Business hours are indicated to be 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. Tried entering at 2:45 PM today (Saturday) and the door was locked. A lady behind the counter could clearly be seen, yet didnt unlock the door. How is a business run this way? I wouldnt try coming here on a Saturday thats for sure.

This is the email I sent to the company concerning the employee Tanzania...I would like to let someone know about this Tanzania girl working at the location in Desoto, Texas.First off, she never acknowledged my presence in the store because she waded on her cell phone texting or something. She never looked at me while I stood in front of her window- at all!So, I asked her about bill payments whether or not the forms in the lobby were the correct ones, she nodded her head as of I was irritating her.Once I filled out the form, I handed it to her, (while she was still engrossed in whatever was on her phone), and she typed all the information in the computer told me the price. I handed her the money and she never opened her mouth to thank me or anything. I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated.Please, send her through a customer service training or get rid of her. And, please tell her the eyelashes are too much for that position.
