I had the best stylist ever. She really listened to what I was ted done to my hair and she delivered! I was looking for a new stylist because my old stylist moved to another state. I will definitely be going back. I asked for a wash, condition, bow dry, flat iron and a trim. She did an excellent job. She did EXACTLY what I requested! I will definitely be going back!

This location is expensive. They over charged $70 for my hair. I am reporting them because they are not going by Walmart pricing, and creating there own pricing. The lady told me during the holiday she was giving me a luxury haircut. And she was finding every possible way to hike up the bill. This place is terrible and will take advantage of you, especially if you are new.

If I can give her 20 more stars... she performers miracles in hair I will be returning..

Ms. Cynthia is an outstanding stylist, and she has done a magnificent job restoring my hair. Cynthia is always pleasant and friendly, and she does the best shampoo scrubs!!

No.Just No.....I went yesterday around 12pm for a simple “all over color” & was not done until 4:30pm.She bleached my hair one too many times & washed it too many times.My scalp and head was so sore afterwards.The atmosphere was not welcoming.They kept it extremely cold in there, I was freezing the whole time.AND for all that I endured, no one even thought to lower or discount my price.What I paid was waaaaay too much for the results I received.They’re very over priced.I’ll NEVER come back to this place. This was my first and last time.No thank you.****UPDATE****It hasn’t even been a week since the tragedy and my hair isn’t even purple anymore. It’s red in some spots, brown in some spots and purple in the front. It looks TERRIBLE and I shouldn’t be paying $80+ for a “Licensed Professional Hair Stylist” to mess my hair up.Ridiculous.

I put a one star because I can’t put no stars. I took my daughter her last week and told the woman I wanted a trim with layers. Well the trim part was fine but there is no layers!!! Instead I found the the very bottom layer ( under all her hair) is now only 3 inches long, when mind you her hair is mid back!! I can’t pull her hair up or do anything with it because the ENTIRE bottom layer is 3 inches and falls down!!! I can’t belive this happened it was a simple hair cut with nothing special. Layers are not done at the very bottom I don’t know what this woman was thinking but she has messed up my daughters hair so bad!!! And it’s something that can’t be fixed unless I want to cut all her hair off. This woman should be ashamed of the work she did and really needs to do more practice before she keeps messing up other people hair!

I dont want to give them this one star. This place is worst than any salon I ever been in. They dont keep good time management schedules and horrible customer service. They tell you one time have you wait then say they are booked. Being a walk in is worst. Save your Money, Time and Hair go somewhere else. This place should be closed!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to get your hair done, first of all, the lady that did my hair was doing other peoples hair and even people that came in after me. It took soooooo long! The color is not what I wanted but I didnt complain. They charge an arm an leg for everything. WARNING if you seem like you dont know anything about hair then they will use that to their advantage they prey on those coming it off of faith and trust that the salon will do what they can to make you look nice based off of their professionalism, but they wont instead if you come in with some detail about how you want your style to look(even if they know what would be best) they will not suggest or say anything further just let you think everything is dandy. Plus the lady that I guess is in charge she is so unprofessional making a scene in front of other customers Im not like that I dont do public back and forths so I will never come back and hope no one else goes through such a stressful time... especially around the holiday times what heartless people

I have come to this salon for years and after this weekend that will be my last visit. All I came in for was to get my hair flat ironed and the first lady on the left side gave me a higher price than usual and was rude and combative about. The wait time was way to long for how many people was waiting. I just walked out I will spend my money where I am wanted.

Nice place enjoyed the conversations. Techs were nice!

It u have a boy who needs a cut or are a male that needs a cut, do not go here l. They may know female hair but they def do not know male cuts. They totally skewed up my little brothers hair and they had two ppl working on him.

I Promise to god, it s the worst hair cut salon I have ever seen in my life. she literally made me bald. I am in the process of filing a report against her. every five minutes she left me and came back after 10 minutes. its by far the worst hair salon.
