Business is not professional. I reached out and got an email returned which is not what I’m looking for I’m looking more of a personal affect if you’re not willing to do that then, You’re just looking out for yourself and that’s not good. Terrible experience with the braider Myiesha, absolutely terrible. I make an appointment with her last week and the first red flag was when i was making attempt to contact her and she wouldn’t reply at all, she’d only respond on her time once and wouldn’t be responding to my questions or anything. she canceled the first time the day of the appointment which I understood her reason, we rescheduled for the following day and same thing, cancelled again, but had no communication with me at all, she let me contact her first before even letting me know that she can’t braid my hair that day and had me waiting for a call that never came. For the last time I decided to reschedule Again for the third time with her the following day and when doing so she was saying how she was going to call me back and never did again, the night before the day we had rescheduled for the third time I had sent her a message to confirm, and no response again. The morning of the third day we had rescheduled she did not contact me whatsoever and still hadn’t called me back as she said she would and also ignored my messages completely. The salon is 30 minutes away from me and I drove early in the morning to get to my appointment. When I get there the salon is closed, nobody was there. I called her, no answer. Texted no answer. Called a few times again no answer. I was waiting outside of the salon one hour before I decided to just forget about it and leave. No response. Till this day and time, no response. She made me pay her a deposit in advance. She didn’t have the audacity to even explain or even apologize for just wasting my time. I sent her a bunch of texts which I will share with you guys below, she never answered. Absolutely no type of consideration for my time as a client. No communication at all. She has no professionalism. It’s really a shame since I did come to this salon once before with the previous braider, my opinion they should get rid of this braider now and get the old one back or hire a new one with actual professionalism. She obviously cares nothing about the business she is representing, because I will never come back here after this.

Unfortunately my daughter had made an appointment early morning for the same day with MyieshaShe was so excited to get her hair done and at the last minute she canceled unprofessional in my eyesFriend of mine also made an appointment not too long ago at the same business and her appointment was also canceledI would not recommend this place again to anyone

They called in a decent and prompt time I have not done business with them but in the future I know that they are there thank you for calling me and referred me to a wonderful though theyre talented artist I found someone else over the weekend to do it for me I wanted individual braids but next time I will call you if Im not happy with the service that Im getting from this person Im going to already try out

This is a little late but I I got hair braided about a month ago(and it still looks AMAZING!). The atmosphere was was great and everyone was really friendly. I will be going back!
