I’m a regular customer at this location. And I have to say that my experience here is not the same. The customer service I received from the African American manager (the short and stocky gentleman) was terrible. He was very rude and lacks customer service skills. He has no business being the representative of this company! If I could give a zero star I would. His attitude is unexceptable!

Im going to be totally fair in my review of this Automatic Car Wash, especially in light of the fact that I had to call them and learn that I could return to them and get my Van re-Washed due to the rear door being totally missed when it went through the first time. The young man quickly scrubbed it down and when we went back through the wash it came out totally spotless and shining brightly!! Super Thanks to the Manager who quickly assured me that it would be taken care of. I enjoy this location because its right on my way to the Walmart I shop at on-line and is never too busy and has excellent vacuum services allowing a thorough cleaning inside and out.

I had just got my vehicle washed and pulled around to use the free vacuums. I was almost finished. I started looking around for one of the vending boxes that sell air fresheners, leather wipes. Right before I considered leaving for auto zone . A staff member asked me if she could help me find something and she went out of her way to meet my need. Thats what keeps us loyal and faithful customers. When you encounter loyal and faithful staff . Thank you for being professional, being prompt and genuine service.

This automated carwash does a great job cleaning. The vacuums are not very powerful but with a little extra effort gets the job done and their free.

This car wash goes above and beyond what I have ever expected from any car wash before. It’s quick, it’s easy, and best of all… The free vacuum!

I dont know what happened this time. Normally my car is spotless. There was some dirt residue left.

It could be better if your equipment wasnt so inconsistent.Also the guys dont guide u in the track to keep u from damaging your wheels. Could also use stronger spot free rinse.

The average car wash. Some of the vacuums are missing due to covid regulations so its a little difficult to vacuum both sides of the cars.

Getting expensive for a decent wash but this place cleans your car better than most places.

It didnt wash all of my car I truly expect more. (Edit) I changed it to 4 star because they did offer for us to go through it again and that time it actually did clean.

Paid $18 for a car wash, car was still dirty and didn’t get the white shine that was included. None of the vacuums work at all. Called to tell them I didn’t get my tire shine, the guy came out and prayed my entire rim with tire shine and now it’s dripping with dirt and grease. DO NOT COME HERE. This place has gone down, go to Fuel city in Duncanville.

I like the car wash the only thing I want to know is, why does the attendant only spry one side of the car? If there are other people inside please start spraying both sides of the car. Ijs

You know you’re old when you are excited about superstrong vacuums.I drive a bit out-of-the-way to go to this car wash because the vacuums are more powerful than the ones at the car wash by my house.

Pretty great car wash. Sometimes busy, but line always moves quick. Think they sell air freshener through other people in the vacuum area but other than that it’s cool.

The machines do a good job cleaning the vehicles. My only question is how come when you pay $18 for the top wash the guy guiding you into the Bay, only pre washes one side of your vehicle?

Great place highly recommend it the volcano wash is great and fun for the kids to see all the different colors staff is amazing and friendly the manager there named Miguel really helped me out he saw the wash left some spots left on my Honda Accord and he personally washed the outside himself to make my car look brand new 10/10 for this place Miguel is a great guy !!

Got the complete car wash and the tire shine machine work only on one side of the car talked to mangment they give me another run without tore shine and the 2nd run cleand the tire shine from the first run . Dont recommends

Every time I go to the car wash I come back clean. Dont have to do anything but drive through. Love the Free vacuum. And the Monthly payment.

I get the buy one get one free carwash every month and it keeps my car shining. Free vacuums and a free hand dry are included in the process.

I had problems in the vaccum area. I had to move to three (3) vacuuming areas to get one with enough suction. It was a waste of my time because my time is my money. However I was very, very pleased with my car wash.

Aye I see the rave mates about free vacuum and monthly wash.but you may want to look at your brushes they dont really clean all that well.and I went to a chevron petrol station to get a better wash on me car and me company work van.if the brushes would turn in different way after one wash.then it would get the back the side of mirrors an the other parts like the side where side glass is next to mirrors.if you have two people wiping what got missed it would be better im sorry I just dont find RAVE OF your wash....im fair on rating places been a Google tester for about 12 years in California and now in Texas.....hmmmmmm

Nice place good vacuuming. I got the best wash and was not totally satisfied. This is the second time and it ended up being the same. And this is on a small 4door . Ill use them again but wont spend for the best wash

There machine brushes are very hard on a car. Scratches the paint. VACUUMS always broke do not give rain checks!

Should be a great wash but the “spot free” rinse doesn’t really cover the car and my $15 wash turned out not so clean. They probably need to maintain their equipment much better and make sure their softeners and filters are properly changed.If you have a dark colored car you are better off going elsewhere.

Supposedly chain broke so a 30+ minute wait to get it fixed after already waiting 20 minutes. No apologies or anything. Won’t be coming back!!

Love this car wash and its location, with several options to choose from to get my car washed and waxed with tire dressing.

It does get congested as they are trying to fit as many vehicles through the assembly but overall great place plus free vacuum usage!

This is the 2nd time the attendant didnt wash the back of my suv at the front entrance, he taped down my back wipe but dont wash it, its really annoying to pay your money and you have to get out and wash it again. 😠😠😠😠😠

This location has always been great! But my last visit was fantastic. The assistant manager; Ms.Jones went out of her way to make sure I was totally satisfied with my car wash. She personally went over my car to see the spots that the wash missed. She was very kind. Thank you to her for a, pleasant experience. I will return!

Came for a car wash and “free vacuum,” they had the audacity to shut down the vacuums before the vehicles vacuuming left. At least 7 cars were still vacuuming when they shut them off, not cool!!! I couldn’t finish cleaning the dog hairs in time. They allow a 10 min limit, but come on, have some courtesy!!!!!

Not enough stalls for vacuuming. The wash is too fast, it does not properly clean your vehicle.

So far so good👍... the day I went some elderly man was blocking the exist cars backed up blowing their horns 😡 as your car come out of the wash I dont know what happened to his car going through the wash😰 glad I wasnt caught up in that😓... the elderly man should of pull his car out of the entrance way of cars existing to inspect his car ...hope everything worked out for everyone 😊

Great place to get your car washed. the automatic system they have in place works pretty well and you can use the vacuums for free after youre done with your wash. they have several reasonable price points to choose from when it comes to getting your car washed or you can even purchase a monthly subscription which is nice if you like to wash your car a lot LOL.

The wash never gets the bottom of my car grill clean

They seemed understaffed as only one side of my car was sprayed for the prewash included with my purchase. The air dryers seem to be lacking on the passenger side as mine and each other vehicle seemed significantly wetter on that side upon exiting the wash.

They keep raising the prices and I dont understand why....

Clean car. Used a Kroger coupon in the back of my Kroger receipt, only $4 instead of five. Make sure you fold coupon and press it in mini window first to get discount or ask the attendant, like I did, But 5 is still a bargain! If you pay $15 a month, unlimited washes.

This car wash does not clean your car properly. It says no towel drying needed when you exit the wash.. WRONG.. you have to dry off your entire car unless you want water spots everywhere. IM going to look for a different one to go to.

One of the Better Car Washes on this Side of Town.

Because it was a last minute choice that turned out to be the right choice, they will definitely be recieving our repeat business!

Its nice because theres free vacuums and its easy. But my car has had better, more thorough washes. Sometimes the windshield and windows still comes out all smudgy, too, and I have to do it again with Windex. But again... The vacuums are amazingly nice.

This is my go to car wash. Friendly staff and the car wash is excellent. My car typically has a lot of stuck on bugs. I’m always impressed at how clean my car looks after being washed. I also love the fact they spray the back window down before entering. But those vacuum cleaners need more suction.

I never had a problem with this car wash ever. I get home and notice my chrome was missing on my car so I called them to see about them replacing it. The guy tells me they are not responsible for anything that happens in this car wash. He also asked what year my car is I was like what does that has to do with it. Well it must was loose before you got here mam. Very rude . If you’re business messes up someone car you should be responsible for it.

Love coming to this car wash i noticed they have a new manager and he is great very respectful and answered any question I asked and the vacuums work which is a plus. Will be coming back!!
