Everybody was helpful and answered all my questions. I dont rent all the time but the associates made it easy.

This uhaul experience would have been a 5 star except when I returned it. I did exactly as instructed of me for an after hours drop off! I had rented 18 blankets for breakable items, and I folded and placed all 18 blankets in the back of the trailer as instructed! I then swept out the trailer and made sure it was returned how I received it. They ‘claim’ they never got the blankets and said it was their word against ours and the charge holds. Don’t they have cameras or are they just not willing to even look! This is bad business, and I will not ever use uhaul or anything that this location offers EVER again. I don’t know if it is this location or uhaul to blame! What I do know is that I personally made sure of it that those blankets were in there.....and I am still being charged for them! Who does that ???? They do!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!1. The units have rodents and they damage a lot of your items. Then you have to go through so much to file a claim. 2. They gave me a move out rate, then sent something in the mail saying I owe them. 3. They say you don’t pay them, when there’s proof of payment.

Gate always seems to need repair. The does seem to move very fast

Great experience! The manager, Kevin, was friendly, helpful and efficient. Facility was clean and organized. Tip we’ve learned... their U-Haul online system glitches around the end/first of the month so to avoid mishaps, you may want to try checking out on your phone/app to make it easier for you.We went the first weekend of the month and it took a little while but no complaints with customer service (it was their computer system not The U-Haul rep).We would recommend!

It was an unusually busy morning but the 2 guys running the counter kept the mood humorous, and upbeat....making the situation totally ok. We have done business at this location several times and have been pleased every time.

Of all the U-Haul places that we have used over the years, this one by far had the best service and the sweetest and most professional employee we have ever dealt with. I will use only them from now on.

Worst service was on hold for 15 min after lady said gimmi one minute then I just drive up there lady was rude did not want to help

I knew from the first 4 signs of trouble I should have went with another rental truck company but do to time and scheduling I just jump in with uhaul (((NEVER AGAIN))) WILL I EVER USE UHAUL OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES. Worst place Ive dealt with in a few years by far. Just spend the extra few dollars and go with a better company because uhaul seems cheap but they try to get you out of extra fees later. If you do choose to go with uhaul ask for the physical copy of all your transactions and keep them because 10 times out of 10 you will definitely need them for your records or lawyer like Im in the process of sending all my paperwork to.

Dont think that your gonna go to this uhaul before their close time and find the doors open they lock the doors before 6:45pm and ignore you banging on the doors, and refuse to open, shes closed and you will be sol
