Horrible, they tried to rip off my mom. I have always done repair work for her. About a year ago I replaced my moms front brake pads because they were very low. Almost metal on metal. Upon replacing the front, I inspected the rear. As I see in most cars the rear were not ready to be replaced. She drives maybe 15 miles a week. Needless to say upon going to big o to get a flat repaired she was quoted $570 to turn front rotors, replace pads all the way around and new rear rotors. I just got done inspecting them as I just got back into town and they are fine. The front pads have a lifetime warranty. So free, the rear are fine. Resurface the rotors in the front 20 bucks and she is all set.

We drove in from Las Vegas and our rear tire exploded on the way. Once we got to our destination I called this location. Dan answered all my questions and treated me very courteously. They had the tire in stock and installed in 30 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and impressive. Thanks again!

I took my car to get tire rotation and they told me that it was done and they never did. It happened two times. I also went to get a tire fix because it was continuously getting flat and I was told that they would not fix it that I needed to buy new tires. I finally gave gave up. I had purchase tires for both of my cars there but I will not come back and I will tell anyone that I know not to go there.

I had a very long and hot wait for my van when I took it to Big O tires in desert hot sprins,ca for a tire rotation !!!!!!!! 15.00 to 20.00 only. I had no time to waste!!!!! before I got out of there it cost me 613.99 . and it was 4 hours later in a very HOT waiting room, but thats not all I cant drive my van anywhere because the brake job that I got is so tight my drivers side wheel got so hot it just about started 0n fire the other side rear brake was cold and my emergercy brake wont move there is something rubbing. and my battery was just lating there the bolts were down under the botton I had to have that done. my dipstick on my transmission was left half up. My van still pulls to the right and I didnt get my core back!!!!!!!!1now I really need work done on my van to fix what they have done . I am a 60 year old lady all alone with no income at all right now. how am I going to get the money for that!!!!!!!

First of all these guys will say anything to get you to pay more money, they will try to get ever penny out of you . I took my car in and I knew what was wrong with it and they still tried telling me I had to replace more parts trying to rip me off if you take your car here watch out and check prices at other places these guys will rip you off they are money hungry . they will try to rip you off!!!!!
