Otis did a good job with sanitation of my vehicle. Had engine replaced and my car sat up for a month at shop. During time rodents got in car. He did a great job of locating nest cleaning and disinfecting the car. Car smells really good and no harsh particles in the air. His worker did break a piece off the lighter but overall satisfaction was good.

It takes me a few hours to wash my car to have it swirl free. I took my car into the dealership to get fixed and told them not to wash it cause I know that they dont care about your car. They washed it anyways and left swirls everywhere. I contacted Otis we set up an appointment for the day after Christmas. What he did was great he left my car so shiny and swirl free. Just look at the pictures. Definitely go-to him. He has great prices and hell teach you a thing or two. The guy knows his stuff. Hes nice really communicative great guy overall. If your car is scratched up or swirled this is the guy.

Guys. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT THIS MAN DID TO MY CAR!!!!First off. Im a smoker. Im messy by trait. I have two dogs and a cat that travel with me everywhere. I go camping in this car, and I eat in this car daily. Needless to say, I had a very dirty car that needed love and hasnt been cleaned in years. The business is at a residence. Otis is the owner of this company. Its locally and privately owned. He spends as much time needed making sure your car is cleaned to his standards. This amazing man, Otis, spent an entire day giving my car love. He cleaned the nooks and crannys. Got 95% of the stains out that most places told me wouldnt come out. He gives amazing customer service. I will never go anywhere else. He is worth every penny. Please support your local businesses that provide excellent service. So I booked a appointment, they said they would call to confirm the appointment nobody ever called.The morning of the appointment which was at 9 I went up there, their hours were from 9-4 I got there at 8:50am and nobody was there. I called and called nobody answered and I waited 40 minutes nobody never showed up. Don’t know if nobody is checking the booking site or what but I wasted my time.

After years of driving my car through auto washes letting those machines scratch and put swirls in the paint job it was only a matter of time for me to get it detailed. Called and needed one of my work vans cleaned. The van had chemical stains. I called and dropped the van off, when I returned the van interior was showroom clean!!! Great Job will be taking more vehicles to this business.

This is a residential location, not commercial as one would expect with this sort of business. The Gentleman is very nice.I had a car detailed by him last year and was very happy with the results.This year, I would give a grade of B. The carpet was fantastic - he did a very good job of getting out a stain that was there when we bought the car. The seats (gray leather) were clean, but spotted like something was sprayed on them but not wiped off. The back of the passenger seat and center consol had dried on spray marks, like they didnt get wiped after being sprayed. I was able to clean them myself once home. The painted portion of the wheel area didnt get cleaned and were still muddy. The inside hinge area of both back doors didnt get cleaned and were still very dirty. I didnt check the front doors, but I suspect they too were not cleaned. I felt the car was cleaned, but certainly not detailed.

After a weekend out in dirt roads the truck was a mess. We had settled that it will take him three hours it took him a little bit longer but he did an amazing job couldnt be prouder when I got the truck back.

Okay so I finally have the time to sit down and write this review! I want to start off by saying I wish I would have taken a before photo of my car because it was so disgusting (yall just gotta take my word for it lmao). My car had been sitting for about 3-4 months and somehow water had gotten inside of it and it started smelling gross, so I just left it in my driveway and never took care of it. Long story short, my car started growing MOOOOOOLLLLD on my seats (surprise!), so I looked up car detailing places and Otis was the first one that popped up. I gave him a call and told him my situation and he explained how he would take care of everything so I booked an appointment with him a week after. Brought my car to his business (it was residential but dont let that stop you), and showed him a spot in trunk where water had started pooling so we had a bigger problem on our hands and needed some extra love to make sure all of the moisture was pulled out. Otis charges an extremely affordable flat rate for his services, so he did WAY more than he needed to for the service I purchased online and he did it with a smile. This man will go above and beyond for you and send you video updates and explain exactly how things are going and what hes doing at that moment, he is very passionate about his craft!! When I went to pick up my car, the mold was 100% gone and so was that horrendous mildew smell. I havent seen my car that clean in years yall. He even washed the tree sap that was caked on the top of my car right before I picked it up (I didnt even purchase the exterior detailing package)-like I have nothing but good things to say about him and his team. You better believe I tipped him some extra money cause he sure as hell deserved it.Here I am about 2-3 weeks later and my car is still smelling fresh as ever and everything inside is dry and clean. PLEASE book with Otis for your detailing needs, support small business!! Thank you Otis :)TLDR: Otis got rid of the mold growing in my car as well as the awful smell. I scheduled an appointment with Otis for 7 am on a Saturday. Since that appointment time was available when booking online. When I arrived I was told since the there was “no light out” that would push back the completion time. I wasn’t able to get my car until 11:30am. Even with the extra time the quality of detailing did not match the price of service 129.00. I pointed out my disappointment in the level of service I received, to his credit Mr. Otis knock the price down to 99 dollars. I’m sorry for 129 dollars and half my day without a car I expected a lot more.

I needed to get my 4 year leased car ready to turn back in that I havent cleaned in a year and had a 3- year old dropping food and everything else. He made my car look brand new, and I passed my inspection with only little damage that it was nothing he can do to fix from a prior accident. Car was show room ready. He went the extra mile cleaning my 11 year old vehicle which was embedded with sap and debris. It was unbelievable how great my car looked afterwards. I do not remember my car looking that clean in years. He is also one of the nicest guys that you will ever meet.

This is definitely one of the best details I’ve had. I had gotten my car stuck in mud the night before and there was mud and rocks all inside of my car. It was EVERYWHERE. Otis was fantastic! I got my crossover detailed at I Will Detail for an incredibly reasonable price and Otis even did more! I had a huge scratch on my bumper and he made it look good as new for no extra cost at all (our car dealership quoted us on around $800 to fix the scratch...). There was also some throw up in my car that smelled AWFUL and Otis cleaned that right up and now it smells great. Otis also sent me a video of everything he was doing when he detailed it. These guys are great !!! They left my baby looking better than new. Jim is always very helpful and goes into detail in explaning into what goes into the service they performed. Service was beyond my expectations. He doesn’t cheap out and make sure he gets in every nook and cranny even ones you didn’t know existed. Great price and socialable to where you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle unattended while he works.

Update: I did call to get a refund or see what could be done about the smell in my car. Otis gladly rescheduled a new appointment to get this taken care of. Cant wait to pick up my CLEAN smelling car!I brought my SUV here yesterday and was told the interior cleaning would take 2 hours. Called around the 2 hour mark but didnt hear back. Around 3 hours I call again and the guy says to come pick up my car. I get there and hes smoking right around my newly cleaned car! Then I get in the car and the seats are completely soaked. Im told to leave the car windows down to let it dry completely. I go out to my car this morning and the entire inside reeks of mildew as there was too much moisture left in the seats. I will be calling for a refund when they are open.

VERY IMPRESSED! Brought in a 2006 Toyota Highlander with stained seats, and carpet. Never detailed since new. The arm rests on a tan interior were black...Looked nasty! Wow. I came to Otis because my SUV was in desperate need of some T&A. I had a urine stain and other various spills from kids. Otis was kind enough to let me see all the gunk that came from the car. It was a terrifyingly fascinating experience. The car looks brand new there is no scent!! The schedule system he uses is also a huge help. I got a reminder the day before, and Google automatically​ synced the address and sent a reminder. Ive found a new detail home, that I definitely recommend 10 times over.From now on Im implementing a no drink no food rule!
