The car was a 2020, but was not clean, the rear window was very hard to view due to tint that was removed and the glue remained. I had to go to a car wash to have the car cleaned before I was able to proceed, which did not remove the glue on the inside of the rear window.

Enterprise rent a car of DeSoto was great. I had been trying to get a rent a car since Monday to put my car in the shop for repairs due to a car wreck. They are awesome everyone was friendly and helpful. They answered the phone timely. James and Jazmine and all the staff are the best over there. Wish I could give them more stars because they got me in a rental this Thursday. This location is always the best and always professional.

I never rented a car before personally, but the entire online process was easy and super convenient. The only thing I really had to do was pick the car up at the designated time and location. The car (Hyundai Sonata) was really nice. The Enterprise employees were very professional and helpful in explaining how the whole process works. I was 1000% satisfied with the car, the service and the price was actually cheaper than I had anticipated. I definitely would refer friends and family to Enterprise based on my experience, Thank you

I hate this place. Had to pay for a scratch I definitely know was not caused by me. They picked my Rental up and inspected it 2 days later after their driver drove the car and had nerve to say the damage was done by me.

I went to pick up my rental a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a representative there. My insurance had already called Enterprise and the rent car rep welcomed me and in less than 5 minutes I was driving the rental out of the driveway. Can I just say that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The person that dropped me off stayed but didnt see me leave. I was in Arlington at my destination when he called to see what was taking so long. Needless to say he was equally shocked to know that I was done and long gone.

I always use Enterprise when renting a car. The staff is great. This time however I was disappointed with the vehicle I rented which was a week long rental. Their vehicles are supposed to be non smoking but this new vehicle with less than 5k miles stenched of cigarette smoke and caused breathing issues during our entire trip.

The only reason why I entertain renting a car from this location is because my husband insist on using them since they are close by our home. However this isn’t the first time I have horrible service from this location and I am confident this wouldn’t be the last either. The location has either smelled like natural herbal aroma, low on staff, and rude staff members. 1st bad experience, literally 5 mins late and they gave my rental away and literally said, “too bad.” 2nd issue, waiting for drop off service: I got the car rental back to enterprise on time, I asked to be dropped, the assistant manager in training (which they all are if they are not the branch manager) told me it would take 5-10 mins. My thoughts, “okay that fine...,” 20 -30 mins later I asked, “hey May I please get a ride back?” Response I recurved, “ you can get an Uber.” (WOW!!!) With that said, I take my business literally all the way to Downtown Dallas, due to the lack of superb customer service and services offered. Needless to say this week rental at this location was bc of my spouse. And again they failed. 3rd issue, we get there early n they offered us a pick up truck...unfortunately the truck was to big for our desire. We asked can you place us in something else, they stated “sure” and asked we come back closer to our pick up time. Fast forward to our pick up time and they advise us “you can either have a mini van or a car?” We replied, “we will take the car.” We walk out to the walk around on the car, the representative then asked for us to give her a second so she can wipe the cup holder down. Awesome right...well needless to say they failed again. When I got in the car it reeked of puke, someone’s EBT card was left in the car, and now the added aroma of a wet dirty rag to wipe the cup holders. With that said, if I could rate 0 stars for the guaranteed unpleasant experience(s) I will. #getittogether or find a new job...not everyone is made to be a branch manager. #sorrynotsorry I will literally continue to drive back to the branch on Oak Lawn, as they actually TRY even though they have flaws. But the fact that they try is all that matters.**update 10:35am- I found a glove compartment full of napkins and lord knows how old honey bun!!! 😡 🤦🏾‍♀️

This Enterprise is okay customer service was good. My vehicle did not have clorox wipes or extra masks. Something most Enterprises are doing especially since they have partnered with Clorox. I rented in Oregon and Atlanta recently. In Oregon I would give 5 stars. The guy was respectful and handled things so well so I could get on my way that I felt like it was supposed to be more to the process. I liked getting in and out.Now for Atlanta. The woman that was dealing with customers should not be helping customers she has no respect. A lady was sitting down and been sitting there for 20 minutes from what she said to me and asked if her car was ready yet. As the clerk walks away she responded to her in a very rude tone. Then the phone rings and she answered and was so rude to who ever was calling I said I hope I do t get her to help me. Sure enough I was next. She asked my name and for my insurance. She very rudely tapping her finger in the desk as if I should hurry up. Then she is tossing her head around and sighing.I am not happy about how she treated me and two other customers. I will think twice about my choice to rent with enterprise in the future.We planned to rent more frequently so now I will see what other options I have In ATL.If she is to continue to work there she need to be in a position that doesn’t deal with the consumer.

I reserved a car for Friday at 5:30 on the Monday before. I get to the location, and its packed with people, understandably so since its the weekend. The workers were moving as quickly as possible, and they were still nice and polite. I personally would have been frustrated. Anyway, I get a nice 2020 Altima and drive home which is like 2 miles away. That Friday night I go out around 8pm and the tire is low. So I stopped and added air. I get to the party, leave around midnight and the tire is back low. I add air again because I have to drive to my uncles funeral at 6am in the morning. Boom, its 6am and the tire is extremely low. I know this stuff because of the warning on the dashboard. I cant take it to an Enterprise because none were open and I had a long drive to the funeral. So I added more air and begin my trip. I had no issues the entire time but as a woman driving alone in a car with a defective tire, I was nervous and uncomfortable. I make the trip and return home with no problems, but Sunday afternoon when it was time to return, the tire was extremely low! I was over it and took it back to the location. Upon return of the car, I I formed the lady of the situation and she just apologized. I personally felt like a credit or something should have been offered for my next rental because I was put in an uncomfortable situation from the beginning. I dont think the people who check the cars, properly detailed the car. Thats why Im giving 3 stars because the crew inside were really working hard plus smiling but me adding air to a tire so many times, lowered my level of safety in the car provided.

Had reservations to pick up a car this morning at 11. As Im heading to get the car, received a call not to come because no cars were available and someone was suppose to be in touch. Here it is 6 hours later and no one has reached out and Ive tried calling them and the phone is just ringing. So at this point Im guessing that everyone who was suppose to turn a car back in today kept the cars?? You called and confirmed the reservation the evening before and to advise of the 30 minute window, did you all not see that this could have been a problem then? If you dont have the fleet, dont overbook. Weekend travel plans have been canceled. Please Do better Enterprise.

The customer service is great my only complaint and it carries a lot of weight is the cars are always half cleaned. I understand the turn around time and the high demand for the cars but we shouldn’t have to have a car cleaned right after we pick it up. Complaining does nothing at all. This last time I rented I it was through my insurance and they didn’t have the appropriate size car so I was put in a bigger car and charged for it because they didn’t have a car clean that I could have.

I was very impressed! I had a 2020 Ford Fusion w/ push button, peanut butter leather seat, with seat warmers, etc. Basically the car was fully loaded, without me requesting any upgrades. I only use Enterprise and with every experience, they never disappoint.

I had an accident. I was referred to Enterprise by Freeman Honda on LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Freeman drove me to Enterprise. I had to wait a bit since it was midday and the three sales representatives were busy.I selected a Nissan Versa. The bumpers on this car are soft. I must have struck a tire on the road which scratched up the front bumper a bit.I believe the service was OK at both the pickup and drop off sites. I dropped the car off at North Lamar in Austin Texas

I asked why didnt you call last night and advise that way I could make other plans and all they could say was I dont know. So I visited Lancaster, TX location, I can say it was an embarrassment to the company. Considering it COVID time, the place was very full of people, they inly had to people working the front and very unorganized. I feel the management in the back should’ve set out & helped his associates. No hand sanitizer in the place for customers. I can say the car was clean but those poor two ladies couldn’t handle all the people in that office waiting to rent a car. They may had made money that day but could’ve made more. 6 feet is very important right now!!!!

I made a reservation to rent a car in ATL (Hartsfield Airport). I flew in and went to Enterprise and the lady at the Enterprise counter was so rude. She did not look up my reservation..... she took my drivers license and asked for my card. Told me it would be an extra hold for deposit (I said okay). Instead of a $200 deposit it was going to be $350. Then told me that a car was going to be $250 per day. My reservation for two days was suppose to be $130. Me being so desperate I said okay. Then she gave my license and card back.... saying we don’t take this card. I told her I just rented a car with this card last weekend and 4 months previous with this card. She was trying to find any kind of reason to turn me away. I can’t believe I rented a car with you guys last weekend and depending on the customer service agent you get you get turned away. Flying into a city and then told you have NO transportation. I will NEVER give Enterprise my business again!

Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my most recent rental for the following reasons:-Apple CarPlay did not work during the duration of trip as explained by Enterprise representative.-Vehicle had very low seats for driver and passenger. Steering wheel rested on the knees of driver making for a very uncomfortable trip.- Passenger seatbelt appeared to be malfunctioning which is a safety concern.Customer Service- Probably the only thing that was excellent as the Agent explained all details of the Rental Agreement and additional products or services.

Had a reservation to pick up a car on sat 4pm. Im a truck driver so I set it to that day in time predict that to be the latest time for me to be there to pick up the car. I was told I could pick it up early. I came in on Friday like 2 or 3 different times. The first time I was told to come back later because there a long line of people ahead of me. Second I came back I was told I cant pick up the car and I should come tomorrow, the day of my appointment. I came back in the morning to be told they dont even have a car for their 9am appointments and they took my number and told me they would call me when they have a car ready for me. I waited all day for that call and never got it. Plus I call in at 1pm and they told me they may have something closer to my reservation time. I call again closer to my appointment time 3 times with no answer. So not only did yall waste my time and my day off. Yall also played me like a fiddle till yall didnt have to deal with me anymore. Never come back to this location again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick checkout this time. Ive rented from this location before and there was a considerable wait time. I would give 5 stars if the vehicle hadnt reeked of marijuana. Unfortunately I didnt notice the odor at check out, and I didnt start my trip until after closing hours or I wouldve returned the vehicle. Did notice with each entry, the smell seem to grow stronger. I wasnt the only one who noticed the odor. Mentioning this because it was not only off putting, but embarrassing. I know if I could detect the odor, your service personnel could as well. Outside this one issue, everything to include customer service was great.

From beginning to end I have no complaints. I was treated kindly. Spoke to politely. On the day I received my rental the young lady that assisted me was very attentive. She got me in and out of the establishment within 15 minutes. I am so grateful. She explained everything slowly and calmly and wished me safe travels. Upon my return, I forgot to fill the tank back up and the young man I spoke with was kind and asked if I would like to go put the gas back or he could deduct it from my deposit. He was kind and provided service with a smile. I appreciate that. Thank you so for showing me such kindness. I will return to this location.

How can you put your consumers in unreliable vehicle. I stressed to the Manager that we were traveling & he only suggested AAA. Not sure if this OKAY experience is due to COVID, shortage of employees, or overworked employees, I just asked that that remain patient and kind to ALL. I arrived at 11:45 am for my rental. But no one waited on me until after 12 and the young lady was so rude. Then was quoted the wrong price. So I needed away to go to the bank which was right down the street but none of the employees would take me. So I had to call for a ride which took another 30 minutes, then when I got back it took the employees 20 mor minutes to help me again. I was 1.5 hours late for work. Because I had enough money on my card the first time. But the young lady was giving me a higher price.

The service was horrible. My appointment was at 5:30pm I got there at 5:15 pm didn’t get a car until after 7pm. When a question was ask by me or one of the other customers the answer was I don’t know you going to have ask cooperate. I was very unhappy. This made my trip were I wanted to leave Friday I put it off until Saturday morning.

We rented a car last week. When I drove off I realized the car had a heavy cigarette smell. I pulled over and called to report this and asked if I can bring it back to exchange. The rep asked if I told the person who rented me the vehicle. I told her I didn’t realize it until i drove off and asked if they have anything else. She said they would not have anything until 4 p.m. She apologized and said we didn’t have to fill the tank. I was traveling to pick up my daughter from college. A 8 hour trip and we had to drive with the windows cracked in 40+ degree temp because the smell was so strong. I am disappointed because I have never had any issues in the past.

Be very careful when you go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car inspect your vehicle theyre going to give you very carefully because when you get back theyre going to try to find some damage that youre responsible for that has happened to me twice with Enterprise Rent-A-Car the second time they tried it I told them not going to happen because it was pouring rain outside and you could not identify any damage on the car because of the rain its not really an honest way of doing business so be careful when you do your initial inspection on a car theyre going to turn over to you

Only take card credit cards, no cash. Doesnt even matter if you have 1 or 2 forms of federal identifications on you. So if your in a pinch and you lost your credit card. Dont go to enterprise

I really like this location. Although its a long wait time when you first arrive, after that the rental and paperwork goes smoothly. Not too much of a hassle and red tape to get a rental..a plus the employees are friendly and welcoming, cars are top notch and clean. Highly recommend.

Clean new cars that you always wanted to drive, fresh oil change before you pick-up, they treat everyone like theyre a V.I.P. If you accidently drive in the HOV lane, the license plate protects you from paying fines. My company uses Enterprise exclusively.
