Manager Bob Graubman explained to me that the tow truck driver could not just load up my Panamera as he would a regular vehicle...Bob explained everything that I needed to tell the tow truck driver Thank You Bob...Now after getting another key fob made and the fact that it was Very Expensive....President of Florida OperationsMr.Cameron D Scott, Bob Graubman,Ben Causton and Starr Peazant worked as a team to make sure they exemplify what Top Notch Service Is at Porsche of Destin.Thank You for my Complimentary Key Chain...just a little gesture as that on top of the team work and the level of courtesy they all exemplified makes me a Very Satisfied Customer .Thank You again Porsche of Destin....
