I called today to ask about membership prices. The person who answered the phone was very polite, friendly and well spoken. She was also very knowledgeable of membership pricing. When I mentioned how pleased I was with the rates she had the perfect. I am very pleased with my initial contact with this gym and look forward to making an appointment to see what they offer. I would like to ad that 19.99 a month is a very reasonable rate.

This place is going down the hill day by day. Lockers for the key are broken and have been broken for years. The only person working at the gym is the custodian and rest of the staff just play on the phone. They even taken out the weight scale from the locker room don’t know if broken or stolen, but you need a scale in a gym. I just noticed a review from 10 months ago stating “don’t forget to get a tan” this location has removed the tanning stations years ago and even removed the message chair over a year ago. I wonder if they are paying people to leave good reviews. I’ve been a member since 2013 that why I picked up on the fake reviews.

They need to work on their customer service at this place. Was new to the whole gym thing and could of use some guiding or direction. With technology, you should know that this is my first time here and offer some assistance and not just scan and sit back down. What is the use of offering different package if youre just going to treat them all the same? Was looking for a lot more help than none. Still waiting on my call back and still Nothing.

I use to live in Lancaster from 2009 - 2013 and this was the gym I worked out at. This gym was great and had everything I needed. Plus FREE tanning booth! I miss that gym and wish there was one where Im currently living.

Easily accessible and they have everything I need to help me reach goals. I do wish that the supplement counter wasnt so expensive but they all are, no matter where you go.

Visiting from out of town for a few weeks and was pleased to find this Golds nearby. Ive never been to an Express and was surprised and pleased with what I found. The gym is well equipped, the equipment well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Im thankful to have found this place and give it my highest recommendation.

Place is not too busy around 7 when I go. Good atmosphere

Place is real nice. The people are nice and the facility is very clean. You can get on machines without waiting or someone being in your way. This is my new second home now!

The convenience to my home and job keeps me here. However they need to do a better job keeping the equipment up and running. The ladies locker room rarely gets cleaned. The showers and mirrors are always dirty. Ive complained on several occasions. When I complain they clean it, then it starts all over again. Staff is very friendly.

There needs to be a correction. This is NOT a Golds Gym. This is an Express location, and needs to be labeled correctly. Very disappointed I drove nearly 45 minutes for a mini gym.

Great place to workout but sometimes the machines were down for weeks. Overall pretty clean place

I remember I went to this gym when it first opened and I loved it. I was paying only $20/mo for the gym, tanning, and massage chairs now those prices are waaayyy too high. Its not even that big of a gym to have prices so high.

They need to drop their prices. This is not the only gym in the area anymore. Planet fitness and fitness connection are $10 each month. This place has a cinema theater that you can do cardio in( thats it). Not worth what I am paying. Will switch soon if they do not bring prices down. Other then that, its clean and machines work. Little outdate,but they work.

Great Gym with enough equipment for total body workout..

This is the smallest location but thats okay. I always get a solid workout here and somehow it never gets insanely crowded. Its an express gym so this is really one of those have a plan before you go because its small. I actually really like using the cardio cinema because yeah they have machines in there to watch movies while you run the treadmill but i actually like using the space to do walking lunges and squats and basically a whole leg workout while watching a film lol

Worst gym ever. Stay away from these scammers. I signed up for $30 a month. No contract. I relocated and tried canceling membership over the phone they told me I had to come in. Travelled from Houston just to get the cancellation done and guess what? They still charge my card one more time talking about its policy. No contract must mean contract to them....go to planet fitness down the street!

Nice place for a quick workout but not for the serious workout crew.

I dont recommend it for 2 months trying to cancel my membership and they dont give me a solution and they still charge me $ 32.46 a month, bad customer service

Great gym. Has everything you need For That perfect Workout. Sanitation spray bottles and wipes are always stocked up and Full. No cleanliness issues. 👍Machines always work, and if broken with in a few days if not same day its fixed Been going here ever since they opened. Lol not that long agoI. you get to do youre own thing 👍 I say you stop by and check it out. Specially when its empty haha who doesnt like empty gymsG.MANAGER David Is a great help.

The janitor at this place keeps everything spotless. I am happy for the new stairmaster & the rowing machines.

Doesnt offer much but what can you expect for $22 a month.

Very good experience. Everyone here has been awesome. Workout areas are constantly being cleaned by members and staff.

Clean, many machines and free weights. Not too crowded and reasonably inexpensive.

I liked the gym because it was close, but a lot of the equipment was always in need of repair.

Terrible! I purchased two 1-yr memberships and paid the entire amount in advance (encouraged by Jason the general manager to do so). Two weeks later, I showed up at the gym (North Arlington, TX) to find that they had been evicted by the landlord and were permanently closed. I contacted Corporate several times about it, but all they could say was Sorry, that was a franchised location, and would not do anything to help me get my money back. Liars and thieves.

This is an Express location so its smaller and doesnt have pool and basketball but it does have everything you need for a great workout!

I would give 0 stars if they had the option I CANCELLED my membership a little over a year ago signed the form and they are still taking money out of my account and they have also charged me 2x in 1 month I’ve called so many times and EVERY TIME a manager is supposed to call me back which never happens I will never again recommend anybody to GOLDS GYM very unprofessional.

Their corporate office is horrible and does their best to step on the average American.
