Recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad I called. I needed a casement window crank mechanism and handle replaced. From the initial call of inquiry, to the in person estimate for measurements and to the quick install of the new mechanism, the gentlemen that came out were all on time and very professional. Masks were worn without issue and I appreciated that.

At first, I received an estimate which was far less than what other companies quoted me for the exact same type of glass. I was bit worried about the service because of the low estimate but I decided to go with them anyway as they were offering 7 years of warranty.The two men team (Abdullah & Omar) showed up on time on the designated date. Both were incredibly professional and courteous.They replaced for me a high ceiling window glass (of size = 6 ft * 4 ft) which was cracked all over. They did a really nice job in replacing it without creating any mess. They put down tarps to protect our floor.They are the experts and know how to do their job really really well. I highly recommend them.

Responded via email with some estimates. Was able to set up a time pretty quickly. Abdullah came alone and since my window was so heavy, he needed to call in Ruslan as well. They were able to fix both windows and the total was less than another estimate I got. Great service and effort. Communication was little harder with Abdullah due to language barrier but was fine with ruslan. Not a big deal though. Was able to pay via Zelle which was convenient.

Sunmer 2021. We quoted 4-5 contractors to replace 7 window/patio door glasses. Their quote had the best price. Russ came and measured everything. Told us that 7-8 business day wait time for the glasses. We did not have to pay down payment. Then 2 guys (Abdulla and Zaihulla) came within the expected time frame. They are both very polite and professional. They did a nice job, cleaned the windows and working area afterwards. It was a beautiful job. It took them about 3 hours to replace 3 patio door glasses and some windows in 2 different houses that I own. I am very happy. Russ also text me their 1099 info so that I can take tax deductions next year. Recommend!

These guys are some of the most dedicated, hard working individuals Ive come across. I had a big job - 13 windows and a door with broken seals, all with custom window grids between the panes. I can’t say enough about the great experience we had with Ruslan and the window repair group. First call I made and was able to get a quote by text on a Sunday afternoon a week later I had a new slider pane installed where the seal had broke and fogged the pane. I purchased a home with several window issues. The basement windows lost their seal and required glass replacement. Then, many of our Pella casement windows would not open and close properly. Most required adjustments, few had broken latches and a handful had warped wood. Lastly, my Pella patio door enclosed blinds were broken. There is this impression that only Pella could fix the issues, but Window Repair Group squashed that theory. Pella would’ve charged just for an estimate. Jorge Ruiz was fantastic in fixing all the casement windows and patio door. Abdullah was terrific replacing the glass. Lastly, Ruslan was fantastic with communication. I called Window Repair Group and they came out quickly for a quote. I called several other companies and they told me they couldn’t get out there for a few weeks to get a quote and it would take a couple of weeks to get the glass. Within less than a week they completed my job. They did amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had the glass on three picture windows replaced because the seals had broken and condensation was getting in. They did a great job! One visit to measure and then another to replace. They made sure everything matched correctly (our sills are black so we appreciated them matching the sealant). Price was very reasonable compared to full window replacement

These guys are unreal!!!!! i talked to Ruslan, but he was not the one that did the work. They were competitive professional and did a terrific job fixing a number of windows that would open but would not then close. I thought i was going to have to replace the windows to get them to work. i never thought in a million years they would be able to fix them as they did....... very happy with the service i received!!!! if your windows are not working i would absolutely suggest you call them.

I have had some quotes on getting new windows installed and then saw a friend that just had his windows restored. The Window Repair Group was able to do window restoration for me on 20 windows of which only 3 windows had to have the sash repaired. This was an incredible cost savings let alone how great they look. They have an excellent work ethic as well. I was so pleased that I asked them to come back to install new storm doors and they made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work as well as the price. Highly recommend their services.

I found this group by chance, when I desperately needed a window fixed. Finding people to come out during Covid was hard. I was beyond impressed with the timely response and installation. Ruslan was amazing! The window he fixed was on a very old door. To fix the window, the framing had to be taken apart. The window and frame look better now that it did before. It looks brand new. We plan on using him again very soon.

Was very professional and respectful. Took the measurements came back with the correct sized windows within a half an hour. He then installed them in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself. They are old window frames and more difficult to repair than the windows they use in new construction buildings these days.
