Not satisfied my clothes seemed to be just steamed not cleaned...still have dirt on my sleeves and neck area...and by trying to remove dirt they ruined my sweater by making it more visible (yellow).This definitely will not be my cleaners only good for shirts and pants not for nicer clothes.

They always do a good job cleaning and always reasonable!! They are back to 3.99 for everything, that beats so many cleaners prices!! Keep up the fair prices and Ill always be a customer!!

CD one does a fantastic job of cleaning my clothes.

I left my suits in the morning and picked them up in the evening and found that they had exchanged my jacket with someone elses. This is very unprofessional. Be careful when taking your clothes whether they are yours or someone elses.

Always pleased with service and garments are ready on time. My only recommendation is not to exclude loyal customers from your coupons for garment cleaning. Our loyalty should entitle us to savings too.

The female worker has a little more personality than the male worker.

I use the location in Des Plaines on Lee, and they have always been nice and courteous. If there is something they can’t do, they’ll tell you and not charge you. I recommend them to everyone!

This is one of the worse CD locations and I will not use their services ever again. CDs brand states that if dry cleaning is brought in prior to 10:00 a.m. Mon-Sat it will be ready for pick-up after 5:00 p.m. the same day. This Des Plaines location has a policy called production days which is not in keeping with CDs promise of one-day cleaning. The only reason I placed dry cleaning there this time was because the weather prohibited my taking them to the CD on Cermak Road, which is a quality location.

I had 2 large comforters washed and when I took them out of the bag they were wrinkled. Prior, they used to hang them on hangers. I spoke to a person at the store this morning and no apology, just excuses. Maybe a good time to find a new dry cleaner!

My first time going to your cleaners. What a breathe of fresh air! the women at the front were very friendly and it was nice to be greeting by smiles after having a hard day. I was even offered coffee, because I probably looked tired. Appreciated that! Flavor of a nice hometown business - makes me want to return.

Jose and the morning crew were so great. I came in to pick up my garments an hour early and they were able to get my stuff. That is what I call customer service. Keep rocking it out. 👍👍👍👍👍

I havent tried the laundry wash & fold service, but it is great that they have it available. I also like being able to get my comforter washed as for king size bedding it can get tricky. Had red wine stains all over my husbands white shirt and they got all of it out, looked new again! Absolutely love this place! The employees are so polite and welcoming, I highlyyyy recommend this cleaners.

They clean the clothes right and everything BUT they treat their employees horribly. I’ve come here a few times and heard the manager yelling at employees over a simple mistake. I understand the company needs to run smoothly, but you need to value your employees more, because if it weren’t for them, you would have no company! Very disappointed..

I get the clothes, wear them, and 30 minutes later i can smell the funk. This has happened 3 out of the last three times to varying degrees of funk.The clothes look clean, but based on the odor I dont think they are being cleaned properly.

Normally give good service however, waiting 30 minutes for store to open and there only appears to be 1 worker handling clothes and has not open store. What an inconvenience.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager barely speaks english and called me to argue, spoke over me and was accusing me of damaging my own shirt. I received a damaged garment from them after using their services and brought it back with the cleaning tag still on and the hanger they placed it in. The manager hung up on me and refused to give me her last name. I do not recommend this location at all. She does not represent the company well.

Staff is professional and nice. Also the turnaround time is great if you bring your clothes in the morning.

Had my wool jacket clean got it back jest as dirty as when gave it to them to clean was told that was mach lint to clean off

Very professional, the fact that I can bring items in early morning and have them by 5pm the same day, cheaper prices, modern look compared to the old dry cleaner places that dont seem to have upgraded things in the past 15 yrs. or more.
